Horrible horrible horrible. The lady at the front has a rude attitude, I don't know how SHE past the temperament test. I would not recommend this place at all. They put my dog in a kennel for 7 minutes and gave him back. Probably because he's a Doberman. They obviously don't know how to introduce a dog if he was put in a kennel first and then introduced to all dogs at once and the whole thing only lasted 7 minutes.

But this review is for the staff. not good. At least not in the loby. I hope people inside are better. Also, dogs don't look happy to go inside. And tip. mask is still required and if you don't have one. the lady will bark at you.

These guys are always friendly. They have cameras you can check in on and they make sure to cover all the bases. The parking is a bit intimidating though. (It's very steep)

Our dog Belmont LOVES to hang out here with his friends! The staff takes excellent care of our pup. I love being able to see him on the live stream and when they feature him on their Instagram! Your four-legged kiddos are in good hands here and the price is inexpensive compared to others.

This place was SO nice. Aja and Rowdy took such wonderful care of my pup Rusty and were SUPER professional and nice. I thought the facility was absolutely beautiful too. I could tell when I picked Rusty up that he had had a wonderful day! They also have cameras that you could check on them with, and whenever I looked he was having a great time!

Coco always comes back HAPPY and EXHAUSTED from playing all day. Definitely ask about the dogwash and nail trim service - I don't know what shampoo they're using but it makes a huge difference.

These guys are the real deal. My puppy ended up not being a good fit after a few months, unfortunately, but despite that you could tell how much the staff cares for the dogs they watch. I would recommend Rex and Roxys to anyone.

We were worried about Darcy attending daycare--she struggles with other dogs when she's around us. Our fears were assuaged when she took her temperament test: she's a regular attendee now, getting along with everyone and falling asleep as soon as she gets home.

I love Rex and Roxy's. The best part is that my dog didn't want to come home the last time I went to pick him up. It seems they take great care of the animals and if you have any doubts about how your animal is being treated, or if you just want to catch up, you can watch the webcams.

I really loved Rex and Roxy's when we went for a temperament test. I'm just waiting to go back because my car is in the shop. It was clean, friendly, and I love the fact that they let the dogs take naps.

We LOVE Rex & Roxy's! Can't say enough good things about this place! It is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they have cameras! We take our 2 year old GSD, Deuce, at least 2 days a week and he loves it! All big dogs so he fits right in! They allow the dogs to have nap time, and in the summer they have kid pools for the dogs to cool off.

We have a few dog daycare spots right around the corner from us, but we drive the 15 min to go to Rex & Roxy's because we love it so much! Shout out to Bonita who is absolutely amazing! She is the reason we started going to Rex & Roxy's and now we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Charley loves his weekly play days at Rex and Roxy's and we love that they love having him. It's a great feeling to know there's a safe, fun place for him to stay when we are out of town as well. We can't recommend Rex and Roxy's enough.

Rex and Roxy's is the only boarding/playcare facility I send my dog to. The entire staff is caring and attentive toward the pups. This is evident in the verbal and written feedback you get when you pick up your dog. Additionally, you can watch your dog throughout the day which is always a fun distraction. We have recently been using Rex and Roxy's a lot since we are in the process of selling our house, and it is fantastic knowing I don't have to worry about my little lady.

She had blossomed socially since coming to R & R and is a more confident and happy dog. The facility is super clean and never smells. Thorough dog baths can be included for an extra fee. Check out Rex and Roxy's and see the difference!

We love Rex and Roxy's! Having a high energy husky, R&R is a lifesaver. She's always excited when we're in the car in the morning because she knows she's going to be spending the day playing with all her furry friends. The staff is super nice and they really get to know your dog. Our dog has always come home tired and happy and on busy, long days thats always worth it.

Rex & Roxy's is awesome! My dog has boarded here twice so far, and I'm looking forward to bringing her for some daycare playtime too. My dog has some separation anxiety and every other place she's stayed, when I check the webcam all I'd see is her moping in a corner. At Rex & Roxy's she looks so happy! I love that the dogs have easy access to indoor/outdoor areas, rather than just having scheduled outside time.

