We love Aio! She does an amazing job with our kitties. Never had any concerns with Bubbles Spa- our cats finish their grooming all clean and well taken care of! THANK YOU BUBBLES SPA!

Super happy that we got a last minute appointment for our bernedoodle (large size). She got a bath, tune up and a super cute bandana (FREE!). Very satisfied with the result! Reasonable prices!

I was so hoping this place would be good. We just moved to the area and we've been looking for a local groomer. We tried it out today and unfortunately this is not the place. They do not follow directions and they are not qualified to handle long hair breeds. I spent some time with the groomer to go over what we wanted done and I left her reference pictures thinking we would not have any problems.

Please see the attached picture I left her and what they did to our poor little pup. Skip this place and find somewhere else if you need need a professional groomer. This place is amateur hour and not worth the $145 price tag.

We only go here to get my dog's nails cut. Most of the staff are great, just a couple don't cut them short enough. But Jean is awesome!

Bubbles is an excellent place to take your dog or cat--and, YES, cats are welcome here! My boyfriend & I bring his cat (who isn't miss friendly!) here and when we pick her up she is calm & happy with ZERO signs of any mental trauma- and looking GORGEOUS! I highly reccomend this place!

AI is awesome she is great with dogs and people. They have parking in the back which makes it easy.

Love coming to Bubbles pet spa to give my dogs a full spa treatment! Aleathea is hands down the best groomer and bather. Very professional, thorough and can tell she is very experienced with the way she bathed, furminated and clipped my dog's nails. I've been on the search to find a pet spa and groomer that is clean, thorough, and professional and I don't have to look any further! I consistently have to get my dogs bathed with all the outdoor adventuring they do. 10/10 would recommend this pet spa, and especially with Aleathea as the bather/groomer.

This is a fabulous pet groomer. I take my bulldog there once a week and he loves it! The people there are professional and courteous. Could not recommend more!

Hi this is my second time coming here with my dog and they hurt her paw and her ears were not fully clean. The first time we came, the groomer did an amazing job but this time they did not. I will add pictures. You can clearly still see ear wax and her paws were not buffed or waxed. They are rough.

Had the worst experience of any groomers we've ever gone to. First time we went they charged us a lot more than quoted and not told. The next time they called us wanting to raise the rate and we said NO amd so when we got there they still raised the rate. Don't even trust them even if they tell you a price.

Not sure they even care about getting business. I had sent a request for a bath through their website multiple times with no response, so I called and left a couple of voicemails at separate times and no call back. When I finally got through to a LIVE person she insisted they return every single call. Hmmm, so me calling 2 separate times and leaving a voicemail was a fluke and u didn't receive it? Ok.

They fit me in that day so I went. So about 3 weeks after I tried again, same exact thing. Made a request online, no reply so I called and left msg, no call back. I said wth and finally put a request on the Nextdoor app for recommendations and took my boy to Petsmart where it was $30 for a bath, ear cleaning and nail trim. Being a small business they should really be focusing on customer service. They did NONE of that on 3 separate occasions. That's a shame.

First time I tried this place and I will come back for sure. They took great care of my pooch and they followed my instructions completely. I did hair cut and bath, but next time I will also try their self wash.

Aleachea has been grooming Teddy since we moved to Manhattan Beach. From just a trim, a "wash and blow out" to a full cut (as shown") we have never been disappointed. Aleachea has always welcomed Teddy with high regards and has even stopped us around town to say hi! Highly recommend Bubbles and their great staff.

I have been going to Bubbles Pet Spa for years. My poodle is a rescue and difficult to handle. They are very patient and make him handsome every time I bring him. See the 2 pictures of the work they do. I have been to 5 other groomers and none of the other groomers make him as pretty. Thank you Bubbles groomers!

I've been coming here for almost a year and the employees are always so friendly and do a great job with my fur babies haircut! My dog Rex always comes out smelling so good and clean. I will recommend my family and friends to Bubbles!

