It all began with our awesome friend Scrap, our relentless, lovable, fiercely loyal, obsessive-compulsive, endlessly hungry, and outrageously demanding cattle dog. Scrap knew how he wanted things and always let us know when his expectations weren't met. He'd bark when meals were late, and bite his leash to redirect us if we walked in the wrong direction.He ruled all that he could see and laid claim to anything edible within lunging distance. Scrap ran a tight ship and kept us on our toes. Meeting his demands was a lot of work, but it made us who we are.

No drop-off or pick-up before departure. Walk out the door and head to the airport; walk into your home and return to your happy pooch!. Awesome in-home care means no exposure to other dogs and their germs. Your pooch is safe in his own home without the risk of injuries or bad habits learned from the less-savory canine types.
Belly rubs always have been and always will be free, regardless of shape, size, or furriness. We believe that if you rub the belly in a circular counter-clockwise motion ten times it will bring the rubber, and rubbee, good luck. For the rare furry family member who doesn't like belly rubs, we offer ear and chin scratches. Rest assured, OUG! sitters are well-versed in all rubbing and scratching techniques.

Our experience with Out-U-Go has been outstanding! Mei has stayed with our crew twice and has given them the best care possible. She not only gives my pets the time and attention they need, but she also sends me many updates during her stay to help my peace of mind. I used Out-U-Go on a daily basis to take care of my dog. He was high-energy and needed his mid-day walk, and on top of that he had anxiety when left alone. The people at Out-U-Go formed a connection with him and I always knew they'd be timely, professional, and caring - they treated him like family. I could rely on them for a daily walk, and they would accommodate any scheduling changes. I would highly, highly, recommend Out-U-Go to anyone who is looking for a new friend for their best friend!

Wonderfully nice people. Very responsive and flexible with scheduling. I had them check in on my cat -- change the litter box, etc -- over Memorial Day weekend. Prices were very reasonable too, even for a holiday. They texted me every time they visited and sent photos too. They really satisfied my peace of mind and I knew my cat was in good hands. The house was perfectly in order, it was almost like no one had been there at all. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future!

If you're looking for a reliable, heart-warming, and excellent dog walking service, OUG is it! During a very busy and stressful residency training, I used OUG for regular walks (and last minute add-on walks) for my dogs. It was a huge relief to know that my dogs were well cared for as a busy professonal. They sent me text updates after every walk and were quick to let me know if there was ever an issue or concern. I STRONGLY recommend OUG. They have an excellent team of dog walkers and top quality customer service. THANK YOU, OUG!

I highly recommend Out-U-Go Madison. They're responsive on last-minute appointments, always professional, and most of all, they care about your pets so much! They keep me updated on how my senior dog is doing during the day, including when he seems off and we might need to check in with the vet. Thank you Out-U-Go for everything you do!

I can't say enough great things about Out-U-Go! I highly recommend Out-U-Go! to anyone looking for a pet "watching/walking" service! They are amazing! Due to some unexpected and untimely circumstances, we found ourselves in a predicament when nobody in our household was able to take our 2 year old chow chow (Artie) out for his daily morning and evening walks.
In desperately needing someone the next day, we were so fortunate to have been referred to Out-U-Go! by a competitor. OUT-U-GO! owner, Lisa, was able to squeeze us into her busy schedule the same afternoon we called her to meet with us and to get to know all about Artie - personality, likes, dislikes, etc. Artie immediately liked Lisa as did we. Based on this visit, we were sure that Artie would be in great hands! So, for the next couple days Artie had the pleasure of taking two morning walks with Matt, one evening walk with Todd and one evening with Michelle.
All 3 of these individuals were super personable, outgoing and dedicated to their job and to their care with Artie. We could not have been happier with this whole experience! We will definitely use Out-U-Go! again in the future when the need arises!

We couldn't have felt more confident leaving our two cats in the care of Out-U-Go. Due to a family emergency we had only a few days to make arrangements while we were gone from what turned out to be 6 weeks. Even though it was her day off, Lisa came to our place to meet the very shy duo to understand their needs and peculiarities (all cats have them!). Arrangements to provide services every other day worked out perfectly and while the felines remained in hiding, it was clear by their feeding bowls and litter boxes that they were thriving. Joy, Jessi, Jenny and others sent a text every time they were there and occasional photos of their bowls. Out-U-Go staff took care of the trash and notified us immediately after noticing a water leak in the living room ceiling. Had they not notified us, we would have returned to an absolute mess and damage to our brand new sofa. We are eternally thankful to Lisa and her staff for their professionalism, caring and expertise.

I work for Out-U-Go! Madison and it's one of the very best jobs I've ever had. The people are most excellent and care for the pets we visit and spend time with is the top priority. I've not enjoyed a job this way in the past, it is truly exceptional. But the pets get as much credit for this greatness as the humans do. It's all the kitty whiskers and doggy breath that makes it so great. nothing but love :-

We had a great experience with Out-U-Go! Our dog is extremely anxious (due to being injured by another dog when he was a puppy), and we simply cannot consider a kennel as an option for our little guy. We were so happy to find an organization who understood our concerns and needs and knew how to work with anxious pets. Out-U-Go was perfect, because we knew that our dog and our two cats would be safe and happy at home with someone focused on them the whole time. Lisa (the Out-U-Go owner) came over to meet with us initially, and we were also able to meet Erica, our house sitter, ahead of time.
We also filled out written information about our pets' schedules, personalities, etc. This allowed us to feel very secure before leaving and to be confident that they had all the information that they might need. Our dog usually doesn't do well with strangers, but Erica has a great, calm demeanor that was perfect for him. She kept us updated on how the gang was doing and responded to any questions we had while we were away.
We then received a detailed written summary from her once we arrived home. We highly recommend their services, especially to pet owners who have scared/anxious/reactive pets that wouldn't do well in a kennel. Great people work for this organization. We will definitely use them again!
