Sally is just simply amazing! We had to have our kitten early as her mum was poorly but it was just before we went away. Sally took her in and looked after our kitten like her own. After seeing how upset our young children were leaving the kitten, Sally went out of her way to provide a daily pictures or videos for the children to let them know the kitten was happy. It was a beautiful touch and cannot recommend this beautiful cattery enough. We are already booked in for our next trip too!

Love this place, I have boarded my 3 cats here several times and have never been disappointed. Very attentive and caring, most definitely someone I trust with my cats.

Sally has looked after our boy Dexter for a week and has been amazing. She has administered medication for him 3 times a day being epileptic, given him lots of love and affection, cuddles and play time. Sally kept us up to date with photos and videos of Dexter during his stay which helped to keep our minds at ease. We will 100% be using Catopia when we need again when away for Dexter to be cared and loved on his little holiday. Sally is a true cat lover, enthusiast and advocate. Your cat/s will have the best time, be happy and extremely well cared for. Thank you again so much Sally (and Ava!) xx

Karen was very kind and communicative! My shy little kitty stayed there for 2 weeks over the holidays. She responded quickly to my texts and gave me honest updates. It was very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

I would highly recommend Catopia Cattery in Sandhurst, the owners are very helpful and kind and have a real passion for getting to know your cat so I felt very confident leaving my kitten there. The pens are beautifully laid out, it's like a posh hotel for cats and mine was very happy to stay there and I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Absolutely amazing cattery. I was so impressed with the spacious, clean and generous pens with their own outdoor space. Sally dotes on my cats and loves them like her own. I will definitely use Catopia again and would highly recommend this cattery to others.

To be honest I almost don't want to write this review and let the cat out of the bag! Our little cat has stayed at Catopia a few times now. This luxury cattery manages to be highly professional and super personal at the same time. The pens have been very thoughtfully designed, are roomy, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and there are plenty of toys. Sally's care is second to none and she loves her cat guests as much as she does her own beautiful cats. How we ever get our cat home again I don't know. Highly recommended without hesitation.

This Cattery is amazing. They have been brilliant and so flexible. There is so much room for the cats and it is luxurious. They accommodate any needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this Cattery as I know how important fur babies are.

Catopia is literally a paradise for your cat, I'm not sure Zeus wanted to come home! The cats have both an inner and outer area and the enclosures are huge compared to a previous cattery I used. Sally clearly adores cats and spends a lot of time making sure their every need and want is met. Everything has been carefully thought through and I really felt like Zeus was having a holiday as well as me. Zeus had been the only cat in there on his last night and I think Sally had spent the whole evening sat in the cattery area with him so he wouldn't be lonely!

I have been torn about writing this review because I want to support Sally as a small and independent business, but at the same time I don't want her to get so booked up that I can't get Zeus booked in;-

I can't recommend Sally and Catopia enough. From the moment we met to discuss my cats requirements, I found Sally to be professional, informative and friendly. I felt very happy and comfortable about leaving my cats in her capable hands. Sally's love of all cats shines through and the facilities are welcoming, clean, pretty and homely. You can be reassured that your fur baby will be cared for like one of her own. I wouldn't put my cats anywhere else now. One warning though, make sure that you book in advance if you want to get your fur babies in!

We used Catopia when we moved to town and I can't say enough good things about Karen and her home for cats. The indoor and outdoor spaces are amazing and the cats were very well cared for. We will be repeat customers!

This place is off the hook! My daughter's cat has never been boarded and doesn't like to be transported unless staying with us. Well, he was in seriously good hands here and his reaction to them definitely surprised me. He was affectionate to the caretakers as if they were family (headbutt cuddles) and seemed to trust them. When I was leaving he managed to escape my grasp and took off under the neighbors deck!

Instead of the "he's your problem now" I was fearing, they went after him, hopped fences trying to get him, dealt with neighbors and explained the situation. They got my cat back for me so I didn't have to tell my daughters and fiance "I lost the cat" the day before Christmas! Awesome service at affordable prices; with how my cat interacted with them and their saving my Christmas, we will definitely bring our snuggle buddy cat back here next trip we take. Thank you guys!

Catopia is an amazing place! My old cat Sis has stayed their twice and I have been very pleased with the service provided at Catopia. The Deluxe option gives old Sis the seclusion she needs and several options of places to curl up. She loves the high window perch! Catopia is clean and affordable!

Catopia is a very clean and pleasant place to leave your cat while you go on vacation. My cat had a 7 night stay there, and was well taken care of. He had a deluxe suite so he could roam outside in an enclosed area, as well as inside. I would definitely leave my beloved cat there again.

This place is great. I had my two cats boarded here for nearly 8 weeks this summer, and I honestly don't think they missed me at all. When I picked them up, I met a few of the other cats that were there, and they all seemed happy and well cared for. It was very clean, and Karen clearly has a knack for taking care of cats. She was also great about handling my schedule. I would definitely recommend!

I am very impressed by the service I received at Catopia! The owner is very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times and the facility is clean and the cat condos are spacious, no cages! She obviously loves what she does and gives love to all the kitties. I even received a personalized thank you note with a picture of my kitty on the front after our first stay! We will definitely be going back!
