Stanford Cat Network Since 1991, we currently have rescued and placed 1000's of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are delivered medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.

Terrible customer service! Giving petsmart a really bad reputation, I will be writing to petsmart to get them out!

This group of unpaid volunteers does so much good for the community cats of Miami. Many people don't understand how much of their spare time and money it takes to care for and rescue community cats. Unsung heroes.

Sorry, I realize that im not able to speak with a person right away, i worded that complaint stupidly and childish, I apologize for that. I was upset at the answering machine, when it says "dial 1 for spay neuter services" and when you dial it, it says "dial 1 for spay neuter services, or calls in Spanish" and gives the options for 2 and 3 And when you dial any of the numbers it prompts you to, it says "that option is unavailable" i didnt understand because i was dialing the right numbers

Pretty bad experience with cat network. My family and I went to pet smart to adopt a kitten. We saw a few, and one caught our eye. The team that was there was hesitant for us to see the kitten at first but the kids loved her. The kitten was shy (like any kitten). We filled out paperwork and adoption fee of $140. The cats name is Priscilla and a Siamese mix. July 26th 2020.

They even came into my house to do a home check to ensure it was safe. Fast forward to today 8/8/2020 still no cat. First couple days she was to get a rabies shot. Then she developed ear infection then worms. Now two weeks later the foster "mom" is on vacation and they are unable to get the cat? We feel as though the intention was for us to switch to another cat because many other patrons wanted that cat and was offering more "donation" than was listed.

After a discussion with Paula who could not get me a straight answer on when we could get the cat I realized the intention for the kitten was for someone else. Pretty sketchy behavior and trying to Talk me into getting another kitten as Priscilla would not be a "good fit" for our family (I thought red lining only happened in real estate). Rather than me going to pet smart today and see another kitten as they so wanted us to do (of course for my best interest) Paula made a special delivery and returned my adoption fee to me.

I guess Priscilla is going to the highest bidder #fraud Also my wife spoke to babs who's was allegedly in charge of this operation who hung off the phone on my wife because she heard the story from Paula who felt offended my the facts. Turned what was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my 3 and 5 year old in to false promises and disappointment. Thanks for nothing

I thought it was just me. But I have spoken to many many people who say that the Cat network is worthless. They're all about money. They may do some good things but for people like me who comes seeking help, they try to shake for money and have someone offer to rescue the cats for $80 a cat. These people must be stopped

I've acquired assistance from the network the times. They've always been attentive and helpful. They may ask for money, but maintaining this kind of organization is not cheap. There is a lot of cost in the work they do. If I ever experience or feel differently I will happily change my review to reflect those feelings.

The network has the most caring individuals I have ever met. A stray young black tabby female showed up at my home's front porch, she was scared and being followed by 2 males that were not spayed. I kept her in my garage several nights until I was able to take her in to get neutered by the group of vets that help the network. It was a truly non eventful experience. Thank you.

Horrible. They opened up a cat that had already been spayed. They claimed they couldn't see the scar! More like they had already received the money. Don't waste your time and money. If you care what happens to the animal pay the extra $50 for a normal vet or go to the clinics at PETCO or Walgreens. Communication was very poor. They don't test the animals before vaccinating. NOT WORTH IT!

The Cat Network is an all volunteer organization that does wonderful work to protect the community cats of South Florida offering low cost spay/neuter, adoption and rescue services. Many thousands of felines have been saved thanks to the Cat Network.
