I took a homeless dog to get her nail clipped. She won't let anyone touch her feet. But they wa very patient with her. They did a fantastic job. Now she prances as she walks.

Only gave two stars because this place used to be my go-to to get my dog's nails cut. I don't know what kind Of change of ownership happened or when it was, but ever since then not only do they seemingly rush through cutting her nails, but they're almost always closed nearly a full hour before the posted closing time (4:30on the door is the closing time I was holding them to, 530 on google; only had to make that mistake once) And usually I don't like to beA Negative NancyTrolling onReviews, but the least they could do is update the hours on the door. so I suggested they edit the hours through here to 3:45; maybe those who continue to take their pets here won't find themselves as frustrated as I've needlessly been too many times. sorry yal, going elsewhere at this point

I took two Yorkies there and she did a great job on two puppy cuts. I like that she doesn't keep them like my last groomer. For the price I am very happy with the service she offers.

I heard the owner was grumpy but you will always get what you asked for so I expected her to be "all business" and that is fine. But as a first time customer with an eight-month-old puppy she gave me about 60 seconds or let's say being generous, maybe two minutes while she was working on another dog. She didn't even look at my dog while I was explaining what I needed and she immediately got annoyed with me.

What did I expect? That she would put down her clippers come over to the counter and look at the dog with me. Give me time to demonstrate what I wanted. I gave her a picture and said I wanted her face like this but I don't want the body shirt. "I hate short hair." I just wanted her to trim 2 inches off the body and to leave the legs puffy. So what does she do?

She hears 2 inches and she shaves her down to 2 inches. Because she didn't take her time to listen to me. She shouldn't have been so offputting and impatient. She made me feel insecure. And the cut is all choppy. You see nothing but choppy gashes even in the face. She's not an artist. I've had groomers that cut like they are doing human cuts.

This was sloppy. And the beard is way too long. The only thing I said to her was, wow that's shorter than I expected. But there was no reason to discuss it because what could I do at this point? Other than just not go back.

Wow! Called to see if I could get my dog groomed as a first time customer. Upon calling I told the lady my 15 y/o dog is a bit squirmy and the lady told me she needs to be tranquilized! I don't know what kind of people work at this place but some doggies need a little extra patience.

I called and was able to get an appointment for my puppy same day. They did a great job and truly seemed to care about the dogs they work on. They were done in a timely manner and the price was more then fair. I will be going back for sure.

I am shocked to see anything but 5 star reviews for this shop. I have been taking all of our dogs there for years and have always been more than pleased with there professionalism and how friendly they are. If you want a excellent grooming shop look no further. They are the best

I would recommend them over Scooby Doo's. I have been going to Scooby Doo's forever and the new owner was so rude or whoever was working at the counter and I would never go there again. I've never been treated like that at Scooby Doo's until this new ownership. Anne at pet Cuts was a delight!

Good job on small dogs One dog is 11 lbs. the other is 5 lbs. Owner thought they were too wiggly. I don't know if dogs are treated kindly. Fees are on the high end. Cash or check only. Would go again.

Super rude over the phone, they don't "DO" huskies or any fluffy dog. Didn't even give my dog a chance, guess I'll be going elsewhere.

This is the worst possible place to get your dog groomed. The woman is nasty and does not listen to how you want your dog groomed. She butchered my doodle and did a barely passable job on my Westie. Never again!

I've been taking my dog Marley here for almost a year now and every time I pick him up he is very happy and excited. It's inexpensive too, which is a huge plus. Keep in mind it's cash or check only.

My little Poodle terrier is very mellow, but timid about new places. He is accustomed to Annie, and now marches in for his grooming like a little soldier. He is quiet and content when I go to pick him up, and always looks gorgeous. I would not consider taking him to anyone else.

I have read many reviews of this business. Some people found the owner to be rude but I just thought she was intense and very busy. She was polite and courteous to me and did a great job on my dog. What more can you ask for? She was also prompt. She said drop him off at 11:30 which I did and she said he would be ready at 2:00. I was there at exactly 2pm and he was ready.

I hate leaving my dog in a crate for 5 hours as many groomers require you to do. Her prices are very reasonable. Also, she mentioned that my dog had an ear infection and she found a tick on him. I took him to the vet that afternoon and got him treated. Overall, would say she is very on top of her business. I just moved here to Napa and will definitely be using her again.

Trying to figure out how not to give her any stars. Cant. that dumb crack headed lady needs to groom her damn self first. Looking like a homeless poodle. She was rude & disrespecful. Oh and check this, she charged me extra because my "dog was difficult" lady! This is your job! Deal with it or keep it moving. Sad part, i was a returning client.

Have been taking our Shih Tzu's here for years. Our dog Stella jumps out of the car and runs into Annie's shop every time because she is so excited to go and get her hair done. We have never had issues with Pet Cuts. Our dogs love it and their hair looks great when they leave. Annie is truly the best pet groomer around.

