We had an emergency situation and rushed to the clinic. Tried to call multiple times on the way and phone would never go through (other calls were fine so it was their line not our phone). Get there and we are clearly extremely worried and time sensitive and are informed not a single doctor or nurse is at the clinic because they're all on lunch at 2:30 in the afternoon. Referred to an urgent care 15 mins away (longer in dallas traffic) when time is critical. We will not be back.

I am highly impressed with extraordinary qualifications, friendliness and exceptional care doctors and support staff providesfor my dog. All members of VRPC are exceptionally nice, professional, knowledgeable, animals loving people. Doctors are very experiences, highly qualified and professional. My dog has been always afraid going to Vet, in the past. Now, she really likes people at VRPC and is always very happy coming to the Clinic. Doctors are excellent explaining in details my dog's problems, how to treat it, present detailed management plan and provide advice what type of preventive measures to implement.
They call immediately after dog exam and update me about any new findings. All staff at Valley Ranch Clinic is exceptionally friendly, respectful and understanding. My dog has been a patient at this great veterinary center for many years. We always feel comfortable and welcomed by exceptionally kind and friendly staff. Facility is extremely clean.

I have been going to this facility since 2005 and have never thought about going anywhere else. My vet is Dr. Capps and she's the best. She tells it like it is and doesn't recommend doing anything just for the sake of doing it. She cares for the animals and it shows in everything she does. I have also seen Dr. Nonnenmacher for rehabilitation therapy for my dog. She and the techs are so great and are so patient with the animals. You can tell they all really care about what they're doing.

Dr. Greg was wonderful to my sweet kitty! She's been suffering with allergies for over a year and after one visit she's already doing so much better!
