Services
With all of these services in one place, Pawprints is designed to serve all your dog's needs. Our goal is to help you and your dog build a happy and healthy relationship. And when you golf at the Pointe West Golf Club next door, we'll watch your doggies so you can watch your birdies! We started Pawprints in December of 2006 with the mission of creating a facility we would leave our own dogs. As pet owners we learned when our dogs exercised on a regular basis they were much calmer and easier to handle.
At Pawprints the exclusive role of the concierge department is the care of your dogs. The department is comprised of pet professionals who handle all of your pets' daily needs. Our priority is to ensure your dog's overall health. We check paperwork is correct and understandable, and it contains accurate information to care for your pet.
Whether you are looking for first class canine styling or a summer ready puppy cut we are the grooming salon for you! We gladly meet your scheduling needs whether you are the pet on the go that needs a quick turnaround service or a hyper hound that needs a place to run and play for hours prior to their groom services, we are the place for you and your dog.
Pawprints Training Academy helps you and your pet to build a partnership based on trust and communication through a variety of different training programs. Once you begin to establish a bond with your dog "Beyond Puppy" allows you to graduate to more challenging skills. Very Very impressed. The entire staff is so caring & professional. I know that when I leave my Baby Mae she is being well cared for. Have attended 1 Beyond Puppy class so far & it exceeded my expectations. This is the Only place to go if you need training, Day Care etc. for your baby. Want to thank entire staff for what they do.

Amy was wonderful with my Sarah. She was groomed every 4 weeks and I was never disappointed. As an RN, I take covid very seriously. One day I took Sarah for her grooming and the attendant refused to put on a mask when she approached my car window, so the owner came out and we had a little chat. The owner assured me that this would not happen again and that the staff were all trained to mask up.
The next month I took Sarah again and the attendant refused to put on a mask when she approached my car window and she refused to go inside and just get Amy, the groomer. After several mins of her acting like she couldn't hear me, I drove back home and did not get Sarah groomed that day. I had someone come to my home to groom Sarah twice, but did not feel comfortable with that, so I called PawPrints to see if we could resolve the mask issue and get Amy back but the owner would not allow it. Sarah and I should not be penalized because her employee refused to be cooperative with a client and simply put on a mask.
I am still heartbroken that Amy can no longer be Sarah's groomer, but Paw Prints is still the best place in town for grooming and boarding. I wish them nothing but continued success

The Paw Prints team is the best! We recently had a reservation for boarding and found out (day of drop off) that our dog had a contagious upper respiratory condition. They immediately let me know that they would "make it work", since they have an isolation area and plans in place for such circumstances including taking care of administering medications. They saved our vacation, and are always happy to answer the phone when you just want to check up on your baby.

This is my first dog ever and I adopted a senior dog besides. So, I needed a place that I'd feel comfortable leaving him and know he's cared for. I love that they have you and your dog come for a daycare session first. I got a chance to tour the facility and they got to observe my dog in the daycare setting. This tells me that it's not just about the money and they really want a good fit between dog and Pawprints.
I got to try their kennel service and was SO nervous leaving him there. How do you moms handle first day of kindergarten?! My nerves were calmed as they ask for very thorough information about your dog and are great answering questions. They even said I could call and check on him. Overall this is a great facility. My dog is a fussy, stubborn old man so the fact that he's happy says a lot.

Our dog Samantha absolutely loves this place. She is treated like a queen every time she visits. This is a top notch facility with fantastic people. We use Pawprints for daycare, boarding, and grooming. I feel completely at ease leaving our dog in their care. Samantha is always comfortable getting groomed and looks gorgeous when she is finished. We are truly blessed to have such an awesome place to care for our dog!

I was greeted at the door, the people are so nice. The groomer did a great job. The one young lady showed me all around the place to where they board the dogs where they train the dogs where doggie daycare is. I've never been treated so nicely at a dog groomer or anywhere for that matter around here. I am definitely a customer for good. Oh and don't let me forget the best part they did an amazing job on my dogs

I have worked for Pawprints for going on 2 years, I talk to parents every day and reassure them of their dogs well being. When the time came where I needed to board my dogs I was scared and honestly heartbroken. I know the employees that would be handling her, I know the dogs that are in the courtyards but yet I couldn't shake the panic. From the time I dropped her off the ladies at the desk were completely reassuring, each phone call they took from me without complaint, the overnight attendants who showed her so much love, even down to the report card they gave me when I picked up. I felt the love they had for my girl. I am still in such awe for how the treat each dog like their own.