It was so fun to watch the webcam and see my girl so comfortable, tail wagging, engaging with other dogs and getting pets from staff. It's refreshing to see staff members who really care and seem happy to be there, I think it makes all the difference in the world. Shouts out to Bonita, Carlos, Camilla, and the rest of the team I hope to meet too.

Thank you for your hard work and making me feel really good about entrusting my beloved pup to your care. Because let's be honest - I can "blame" it on my dog but the separation anxiety can be a two way street! I'm so grateful that I found Rex & Roxy's

Our puppy, Maple, has been going to Rex and Roxy's for about 3 months now. We have used the daycare and boarding services. She absolutely loves it. It's fun to watch the dogs play on the webcams. Every time I check the cameras she is happily running and playing with the other dogs. No matter how exhausted Maple is she will keep playing if surrounded by dogs. I'm glad they get a break around lunch so they can nap for a while.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable for the services. It's comforting knowing our girl is in great hands while away from us. Thanks, Rex and Roxy's!

We wanted to like this place, but after multiple visits where we encountered a problem each time, we have decided not to return. The first time, we were overcharged, so I brought it up, but they explained that they would not refund or apply a credit. We did not argue since it was under $10. More importantly, the apparent apathy of the front desk staff concerned us.

They never gave us a report of how our dog responded to staying there unless we asked specific questions and a lot of them, and even then they seemed taxed by having to answer. The last time we went, our dog came home acting odd and then became quite ill. Several days later, our other dog, who did not stay there, became ill. We feel like we gave this place the benefit of the doubt during these visits, but we just can't justify returning when we add up these experiences.

I love Rex and Roxy's! Not only are they the cheapest daycare I have found, they also are super friendly and my dog Oliver gets so excited to be there! Every time we pull in in the morning, he gets so excited and just can't wait to go inside, and every night when I pick him up he's super happy and ready to sleep the rest of the night!

I love that they have webcams so I can peek in on him when I miss him, and I love that they have nap time because especially as a puppy, playing ALL DAY could be too hard on their little bodies. Also, all the employees know all the dogs within their first day playing with them. And Oliver didn't go for a few months, and when he returned the staff still remembered him and commented how much he had grown! Definitely recommend RNR for cheap, friendly, effective daycare.

The staff is awesome and my pup LOVES going there! All dogs need to pass a temperament test, and they only accept medium to large dogs.which is great! Their handling of the dog flu outbreak was highly professional and always in the best interest of the dogs health. This is the only place I will bring my dog, which is a 30 minute drive from where I live.

We've brought Jasper here several times for daycare and boarding. They take great care of the dogs and are some good people! I loved that they offered to show you the building, something a few other dog facilities have not offered. They have cameras for us to spy on our tail wagging buddy from work. I highly recommend Rex and Roxy's to any one in the Decatur area!

I've brought my Husky here several times since I've gotten her. I absolutely love R&R and she does too! Huskies are known for their high energy and boisterous personalities! With out R&R I certainly don't think I would be able to handle her as well as I do! They get her nice and tired for evening training with mom! I really do love this place!

I came in for a temperament test and was immediately greeted with a smile and my dog got the exact same greeting (only with a little more coddling) I filled out all the paper work and presented my dogs updated shot records and she was on her way. I was nervous to let her go but the staff assured me that was normal and made me feel she was safe in their hands!

I came back for a tour later in the day and they explained their boarding prices and options with me while showing me around the facility! Everything was very clean and it smelled GOOD! Haha I was very surprised and impressed! Then at the end of the tour I actually got to see the play area through a tinted window! I could see the dogs but they couldn't see us and I saw my baby in person having a great time! The cams were nice but dulled in comparison to actually seeing for yourself. I give Rex and Roxy's a definite 5 star rating!

We love Rex & Roxy's. We are fostering a big puppy named Presley, and needed to get him some more exercise. We brought him to Rex & Roxy's, as it is recommended by Animal Action Rescue, the rescue we work with. Presley loves his time at playcare. He can't wait to get in the door in the morning. The people who work there are helping us get him adopted by taking beautiful photos and posting his photo on their FB page. We watch him on the cam, and can tell he loves the other dogs and the people who take care of him. I can't recommend them enough.

