Great products, friendly service and fast shipping! Fair priced but only complaint is that shipping cost is very high being a fellow GA resident. Example if I wanted to buy a $5.95 bottle of Petagroom cologne it is $12.67 for shipping and $1.30 for tax so now my $5.95 bottle of colone is now $19.92. I would order more frequently but feel I have to wait to be able to make $100 purchase to land free shipping. But the products and service and speed is amazing. I appreciate that and will continue to grow in my grooming with this company.

As a groomer for 10 years and an AKC judge, I have never been treated more poorly than I have this company. After purchasing over 8 thousand dollars worth of equipment for my new business it turned out they didn't have my cages or grooming tables in stock. They sent me a scratch and dent loaner table and said they would pick it up when they delivered my cages and table.
My cages kept being delayed and it turned out they were just to busy with a pet fair they didn't have time to deal with it. So I paid someone to drive over an hour to pick them up and told them they can pick up their table when they had time. They are now suing me for the table or they want to charge me $165 for a restock fee. If I could give them no stars I would.

I purchased a electric grooming table from this company at the 2016 Groom expo in Wilmington, Ohio. I can't provide the model number because It came dinged and dented and it was sent without a manual and miss matching parts. We contacted the company and they said it must have happened during the delivery. That did not explain the absence of a manual and the miss matching parts.
After quite a few phone calls, of which quite a few were not returned, our sales rep Keili and I came to the best solution that there was going to be. Part of the solution was a $200 refund that NEVER happened of which now Keili denies ever saying. I was asked on the phone did I have proof that she said this, keep in mind most of these calls were made during our business hours as we own a grooming shop, and I didn't know I was dealing with this KIND of company.
They did send me a forced air dryer that was part of the deal on top of the $200 refund and one free part that broke on the already damaged table and one bottle of Love Potion No.9 that they claimed was a free sample. All samples are free. I didn't ask for the dryer or the samples. All i was interested in was Keili's offer of the $200 refund. Which I would have used to fix the less than 6 month old table that also didn't come with a warranty, paperwork or manual.
The 180 degree rotational arm broke ( the mount mechanism that holds a spring inside. The ends of the spring sheered off.) and the rear arm mount ripped at the weld and there was a ground wire for the rear electrical receptacles that was broke in two. In more than 30 years in grooming I have never ran into a company with worse customer service than this company. Unwilling to stand behind the products that they sell. I was made to feel that I was in the wrong the whole time and that I was a bother. Worst company and product I've ever dealt with. Buyer beware!

WORST SERVICE EVER bought a pair of clipper from them in feb at the trade show and they didn't work tried calling and getting a refund or help of ome kind and the guy on phone said he didn't know were my paper work was and would call back we called 3 times with same excuse. Anyway had to pay 80 dollars on a motor in the brand new clippers and a new drive already my company is san dimas pet grooming
