Kritter Krewe

KK have been keeping my dog Lulu for at least 5 plus years. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I love the in home environment they provide because my dog does not do well in a kennel sitting. I will continue to bring her back to them

The Kritter Krewe does a great job handling my fur babies who are grumpy, old, and sick. We've used them for over 5 years and have always been very pleased with their service. They are responsive, kind, and reliable. I am always confident that everything is taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

I love Kritter Krewe! I use them every time I travel. They are so sweet to Frankenstein, and they treat him like one of their own! It's almost like he doesn't want to leave. The price is fantastic too, and they offer so many services. Definitely recommend!

I have to share my disappointment with the dog walking services from Maria and Debra. I had very high hopes. In a nutshell, they are very lazy: the walks went from 13 to 20 minutes, (only because I could see their activities on camera, they were touted as 30 minute walks and I had to tell them that less than 20 minutes is not acceptable), the inability to cover their own vacation time, to a general disrespect within my home and with my pets, i.e. did not wash dog bowls, did not fill water bowls, etc and, most importantly, their approach to business, Boutique dog walking, really?

I hired you to walk my dog, and to find backup when YOU go on vacation. They totally lack awareness of the needs of the working customer and their pets. Oh, I forgot. A really cool plastic dog food scooper/food clip was broken by Maria and I was told they would replace it and it had been ordered via Amazon. That was two weeks ago. I gave them til today to receive it. You now know how and why I have written this review.

I looked online for days for doggie daycare in kenner, La. For our trip to New Orleans, I nearly drove myself crazy because my Precious is a 18 yr old rat terrier mix, and is very anxious, leaving her to the vet even for a few hours is stressful not only on her, but me as well, after much, and I mean A LOT of consideration, I gave Kritter Krewe a phone call, needless to say I got a answering machine to call Gina, I called her, not knowing what to expect, come to find out the owners Maria and Deb were on vacation, we drove into Kenner Friday night and I tell you I drove by the house twice, because like I said earlier I didn't wanna just leave my baby of 18 yrs with just anyone, but I did, I want to tell you Gina is god sent!

My dog was so relaxed, no anxiety or stress, and was taking care of so well, she felt so at home, I'm beyond graceful to Gina and Kritter Krewe for making my weekend so enjoying, I will tell anyone who is like me and doesn't just leave there dog anywhere with just anyone, rest assure I have no problem leaving her with them, look forward to boarding her again this fall when I return to NO for football season! We have used Kritter Krewe for many years for pet sitting. Our dog Winston tends to be nervous and excitable around other dogs. Debra and Maria know just how to get him to relax. They understand how to slowly socialize him so he can make some furry friends. They are amazing at what they do and take pride in keeping our dog safe and happy! As a bonus, they even provide professional grooming services. Highly recommend!