Don't go here, unless you want to berated and yelled at. The owner Anne Moore is something else. She complained my dog wined while he was there. She said "you left him here all day." She did not provide the cut we discussed, just cut him all over the same, saying "well it will grow out."Did not cut his wiskers either, even though she was instructed to do so maually.

My dog had white paint in spots on his black coat. There was remaining paint on his back, I pointed it out, she rebrushed his back, said, " well we washed him "and angry handed me the brush to do it myself, ( still did not come out). She is abrupt, and rude and does not listen, and hung up on me two times. All this for 75.00 I reported her to the BBB.

Annie was awesome with our dog we had just gotten from the shelter. He was pretty from separation anxiety and very matted. I came back to a quiet, relaxed dog and a great cut. She told us what we needed to maintain his coat. Fyi this is a cash only place.

If I could leave zero stars believe me I would! Beware of the blonde woman at the front desk, like many of the other reviews state she is incredibly rude, and not the kind of person you feel good about leaving your dog with. I will never make the mistake of coming here again and am writing this review to inform people of what they can expect, which is a nonexistence of customer service, and a terrified dog upon your return.

I can easily brush off someone being impolite to me because I understand it's a reflection of how miserable they must be, however the thought of this woman doing anything to harm my dog or any other dog is what motivated me to leave this review. Keep yourself and your dogs happy by avoiding this poor excuse of a grooming salon.

We have taken our Goldendoodle to almost every dog groomer in Napa, and we always feel so sorry for her when she's done. Her hair is either choppy, her skin has razor rash/cuts, she's shaved completely down to the skin, or hardly cut at all, etc. It's been a nightmare & has taken us a whole 3 years to finally find people who know what they are doing! No more surprises. The gals at Pet Cuts consistently do a good job! It's pricy.but this is where the saying: "you get what you pay for" stands true! Thanks ladies!

I have been taking our Dear Max to Pets Cut with Annie, who has been an amazing groomer since we started booking with them 5 years ago. Max is always excited to visit and happily jumps in the car for his grooming appointments. She is very personable, always paying attention to details and special requests. She communicates well and is diligent with all reservations made.

In the 5 years we have been using their services we have always been satisfied with each visit knowing that they take pride in the care they give our dog. Max always looks wonderfully groomed, smells great and couldn't be a happier little guy after his visit. Max is always a fun and super energetic mascot but they always welcome him with the best smile and enthusiastic hellos. It helps that they always have great advice and kind suggestions. I would definitely recommend their services.

I've been bringing the pup here for years now and she always comes home happy, clean and nicely trimmed. Annie is not here to entertain you or learn your life story and she has always been kind and helpful to us. If you need extra TLC, ample attention or an extra shoulder to unload on this probably will not be your place. If you want a safe, clean environment for your dog in a place where they will be well groomed, make an appointment at Pet Cuts! Options are limited in Napa and Annie has been like a hidden gem here in for us, even after relocating to Seattle two years ago.

We still try and schedule grooming around our travel plans each quarter so we can visit Annie at least a few times a year.seriously. Good cuts, be specific about what you want. Don't expect to pull up a chair and open a bottle of vino here; this is a busy place and the dogs get all the attention, as they should

Annie, Pet Cuts owner is a single operator who is very busy and not keen on idle chit chat. Perhaps this is why some people find her "rude." I didn't come to her to find a new friend, but to have my two year old Golden Retriever Bubba clipped for the hot weather to come. She did a superb job! I would recommend her without hesitation. If you need a friend, buy another dog.

She always does a great job with our little yorkie. Our yorkie is very temperamental and bites people. However, he loves Annie and she even clips his nails and cuts his feet hair and he hates having his feet touched. Our little guy is very comfortable with her and actually gets excited now when we go there because he likes Annie. Now if I can just get him to stop trying to bite our neighbor.

My Golden Retriever was scheduled for knee surgery, and I took her to Annie for an easy-to-care-for haircut. She came home looking beautiful, with really short hair. She was happy and very proud of her new look. Annie has exceptional skills in working with long haired Golden Retrievers. I highly recommend her.

My dog was a nervous wreck, scared and shaking when I picked her up? Annie is rude and totally IMPATIENT to put it politely. Do not ever leave your dog at Pet Cuts.

She LOST MY DOG! This was the worst thing I had ever experienced. It got "loose" from the leash when they took him out to pee AN HOUR AGO. And never bothered to immediately call me! I found out my dog had been lost for an HOUR! She was NOT SYMPATHETIC AND VERY RUDE! Acted careless and just said that she was doing everything she could up get my dog back. Really, is that why she was still in there grooming other dogs just like nothing had happened? Ugh made me sick to my stomach! Thank god WE found our dog and he is home safe. He could have been killed by car! :( Used to take my two pups to that RUDE LADY ANNIE but NEVER again! :,(

My dogs love this place., okay I love this place, my dogs would rather not be groomed, lol. Annie the owner and groomer is the best. She is patient and kind to my little yorkies. I highly recommend this place for your favorite furry friends.
