Great grooming! Even though it's on the other side of town from where I live, it's my go to spot because they do a great job!

Wonderful boarding/daycare facility. The staff is always so friendly and my dog Lily loves going there.

Love this place! Great prices and the staff are very friendly and tell me how things went when I come for pickup. My normally anxious pup leaves here happier and more social at the dog park every time. I'm so glad to have a local affordable drop in doggy daycare that I can trust. They get booked up fast though so plan ahead!

These ladies were amazing! They took such good care of my pups and it's hard to find a good boarder nowadays. They were so nice and kept us up to date the entire time!

I'm not sure why you'd want to drop your dog off in a place that's so small and loud in the first place, but even if you didn't mind that, remember that the employees work in 12 hour shifts because the owner is too cheap to pay more people to work, so there's no possible way your animal is definitely not getting the upmost care from employees. also, dogs have died here. food for thought!

Our 2 Cocker Spaniels spent 2 nights here and were so well cared for. We would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone travelling with their pets needing overnight boarding. Thank you all so much!

Toby's grooming experience was great. The hours and location are convenient; the staff and facility are nice. His all-over-shave was what we asked for and no nicks. A little pricey for a nothing fancy haircut. Overall, great.

We have been taking both of our dogs there since they wmgot their first shots. We just say the name and our dogs go crazy with excitement to go back. They have always come back happy and worn out. I highly recommend them!

We took our 12 year-old husky, Juno, to be groomed today before we were going on a 2-week vacation out West. We were totally amazed at the quality of the grooming and how beautiful she looked when we picked her up. Mark did an outstanding job and we will definitely be taking her back again. Huskies can be a handful to groom, yet they said she was well-behaved. That says something for Mark's ability and talent for grooming difficult dogs. Thank you guys for a job well done!

We took our 95 lbs Bullmastiff for his first grooming with anyone outside of his parents. at first he jump out of collar because he has never been. I dropped him off at 10 am. around noon I was anxious. because I haven't heard anything. when I called they said mojo loved his bath and play time. this out new groomer. thanks ladies he smells great.

I do not recoomend that you trust Pampered Pets in Donelson in taking care of your pet. After boarding my dog there for just a weekend, he came home exibiting behavior that led me to believe he experienced trauma, neglect and potentially abuse. He did not eat for 3 days and what was once a cheery and playful dog became a scared and reclusive pet. I. took him to the vet on the third day and although nothing was physically wrong, it was clear something traumatic happened to him.

He had been boarded before for weekends and a holiday and he had never came home with this sort of attitude change until he visited pampered pets. 2 weeks after he was boarded, I also noticed a skin abnormality and he is now being treated for a skin infection. I would not recommend that you entrust pampered pets with your furry family members.

Great place and great staff! Was my first time boarding my 4 mo. old Lab and it was a great experience.

Biscuit went here from the time he was a young pupper to his 2nd birthday, When i lived in donelson Pampered pets was my favorite option after taking him to ome other places that didnt pay attention to him or let him play in the pool. This place is perfect for day care or weekend boarding

The place is nestled in a nice development. We dropped our dog off for two days of daycare and one night of boarding. We toured the facility and it wasn't the nicest place I've seen but the staff seemed nice and reviews were decent. We picked up our dog and he was all smiles coming out of the back room. We know he was cared for and had a good time while he was there. It was also very, very affordable at a total of $31.

My husband & I adopted a sweet doggie just a couple weeks before we were leaving town for a quick trip, and we brought her to Pampered Pets for the weekend! The staff was so sweet & took amazing care of our girl, Leia. I had zero worries when I was away. When we picked her up, she was so happy & I know she enjoyed her time there! We also had her groomed & they did an amazing job getting her winter coat under control! We will definitely be back :

My puppies love the large yard, socializing with other dogs, outdoor exercise equipment, and watching dog movies!

They are SO great and we have been so happy to have a place like this to take our pup! They take such good care of her, it's extremely affordable and very convenient!

Granger always loved coming to Pampered Pets! I changed jobs recently and he isn't able to come anymore for daycare, and we will definitely miss it! He will be back for boarding some though!

Just fyi. I love Pampered Pets! I take my dog to Pampered Pets several times a week there. He loves it out there. 2nd thing. I'm a local Google maps local guide level 3. I try to help out businesses if I can and add hours or other things that could help others. I tried to add the times when they are open to Google maps, but for some reason wouldn't allow me so I'm going to try again. The hours open are from 7:30am to 5:30pm. I have verification from the Pampered Pets website.
