14 years in this Business and they've always without a doubt provided absolutely flawless quality customer service! I love the genuine care/energy. From the minute you walk in you feel so welcomed with a big smile. My baby Jade loves them, They treat her with such great care! I really wish i could give you guys 100 stars you guys are super awsome people!

Elijah is great. He has been grooming my dog Mia since I got her 7 years ago. My dog hates baths but loves Elijah even though he " tortures her" every time she's there. She is a drama Queen if I'm there talking with Elijah while he's working on her she will cry her face off. But if I'm behind the curtain and she thinks I left she's fine. She's always excited to see him and she always comes home looking beautiful and smelling fresh! Idk what he uses, but her face smells like blueberries and flowers for at least 2 weeks after her grooming!

You can tell Elijah's love for dogs and all animals very quickly when meeting him and seeing his interactions with the dogs there. He was the first dog groomers downtown 15 years ago, and even though he has a small shop tucked away he survived the pandemic and street construction and closures in front of his shop. That says a lot for his customer base and repeat clients. Attached is a photo of my happy dog right after a fresh cut and bath!

Fantastic groomer. Elijah does a great job and he's super friendly. Love this place!

Took my dog for nail trim and ear clean and the groomer was very kind. In fact, after he was done with my dog he took the time to show and explain the importance of keeping my dogs coat tangled free. He showed me with his comb how to real detangle his hair. Very professional. I'm very satisfied with the service. I'm definitely bringing my pet here again.

Support your local businesses! Elijah always does amazing work & always takes great care and detail for our furry loved ones. Despite living in Winderemere, I don't let that stop me though; he's worth the drive.

Terrible experience. My dog has a history of Post grooming furunculosis, when I asked the groomer what can be done to prevent that he said this is the soap we use, we're very busy please leave, and he got very argumentative as if I was accusing them of causing the issue. I calmly told him that I am not accusing anybody of anything, I would just like you to please use fresh soap and a fresh brush.

He said if you don't like it go somewhere else. When I said I am fine getting her groomed here, I just wanted to know that info he told me to please take my dog and leave. I was in the shop for maybe 90 seconds before he told me to leave. Check my review history, I am not some scorned ex employee trying to leave a negative review for my satisfaction, this was just honestly horrendous service.

I love this place, it is my third time coming to Sparky's, they are very sweet to the dogs and very professional. I totally recommend this place. The only thing is they get pretty busy so better to make an appointment in advance which is not a bad thing. They are a family owned business and treats dogs better than when I used to go to a big pet corporation where all they care is about your wallet. Elijah and the staffs are very friendly, respectful and definitely animal lovers. I will for sure keep coming back. Thank you Sparky's!

Unfortunate encounter with the owner of Sparky's. Seems on the surface to be nice. But the second visit, I called for an appointment and was told to bring my dog in at 10:00 am the next day. When there I asked when to pick her up, he said "I don't know, we are very busy". I did not think much about it until I remembered how much my poor doggy was shaking when I left.

I made an appointment to avoid leaving her there a long time. I called as soon as I got home and asked again, explaining that I made an appointment to avoid long stays for a nervous dog. He became very defensive and ended up demanding that I quit rushing him and eventually ordered me to pick my dog up immediately and hung up on me. Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional behavior.

Too bad, it's close, but I don't trust my dog there now even if he would do it. I was not rushing him, I was simply trying to get a time frame from him and he was so, so defensive and rude. Beware! Maybe just a bad day for him? In response to the owner's response to my FACTUAL review: I called the day before and was asked to come in at 10, that is NOT a lie.

You absolutely did not say that you were very busy and I absolutely DID NOT "come anyways". What it is, is amazing that you would say that I lied about that! What rational or motivation would I have to lie about such a thing. I have the call record on my phone. To me, that is an appointment, feel free to look up the definition on Google. You even called it an appointment in your reply.

The first time that I heard that you were very busy was when I asked when I should expect Daisy to be ready for pickup. Walking home, it dawned on me that I did, indeed have an appointment and I did not want my recently rescued puppy to sit in a cage for hours waiting to you to get to her. that is why I called you the day before. She is very nervous and has been through enough trama.

