Pink Dog Parlor

It was our first experience. My dog's cut was fine and the prices were reasonable but I can echo the other reviewers when I say that the customer service was lacking. Quite a bit. No communication at all, basically just taking my dog and not saying much of anything. Then, when I came to pick her back up, same thing: "credit card?" I responded yes.

He nudged the machine toward me, I inserted the card, payment was completed, and he simply walked away. when he came back with my dog, still nothing. Literally not even the typical "have a nice day". Also, it smelled like a kennel inside. Unfortunately, I don't see us returning.

Left my dog for few days in their boarding. Nice and clean room. They also shared pictures while we were away.

Just picked my dog up at pink dog parlor, and was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic Job Amanda did, she looks Beautiful!

Pink Dog Parlor is EXCEPTIONAL! We were here on a long term visit and needed to find a good groomer for our little maltese, Jax. How lucky were we to have one minutes from where we were staying! Our groomer, Jenny was simply the best! our timid little boy was groomed beautifully and totally relaxed when we picked him up! Michael & Michelle were delightful and so helpful when we had questions and brought Jax in! There's no doubt we would use their services again! Thank you, all!

Where to begin?. We've been taking our Golden Doodle there since she was 11 months old. Bella. The staff are just the nicest people, who really care about you and your pet. The owner and his love for animals is something you don't see often in people. So when you drop off your loved one, it gives you great confidence knowing that he or she is in great caring hands.

Recently we went on vacation, and Bella stayed with them for 8.5 days. During that time whenever we emailed or texted on her condition, we were updated right away, even once with a video of her and a friend, Bear, running and playing in the snow! That really made us feel good. We returned a day early, and they made time for us to come get her on a Sunday!

Really awesome people who love your pet as much as you do. Highly recommend them for long term stay or grooming. Which Bella goes for every couple months. Their grooming services are top notch and always do a great job. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them as your groomer or boarding.

I've been here a handful of times with my sable Shetland sheepdog but I think I'm going to try to find a new groomer for my pup. This place seems fine to me but I've asked on my last couple visits for them to not over trim my dog's tail and around his neck and they haven't listened. I'm no expect on breed standards for grooming but I'm annoyed they don't seem to take my requests when I bring my dog in. Nothing major and I know his coat will grow back, but I've found myself repeatedly frustrated that I'm paying for a simply clean up and my requests aren't being listened to.

I highly recommend the Pink Dog Parlor for grooming and boarding. I love how my Goldendoodle looks after he gets groomed there! We have also boarded him there. I like the fact he gets his own little room. It makes us feel better knowing he's in good hands.

Our previous groomer left the area; after reading reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Pink Dog Parlor for our two older dogs. My husband dropped them off at the scheduled time and was given a pick-up time. He returned and both pups were ready and we're very pleased with the results! We will definitely be returning.

This is the first time I've used the pink dog parlor and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We have two older dogs, one who is fidgity and when I picked them up, they had about the best grooming they've had in their lives. They look spectacular. A really superb job. The staff was really nice and friendly and the building itself is clean with a feeling of calm. Best of all-and no other groomer has ever supplied this : I was given a pick up time and Bam! The pups were ready at that time. Bravo to the Pink Dog Parlor!

We had our older Springer Spaniel in for a grooming, and they did a wonderful job cleaning him up and making him handsome again. They took their time and gave him the rest he needed in between stages of the grooming. We've been looking for a good groomer for years, and have actually been doing the job ourselves for quite a while, but age and aching backs have caused us to look again. We'll definitely be back when our boy needs it again.

Today I brought my 2 yr old Australian Shepherd in to The Pink Dog Parlor. Scheduling my dog was easy. I was greeted at the door. The tech took the time to discuss what I wanted. When I picked her up she look awesome! We'll be back. Thanks for a great grooming.

I have been taking my pets to the Pink Dog parlor for close to thirteen years. Michelle and Michael are wonderful to work with, and my pets look and feel so wonderful after their grooming. This past September, our family lost our beloved dachshund. The staff at the Pink Dog Parlor were wonderful in sending us a sympathy card and memory candle in honor of our dachshund.

We have adopted another dachshund, who recently went for a "day of beauty." We were very happy with this grooming experience. Would definitely recommend the Pink Dog Parlor, and look forward to bringing our pets to the Pink Dog Parlor for many years to come.

After having our shy Sheltie groomed at one of the big box pet stores, our "Molly" could not be coaxed to go back a second time! She slipped her collar and did everything she could to not go back thru that door! Our vet recommended the Pink Dog Parlor, stating that there was a woman there who was "good with shy dogs". We gave it a whirl and are very pleased we did!

I let the dog be the judge.she is always happy to go back again, looks great when we leave, and prices are reasonable. I have never been late or missed an appointment so I will not judge the staff on these things, but as far as getting my head shy Molly taken care of, they have been aces!