I found this place a couple months back & gotta say me and my husky Luna love it here. I've noticed that a lot of other grooming salons keep my husky for 3-4 hours and this place never takes longer than 2 hours. An employee there told me that they have a one groomer one dog policy & it's obvious they pay attention and care about what they do because they never fail to tell me anything new they notice on my pup. A++ recommend!

The lady's are very nice an care about your pet. Our dog must have been traumatized by another groomer. He'll be 13yrs in April and he's been groomed all his life. Now he's super nervous. They offered to help him get over it and called to make sure he is feeling better.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with this groomer, my dog Marley was dropped off for grooming last Wednesday, and they did a good job on his haircut he's a large poodle mix dog, however when he got home there was blood on my floors and rug from his nail bleeding. He does have black nails, so it has happened once before at a groomer that his quick was cut accidentally, our issue is that no one called to tell us they had happened, we stopped the bleeding, however on Friday it reopened and bled even more for at least 30 min which was why I have to think it was a pretty deep cut that had to have been bleeding pretty badly when my dog was still at the groomer. Luckily I'm a nurse and didn't panic and was able to treat it but I had to bandage and treat his nail myself (can't imagine how much a vet visit would have cost if I wasn't familiar with how to stop the bleed).

After this happened we called the groomer to report the issue as this is an integrity problem since no one even bothered to call us to say what happened to his nail, whom ever answered the phone stated they would have the manager/ owner call us back, I even gave it through the weekend and Monday came and went an no call. We definitely won't be coming back or recommending this place. Picture attached after I had cleaned up his nail and had bed all over my house.

Well I make an appointment on 3/16/20 for 10:30am for my Andy and I get a call @ 10:15 and they tell me that I owe $98 for a no show appointment of 2 month ago (after I called and cancel ). I manage a surgeon office and we don't even charge a no show or cancellation. This is insane very in professional I would have paid maybe a $25 but this girl was rude and I'm professional I ask to speak to the manager and she said why she's going to tell you the same why waste her time. SO I JUST HUNG UP. Then they tex me staying u missed your appointment. And the only reason they even get 1 Star is because I need to add a star to leave my message be aware money hungry.

Jean was awesome! Cat grooming is difficult enough to find so when the place my vet here recommended said they didn't do it anymore and recommended Bubbles I was kind of leery. The bright side, this place is down the street from the house, they give a 10%cat grooming Monday discount, are super responsive and friendly and Jean did an amazing job of taking care of my big boy skittish ginger furkid's coat with the furminator, his fur is super soft and even though she couldn't get that much if his tummy she got more than enough to get rid of the dander and excess.

We LOVE Bubbles Pet Spa! We have used Bubbles for over 6 years now for our two Border Collies. Appointment times are usually pretty convenient if you call ahead & they are great about accommodating last minute as well. The technicians are always super friendly, helpful, and clearly love the pups they care for! Our dogs always come back happy, clean, fresh, and pampered looking. We use Bubbles for all our pet pampering needs!

I was unsure about bringing my poodle here after the negative reviews about the establishment none the less i brought my girl here Yesi did a beautiful job with my Choochis will definitely be back all the girls are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Ignore the negative comments you won't regret it, and neither will your pooch! Happy Paws & Groomed Paws

I have brought my dog B.B. here twice for baths & I am very pleased. The customer service was good, and the services were as well. I like the fact that they give complimentary bandanas after the grooming. B is always so smooth & shiny after her baths. I will regularly bring her here from now on! *The cost is comparable or even lower than competing groomers. Another plus is that its steps from the beach.

We have been taking Bella to Bubbles Pet Spa for a couple of years. They always do nice work. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facilities are very clean. While Bella doesn't care to have a haircut and bath, I like how good she smells and that she is once again the color white. In addition to grooming services, Bubbles a very reasonable do it yourself dog wash area with all needed shampoos, conditioner, drying and brushing tools. They even provide waterproof aprons for humans