I even brought pieces of chicken for treats so that she would hopefully calm down and want to come back to you. I was in no rush, it could have waited until another day but YOU suggested 10:00 am the next day, not me. I was actually surprised that you had an opening so soon. I made the honest assumption that you were filling a slot in your schedule as all business people do.

I made no effort to make a "LAST MINUTE" appointment. again, you suggested 10:00 am the next day. Who am I to question your suggestion as to when you could provide a service that I am calling about. When I arrived, you acted as if you were expecting me, as you should have because you were! Nothing was said about being too busy until I was leaving and asked what time I should pick her up. IF YOU WERE SO BUSY, YOU MUST HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THAT THE DAY BEFORE. WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO BRING MY DOGGY IN AT 10:00 AM IF YOU WERE NOT EVEN SURE WHEN YOU WOULD GET TO HER?

You are correct, when you became defensive and irrational when I simply asked what time I should pick her up and that I had made plans around the appointment, I did say, I have a damn appointment! Never did I cuss at you or disrespect you. I was reacting to the very defensive, demeaning, entitled, disrespectful, condescending and rude attitude that you were portraying. Frankly, it was shocking.

I never asked you to rush the other dogs. I would simply expect that you schedule your customers in a responsible manner and if you make a mistake, own up to it like a man. You NEVER asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for another day. In fact, you said that you did not want to service my doggy and to come get her right now and that I should us an in-home service rather than your service.

You did text me with an apology and reiterated that I needed to come get my dog right now. If there is any doubt about what happened and how this owner apparently has a short fuse, take a look at the other 1 and 2 star reviews. I am not alone in my experience. He has a temper and can be irrational apparently. Good for you folks that have had a good experience with him but, don't dare ask when you should pick your dog up (apparently too much pressure) and don't expect that he actually makes reasonable appointments.

He is like the soup Natzy! I'll give him the benefit of a doubt, rather than call HIM a liar, maybe he simply forgot that he is the one that SCHEDULE ME to come in the prior day, what with his being so busy. It happens, but be a man! Beware. he has a temper and can be irrational and very, very defensive. I've read some of his reviews today indicating that there are some other problems.

My first visit was ok, he did once again, tell me to come in the next day, the 24th as he said. But there was no "fitting in" language on his part. And, the haircut, etc. was satisfactory but certainly not first class. I thought that maybe that was because it was the 24 and he was in fact probably very busy then. I thought I'd give it another shot. Too bad.

I live in Lake Nona and drive my boys all the way back over to downtown Orlando, just to have them groomed. If that's doesn't say enough then. idk what to tell you. Superb job everytime.

Elijah never fails to make my dogs look beautiful. He is very friendly and provides quality work. Our dogs always look amazing after we take them to Sparkys. He is gentle and cares about the dogs. Sometimes he will even have his own dog Sparky with him hanging out and Sparky is a sweetie!

Amazing job every time. They love dogs so much here, I always feel safe leaving my baby. Plus, they do so much better of a job than other places. Teeth cleanings even!

I've taken our Pomeranian mix to Sparky's a few times. Each time she comes back happy and beautifully groomed! Even her teeth are sparkling! She's a tough little dog to groom because she doesn't like to be touched by others, but they do a wonderful job with her. Everyone there is friendly and professional and they seem to love animals. Also, the parking is right next-door and it's free as long as you don't stay longer than 15 minutes, which is very convenient. I highly recommend Sparkys!

We love our dog groomers. They have always taken great care of our babies. Today they were able to get us in last minute and had them done I'm record time smelling good and groomed to a tee.

It's right outside our front door. Our dogs came home looking great! Love that he also has a yorkie. Very friendly. I'd highly recommend taking your dogs there for your grooming needs.

I've tried a bunch of places in Orlando but my favorite is Sparky's. They're so friendly to the dogs and always do an amazing job with the grooming. My dogs always come home happy and looking great!

Always flexible with fitting us into the schedule, friendly, and the best rate in the area. Second time having my pup groomed with them after trying out 3 other places first and I think I'll be sticking with Sparky's! You can tell that all the staff are pet lovers and I feel safe leaving her there with all them knowing she's in good hands

Elijah did a phenomenal job with my dog Jack. His pricing can't be beat for the service he provides for your pup. My dog smells good, looks good, and gives Sparky's Pet Salon to Paw's up! Mention this review and Tell them Remi sent you if you take your pup.