Rex and Roxy's is the best. We're new to GA and our dog was getting bored just playing with two humans and a cat. I looked into a few different places but R&R seemed perfect, and they were. The guys here are awesome, you can tell they genuinely love dogs and my dog really loves being there. He comes home totally exhausted and sleeps for 12 hours, even when we keep him there overnight if we're away for a day or two. Now if only we can get him to not have a meltdown every time we take a car ride.

The staff are friendly, fun, and attentive of all my dog's personality traits. It is clear that every single person working here absolutely adores dogs and I have seen them treat every single one as if it were their own. My dog is the best reviewer for Rex & Roxy's. He goes completely bonkers every time I grab his collar in the morning and say, "Let's go to daycare!" Once my car turns onto New Street, he becomes very excited.

He is always overjoyed to barge into their lobby and run down the hallway to the play area. He comes home every evening exhausted. Almost every day I get an update from the staff on cute and funny things my dog did that day. All the staff know him very well. This level of attention for both me and my dog keeps me coming back. I used to take my dog to another doggie daycare close by, but after some concerns with that old place, I switched to Rex & Roxy's and I have not regretted it for one second. I also notice that other dogs & dog-owners are long-time customers. This is a perfect indication that Rex & Roxy's is a great place.

My dog is semi-neurotic, and once after boarding her at a vet's office, I was told she was a nervous wreck & recommended to never board her in a kennel again. The next time I went out of town (& many times since), I tried Rex & Roxy's (petites), and she did wonderfully. Every time I call over and mention my dog's name, they immediately know who I am and seem excited to have her back.

I absolutely love that I can watch the webcam during the day (probably a bit too much), and appreciate that she has play time with other dogs her size. In addition, there is always someone outside with them to give the more needy dogs (i.e. mine) some human attention.

We brought our puppy to R&R (the side for small dogs) over the holiday when we left town. We were pretty nervous about leaving her because she was barely 5 months old and had never stayed anywhere or spent much time around other dogs. We were pretty happy with R&R. The staff are young and down-to-earth, yet clearly care alot about the dogs. When we took our pup in for her temperment test, they took good care of her and she came home happy and exhausted.

During our holiday trip, she stayed there for 5 nights and we loved to check on her on the online camera (however, don't get too excited.the camera is slow and stationary so you might have to wait 15 or 20 minutes before you spot your dog in slow-motion). When we picked her up she didn't even want to come home! The staff member told us that she had made one particular friend, showing us that they really paid attention to the dogs.

They followed our feeding and toy instructions and gave her an exit bath (although we were slightly annoyed that she was still wet when we got her even though we scheduled the bath early enough that they could have dried her.) All in all, I'd highly recommend R&R's for their reasonable rates, friendly staff, and safe environment.

My dog just started going to Rex and Roxy's, and we both love it! They have cameras so I can watch him while I am work. My co-workers even like checking in on him. I also love that there are two seperate buildings for the petites and the big dogs. I know that Petie will always be with dogs his size. When I took him yesterday for a day of play, there were probably only 20 dogs there.

I was so pleased that it was not a huge crowd, and felt like Petie received some really great attention. I am thrilled I found place where I can trust Petie will be happy and well cared for the day or weekend!

I have been taking my dog to Rex and Roxy's for the last 4 years. It is by far the nicest place to board your dog or take your dog for a "day of play". Any dogs first visit, they do a doggie temperament test confirming that the dogs will get along with each other. They check for fleas so your dog never comes home with "unwanted pest". They also check all vet records ensuring that all dogs have updated shots. Recently, it was time to have my dogs shots updated and they took my dog to the vet, had her shots updated and gave her a bath all in the same day before I came to pick her up.

The people at Rex and Roxy's genuinely "care" about you and your dog. This is almost impossible to find anywhere else in Atlanta. I am moving soon to the Perimeter area and they are located in Decatur. Rest assured, I will always take my dog to Rex and Roxy's for boarding and doggie day care.
