I came here to say goodbye to my dog before he was cremated because I was away when he passed. If it was not for the extreme kindness of the gentleman who was going to cremate him, I would not have been able to leave my dog's side and know I'd never see him again. The man made me feel like he was going to take good care of him. It made the hardest situation of my life a tiny bit easier and I'll never forget the good man.

I own a vet practice in Manhattan and we have been using this company for many years for my office, and now that it came time to say goodbye to my personal cat, I wanted to go in person so that I could get the ashes returned to me in the same day. When I arrived, there were 2 wonderful, sweet office cats that came up to me in the waiting room and made me feel so much better from that first moment.

The office is nice and clean and tastefully decorated. They were glad to use my own wood box/urn that I brought with me, and everything was wrapped up beautifully. I have never had an issue with them in all the years that I have worked with them as a veterinary professional, and now I am happy to say that the process is excellent in person. This is a very difficult job for them to do, and I really appreciate that they were there for us during such a difficult time.

I read some of the negative reviews, but my family and I have had a very positive experience. We had our beloved dog, Magenta, cremated, and her ashes were returned in a lovely box with a card with sympathies. We were not there for the cremation, and I hope they treated her with respect. But she was given back respectfully and with a lot of care.

This is my second time coming here. Years ago we took my Pitbull here after she passed. And yesterday I dropped my baby boy cat off here to be cremated and I watched him be cremated and let me tell you it is such a hard thing to watch. But I was so glad I was able to because he was so special to me and I wanted to be there every step of the way. This was the only place that would let me view him and the staff was so nice. I loved how they have two boy cats who definitely help to keep your mind occupied. Thank you for the service, it is so appreciated.

Did not have a positive experience. My sister had our little chihuahua cremated here and they ended up giving her 10lbs Of Ashes. that amount of ashes was insane due to the fact that our little pet was less than 3lbs. Would not recommend this place.

Last week we lost our dog in a car accident. The vet gave us this agency to have her cremation done. I thought about going to other places, but ultimately stuck with this one. I'm so glad I did. From start to finish they made a very rough experience into a more tolerable one. They were very accommodating. There was no extra fee to pick our beloved Skai up from the vet.

They Had her very well prepped for a viewing service that we did today (Saturday). They gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye. We weren't rushed. Demian made sure that our baby was very well treated, handling her with care. He even let the kids stand on a chair in order to pet Skai one last time. They gave our children charms which brought their spirits up. 3 hours after the viewing, we had her remains in a tin urn. Great temporary place for her. The receptionist was very kind. They were able to make a difficult time easier on us. My wife and I loved their level of service.

Pet crematory agency inc has the most wonderful and kind hearted staff ever. They handled my dog with such care and shared the sincere apologies. I recommend this place to anyone whose pet died and they wanted to cremate their pet. I thank them very much.

I took both of my cats here when they passed. The staff is kind, compassionate and professional and help you to choose the level of service that is right for you. They also offer private viewing for an additional fee and have urns on site if you need it. I chose an urn with a top compartment for the collars and a slot for a picture and a plaque to engrave. I was very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone who wants this peace of mind that you are performing this final kindness for your pets who meant so much.

I just want to thank all of you for handling my beloved Hazel which such love, care and respect. I did not know what to expect once my Hazel's ashes arrived and I have to say I had no words. The way her ashes were packaged, the unexpected paw print, prayers, pins and card touched my heart so deeply because it was handled with so much care and would definitely recommend this agency to anyone who is thinking of having their beloved pets cremated.

I have another senior dog and cat who will be joining Hazel in due time and would not have any other agency except this one take care of them the way they took care of my beautifuly Hazel. Many thanks.

I brought my 7 year old Dog Danny who passed away from cancer to the Pet Crematory Agency and it was a very good decision. I chose a private viewing which was very reasonable. From start to finish they made us feel at ease and made a really rough time a little more bearable. Lisa the grief greeter at the front desk did everything she could to comfort us at an extremely horrible time of our lives. Bobby the handler removed our pup from our car with great care and respect.

The viewing while painful to see helped me to accept my Danny was at peace. Until you actually lose a pet you cannot imagine the pain and emptiness you feel the Pet Crematory Agency understands. Thank you Lisa, Bobby and Staff. We really appreciate your care. James
