Wonderful experience here. The customer service experience was definitely a highlight, she was so helpful and caring. Our pup wasn't too fond of getting clean, but he had a nice time overall.

So convenient and the staff was SO friendly and answered all my questions. I appreciate that I could just Drop In.competitors require appointments. Just a note.my little guy was cold because the dryers are not heated.

Washing our big husky was so easy! They even have high powered dryers which is life changing when it usually takes a full day for her to dry without it. We will be coming back with our other dogs next.

Great tubs, awesome customer service, several shampoos to choose from plus an effective deshedding shampoo. Water temp and sprayers were on point. They also have a drawer with all the tools you could need for a thorough groom. My pooch handled his bath very well here. Only thing that could be improved upon was the blow dryers - not the most efficient and do not have heat settings. I used the ones at my apartment complex and I was able to blow out significantly more undercoat and get a complete dry quicker. But overall, we will be back.

This happy girl hates baths, but Shampooch makes it easy to get her in and out without too much struggle. Never have to wait, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Added bonus - they recently got a really good deshedding shampoo - this girls undercoat grows slightly opposite of her top coat, so we've got hair everywhere. After her last visit (2 weeks ago), she's still not shedding. Thank you Shampooch!

My 50 lbs. German Shepard/Husky was FREAKING OUT while getting her bath and the staff was super helpful and cooperative in getting her clean. Awesome service!

We love Shampooch! We have been taking our pup Charlie since we adopted him in May 2021. Facilities are always clean and well stocked, and it's soooo nice to be able to stand up instead of crouching over the tub at home. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, we have only had great experiences.

Really liked this diy pet grooming place! The owner was super helpful and it was so nice to wash Rosie standing up! And she's so soft now! All the stuff is provided- including shampoo for fleas or itchy skin! And it's only $10 to have the nails clipped! All in all, awesome. We'll be back!

This place is a gem! It's clean and well stocked with everything you need. It has great tubs at just the right height. Sue was an angel taking care of my pups glands and nails. She has a kind touch and is extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Our first time doing the self wash with our dogs. It was great. The super nice lady even trimmed their nails.
