Services
While you're away from home we will take great care of your pet. Up to 4 visits per day. Typically 3 for dogs, 1 or two for other pets. Services include feeding, walking, litter box and cage cleaning, administering medications. All details will be coordinated at your free consultation. If your pet needs a ride to visit the veterinarian or groomer, All Paws provides transport for your pet to and from their visit. Very disappointed with this service! We were gone 4 days and came home to about that much neglect in the litter box. The woman even told us that when she was there the last day that as soon as she cleaned the litter box, the little guy ran in and used it. Good customer service would have been to clean that usage as well. not the case at all. There was so much clumped up liquid waste at the bottom of the litter box, my wife filled a 1 gallon Ziploc bag with the clumps.
When confronted about it, the woman said "well they definitely used it after she had cleaned it". NOT that much. We were home 2 hours after her last cleaning. My wife knows when these cats go and how much. we saw days' worth of waste left. The first time we used this service, there were photos every day via text message. This time we got a video the first day and a text message the last day.
I am guessing that is the only visits our poor cats received in four days. She returned our key but did not have the decency to return the check for services NOT rendered. Steer clear of All Paws.
