If I could give ten stars I would. Best grooming service we've ever experienced in all of Ottawa. We've brought our golden retriever Shenzi a few times and mama brought her back from our most recent visit and I was like Waaaahhhhhh! Holy moly they did an amazing job! Highly recommended! I wish I took a before and after pic, next time.

I adore this groomer. My Aussie always comes home happy, looking gorgeous and that is all a pet owner can ask for. Staff and helpful and courteous. Thank you for taking such good care of my Lenny.

They started off great but not so great anymore. We have been using TLC to groom our 2 year old Yorkie Austin since he was about 6 mths old. We realize he is a nervous little dog and it must be challenging to groom him but the past 3 cuts have been bad with the most recent one this week being terrible - so bad that he appears to be an abused dog we don't seem to care about : One of his back paws had a one inch area that had been shaved right down to his skin.

His face was all uneven. And his chest had been shaved under his legs but not his belly nor under his face. Poor Austin looks ridiculous. We were hopeful they would improve but apparently that won't happen and therefore we will definetly not be returning. Yuyu was supposed to be grooming him but we think it has been someone else because as I mention before, great job early on! Very unfortunate for our pup as we were trying to get him used to someone/place early on.

Yesterday, a wonderful groomer named You-You (forgive me if I've misspelled your name) gave our year-old English Cocker Spaniel, Jackie, a magnificent summer cut. Jackie has a thick, medium-length coat and she loves to swim so she 'd become badly matted in some areas, especially her rump. Even with careful brushing and scissors, I wasn't able to remove all of the mats so we thought an close trim would solve the problem and keep Jackie cool during the hot months.

She came home from her appointment looking like a puppy! We could see all of her beautiful little spots again and her short fur felt like velvet. Brushing her after her swims will now be so much easier. We'll probably go back for one more short cut before the hot weather ends, then let her fur grow back a bit for the fall. I'm posting some shaggy dog before shots and some sleek after shots so you can see how much fur disappeared. Great service, very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend TLC Grooming. I brought my puppy (4 months) to get a puppy cut and I am so happy with the results. He was very shaggy before (hard to see his eyes). Marty did a great job with him and we will definitely be coming back.

Don't go chasing waterfalls! TLC did a beautiful and thorough job on our dog. He's a large breed with a lot of energy. They managed him really well. He looks great! Highly recommend

Came here to review the daycare service (I've not used the grooming services. yet!). The prices are comparable to Petsmart but I like this place more because your dog actually gets opportunities to do their "business" outdoors. It's also clean and there are toys to keep the dogs busy. Most importantly: Kat, the daycare attendant, is a saint. She treats my dog as if she were her own; the service is personalized (as in, she knows exactly what's going on with my dog and anything worth mentioning that might have happened during the day) and it's clear she loves these dogs. I would trust her with my pup any day!

This was my first visit at TLC and they have found a new customer My dog was taken care of, he is a nervous boy and was super calm when we came to get him. It took less than 2 hours for a full groom and the quality was excellent. I suggest everyone to bring their pets here, as they are very experienced and know what they are doing. They are also super nice and welcoming, and you can even use their daycare services! So happy :

The first time I brought my puppy Luke here, Marty made both of us feel very comfortable and he came out looking so handsome. The second time I brought him he was very high energy and had developed a habit of biting brushes or scissors that went near him. Despite his bad behaviour Marty did a great job and he came back so soft and fluffy. Everyone is really nice!

I have taken my dog to get her nails trimmed 3 times. No appointment and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes. My dog is "high energy" and I haven't been able to do her nails myself so the $10 is well worth it. Every groomer on site I have dealt with has handled my pooch calmly and warmly. I would happily recommend TLC to anyone needing anything from nail clipping to a full groom.