I have been to Sparky's twice now and have walked out happy both times. The first time I got the full groom for my yorkiepoo and the second time I did the mini groom. The price has ranged from $40-$48 which is the same I was paying a Petsmart but at Sparky's I get a better groom and better experience. My dog has walked out happy both times and looking great! Parking at the parking garage next to it is free for the first 15 minutes if street parking is unavailable. Both photos taken directly after the cut.

I have taken my Shih-Tzu Poodle mix for a full groom twice and have been very pleased with Sparky's. I am very particular about where my dog is groomed- mostly due to his nervous nature and a few bad experiences with other pet salons. So you can imagine my relief when the gentleman at the desk greeted my pup like he was his own when we first walked in.

They have followed my request for a puppy cut but also did a standard cut for his breed when I forgot to ask for something specific. Both times, he came out looking clean and adorable, with a happy disposition and no nicks or cuts. (yes, I check for cuts!) The pricing is on par for other private salons in the area and it is conveniently located downtown- near my work! Parking is a breeze thanks to the garage next door.

DO NOT USE! If you do not support lying Business Owners and Owners who choose to lie before apologizing. The owner J. Elijah Munoz does not deserve your Money! or your trust. He is like a Run-away driver that will leave you to clean your own mess. Sparky's has great workers that do great work. J's ego and his lying behavior is the reason why I will no longer work with him and wish to warn everyone else too!

The salon clipped my dog' nails too short and was patched up. At check out, the owner did not say a word! Due to a tight business schedule, I returned to the salon an hour later. By then, my car with white/cream leather interior is COVER in blood! The entire car turned into a CRIME Scene and the dog was still losing serious blood within an hour.

I ASKED: "Stop the bleeding and make sure to tell me next time you cut the nails too short, because I used to work at a Pet Salon so I know what you did!."J was worried that I would ask him to pay for additional damages so he LOST IT AND WAS YELLING HOW HE DID NOTHING WRONG. If he/his practice did not know the dog was bleeding, then why patch him up before releasing him the first time.

Have you ever put a band-aid your finger just for FUN? In Summary of why J is a liar and does not deserve your business. 1. He or his practice choice not to disclose about the wound at check out, because sweeping under the rug was the best way. 2. He refused to take blame of his own practice, because pretending to fire his innocent employee was better for his ego! 3.

He lied at THE TOP OF HIS LUNG Yelling back at me that he had no idea about the wound, but his employee said other wise. 4. He sent an innocent employee to clean the blood off my car(some of the alcoholic solution had damaged the leather permanently) because HE IS TOO GOOD TO DO IT himself. I left.with a wounded dog, a free bath in the future(no thank you!), a car still covered in blood marks after 60 mins of scrubbing(Need to re-dye the leather and the cost is unknown), no apologies about with holding information and NO promises that he will tell me anything like this in advance so I can better prepare myself. You only see someone's true self and character when things go wrong! Do not give him the change to mess it up.

I brought my "Teddy" here after seeing yelp reviews. I was able to take him right away on a saturday! I was very satisfied with his haircut, and they groomed him just the way I explained! I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend :

The good folks at Sparky's Pet Salon will give your fur friend the VIP treatment! After having a horrific grooming experience at Pet Smart, I flocked to Sparky's & have been going there ever since. The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, & they always do a good job with my pup. Plus, they always remember my name when I walk in the door, love the attentive service. One word of caution, sometimes they can get backed up, but they always give you a heads up when they are which is great!

I love this place, I love the way the take care of my dog, they take them potty and let them play with other dogs during their time there. They always do a great job cutting my dogs difficult poodle hair. They always listen when I explain what I want my dog to look like, and they never disappoint. Finding a good dog groomer is as hard as finding a good hair dresser. This is it.

I have returned numerous times and referred many people to this location. They continually provide great service. Sometimes they are backed up but they keep you informed and always get your pup done if you need them back at a certain time, or you can just pick them up at the end of the day. Two of the people I have referred to take their pup there. they were also very happy and I got rewarded with a discount for referring - woohoo! It's so clean there!
