We LOVE Dog Days, and so does our pup, Reese. They truly love the dogs; they know them well and the dogs are closely and lovingly supervised. I love that they do a Facebook page with videos everyday. We can see how much Reese enjoys being there and love that they have a great outdoor/indoor space. All of the dogs look busy and happy, and the staff is so cheerful. Also, they throw dog birthday parties, dressing the dog in a hat and giving them a special treat with a few friends.

We LOVE the photos they sent of our boy enjoying himself. Dog Days Ranch loves their pups and it shows. Reese takes their bus to daycare twice a week. Wow, we love this! They come to your house around the same time, and you can leave a key or just hand them your pup! I would also like to note that they take covid precautions and come to the door in a mask. Much appreciated right now! Thank you, Dog Days Ranch! We just love all of you and so does Reese! He comes home an exhausted and happy pup!

I've trusted Michelle and her team with my fur babies for 13+ years. They are loving, attentive, compassionate, and all-in with their furry guests. I never worry because I'm sure that they watch over my dogs carefully while letting them roam, play, rest, or whatever else they might do. I use both daycare and overnight services, including long stays when I'm out of town. Dogs Days Ranch is fantastic.

This is the best doggie daycare around! They truly care about your pet and keep you updated with any changes in behavior, etc. The staff is caring and professional. I would give them ten stars if I could!

The best place for your dogs to spend the day or a few days. They will be treated with kindness and love.

My dogs have been going th Dog Days Ranch for years. The dogs are all screened for temprament and we have never had a problem. The staff really loves the dogs and form relationships with them. A great feature that they offer is pickup service with the dog bus. I won't let my dogs stay anyplace else.

We love Dog Days Ranch, and drive from downtown to Poway to board our beloved 9-year-old beagle mix, Missie. Safety and comfort are their number one priorities so we are able to go on vacation and not worry at all. I agree with the other yelper about always having to groom my dog when we return due to the dust, etc., but I know she has had a good time playing outside with the other dogs, and it's now part of the routine of returning home. We all need a good grooming every now and then, don't we?! Very small price to pay for our peace of mind and happiness for our dog!

I came here because A family friend referred it. I go out of my way from North Park to Poway when dropping off my dog. Millie gets so excited when I leave her and is always tired when picking her up. I know she has a lot of fun thanks to their regular posts on Facebook. Their process to introducing new pups is thorough as they walk you through the place where they play and introduce the dogs to yours.

They explained their procedures, guidelines, etc. so you are aware of what to expect when dropping off your fur baby. I selfishly don't want to share this business as I want them to always be available when I need Millie to be watched. However, they deserve the recognition for the great work they do taking care of my pride and joy (and others' too!)

This is by far the best dog daycare and boarding facility we have ever used. Both of our dogs Jack and Gracie love going there and come home tired and happy.

Great find right in our neighborhood! We left to Europe for 2 weeks, and got to see our dog daily via video. Great place to leave your best friend, and what an awesome staff!

We boarded our dog here for 7 days and we were very happy. We considered the standard crate boarding place but didn't really want to have our dog confined all day long for 7 days. Dog Days Ranch was awesome. Our pup was able to play and run around all day with other dogs. She was not alone and not confined. The owner truly loves dogs. Highly recommend.

Its been a while since we've been here so this review is long overdue. We absolutely love this place. The dogs roam freely throughout the day. When our dog began limping because he's not used to the exercise being a big bully breed lazy dog he usually is. They noticed it and gave us a call and told us that they were keeping him indoors so he can rest and keep an eye on him.

We will absolutely go back! The 4 stars is because they run in dirt all day, our fur baby is so muddy and dirty when we pick him up so we always have to factor in the cost of giving him a bath after picking him up. Other places do offer the "Exit" bath but we haven't found one that we like (see my Animal Keeper Review). But since the bath thing is the only issue, overall, Dog Days has been our favorite so far from the other places we've looked at and tried so we will definitely be back.

I wasn't impressed with the indoor sleeping area. First of all it smelled so bad, I almost gagged. They must not wash the bedding/blankets they used very frequently, hence the wet dog like stench. I don't care for crates and that's what they use. Although Michelle is very nice, I just wasn't sold on the place.

Baxter Doodle loves The Ranch! It's clear that all the people there truly, and deeply, love dogs. Baxter is an only child and he really needs his "dog-time". The Ranch is a very neat place with an eclectic collection of very well behaved dogs.

Highly recommended. They care for your dog like they were their own children. You couldn't ask for more.

Friendly, caring and loving! Prices are reasonable. My dog loves to lay around and isn't much into playing. Regardless, I feel better knowing that my dog isn't laying around in a kennel all day. The Ranch will post Facebook videos and pics of your dog at play. Thanks Dog Days Ranch!

Thank you to Michelle and the team of wonderful pet care givers at Dog Days Ranch! We board our 10 yr old golden retriever with them often and he loves the ranch. We appreciate knowing he is well cared for and loved. The supervised outdoor playtime and safe indoor evening areas are great. It is his "home away from home." We highly recommend Dog Days Ranch.

I have two active dogs (a golden and a chocolate lab), I have always wanted to know that they are going to get enough love and exercise while I am away (vs hanging out in a cage with only 15 minutes of play time here a day). Anyone who has dogs who needs social interaction know what I mean. Dogs Day Ranch is an amazing place! It's a place my dogs feel very comfortable at, they get to play whenever they want and have a place to sleep if they want a break too. I can't stress enough how well the staff treat these dogs, they are all family! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience here! Michelle is so nice! They handle my dog Tina with love and care! They are also extremely honest and ethical which is so important, especially since they may be depended on at any moment to make important decisions for your furry loved ones!

Michelle, Earl, Max, Evan, and everyone else who has a hand in caring for the dogs at The Ranch are truly skilled and loving. My standard poodle, Megan, has been staying with them for regular day care and some overnights for about 8 years. She feels as much at home there as with me. I love the attention to her behavior that everyone there gives, the obvious affection that they have for her, and that they are concerned for her mental AND physical well being. Now, the physical layout of The Ranch is awesome too.

There is plenty of room to freely roam and play outside, and a nice comfy place indoors for those pups that want to chill (like my Megan does). This is a top notch place with fantastic staff.

We have two black labs and boarded them for a week. They screen their dogs very well which makes you feel good when you leave them there. Also everyone was nice and accommodating when needed. We will board our dogs there again.

I love the personal attention Michelle gives each and every dog here. It is such a fun environment for the dogs and safe. It is a big dog heaven for when you have to travel.

We had our lab watched by this day care while on a 10 day vacation and upon picking up our lab - our dog was 'out of sorts' for quite some time, and a friend who was required to pick up our dog mid-vacation/mid boarding, because of the day care owner's parties, stated that the doggy day care owner Michelle was not very responsive, friendly, (didn't have the dog's leash) and in the end 'nickel and dimed' us for all charges for the boarding.

Most concerning was our dog's emotional state, and we realize he was neglected for the sake of this day care taking as many dogs as possible to make $$. I've found two other responsible and caring local doggy day cares in Poway/RB for large dogs, have met other dissatisfied dog owners with this particular day care and cannot recommend this day care setting, and write this review because it is so important to make sure you have the best care for your pets while away.
