Rover Resort

Have used Rover Resort for past 10 years but when owner sold business to corp. quality began to deteriorate. In past 6 months a daycare trip was cut short when they dropped our reservation, then we left our beloved animal for two weeks and within 24 hrs. Had $900 vet bill. Dehydration etc. This week they announced they had a ax unit go down and would have to cancel reservations of people leaving town.

Maintenance seems to be an issue and no attention to details by management. They have had dead plants in planters on either side of front entrance for a year and no one will remove them. Our long relationship with River is over.

Love the place and how professional the staff is. They treat my dogs like family would highly recommend! The General Manager Laura has really made this place a true home for my babies I couldn't be happier or pleased with our experience here! Thank you so much for caring for my pups!

My dog LOVES Rover Resort and so do we. She is right at home and I'm confident knowing she has friends to play with all day-both human and dog.

This was our first time to board at Rover Resort. It was a great experience and we will be boarding our dogs here going forward. Both dogs came home happy, healthy and clean. Special thanks to all the staff from Chip and Charlie!

Our girl LOVES it here when we travel! They take such great care of her, indulging her finicky eating habits. We get postcards showing who she has played with during the day and what she has been doing. It is like camp for pups! She is always "Rovered" when she gets back home!

Wonderful individualized care for your dogs. We've been a client for 11 years. We have an older German Shepherd who has activity limitations and the staff at Rover Resort did an incredible job of giving her extra attention and games. Thank you.

The pups loved their multi night stay. The staff was very friendly and obviously loves animals. They were freshly bathed when we picked them up which was super nice and they did not get fleas, which they have before at multiple other boarding businesses.

Entire staff are fantastic with animals- my 3 fur babies enjoyed their stay & were well looked after. They played outside several times a day & came back to me with a fresh bath! I trust Rover Resort with my beloved fur babies

This facility has always gone above and beyond to make our pup feel comfortable and he is usually terrified of boarding but he loves Rover Resort

I have only good things to say about everyone at Rover! They always take such good care of our pups. I love that they have access to the closed in patio, and can go see the other dogs! Our babies always come home in a great mood, they don't get stressed out and stop eating when there. We love ROVER RESORT!

Would be helpful if the website was updated to communicate that they don't have a groomer right now.

I've taken my Belgian shepherds to Rover Resort for 5+ years. Cathy's team of caregivers are amazing! My dogs never are panicked when they arrive for a stay and are always cheerful when they are picked up. To me, the wellbeing of my dogs is what is important.they are happy with Rover Resort and so am I! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Rover Resort enough. They were extremely caring, responsive, and accommodating to my needs. Please consider them for all of dog boarding needs.

Leaving your dog at Rover Resort feels like you're leaving your dog with family. We have been going to Rover Resort for dog daycare, boarding, and grooming needs for the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Our 55-lb dog is always excited to see the welcoming staff. I would highly recommend Rover Resort!

Our babies love Rover Resort. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. After our two boxers took school pictures, I shared them with family members and they made the comments that they both looked very happy in their pictures. Goes to show how well they are taken care of and how much they enjoy their time at The Resort!

FIVE STARS! These guys are phenomenal. They're very pleasant to work with, reliable, attentive, accommodating and true care takers. Just my dogs reaction to them speaks volumes! They were so happy to see everyone at Rover with full tale wags and not the slightest hesitation to walking back with them. My puppy mom heart is so happy! So thankful for everyone at Rover! My dog (Duke) had a great time at his first visit to Rover Resort for doggy daycare. He was worn out by the end of the day and can't wait to go back. The staff was wonderful with him on his first visit and very friendly. I would recommend Rover Resort!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Rover Resort. Our girl is a picky eater and they make sure she has a fully tummy while staying there. We truly do not think we would ever travel without them. She is so happy to go stay there and the pictures they send of her playing make us so happy.

We have been taking our pets to RR since they opened in 2006, I believe. They truly do treat you and your pets like family. I have never had a bad experience with anything or anyone there. Everyone is excellent! Once I forgot my pets bed and Andrea drove to my home and dropped it off without me even asking. She is definitely one of my favorites!

Everybody here is so kind and patient with my shy puppy. I've been taking him to daycare so he can get used to being around new people & help him feel more comfortable. He loves other dogs he's just scared around new people, but they told me he is improving which makes my heart so happy! Thank you all so much!

We have had the pleasure of boarding our dogs with Rover Resort for many years. Their service, in all aspects, is exemplary! When we leave town, we know our fur babies are in confident, loving hands and will be safe and very well cared for.

This is a great place to leave your dog for any amount of time! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and they really take care of your dog. My boy is super excited when I tell him he is going to Rover to see his friends. Then I think he is upset when I pick him up to come home. This is the BEST pet resort for your dog!

We relocated to Texas from Las Vegas and needed a safe, fun, place for our dogs to stay while our house was being finished. Our close date changed a few times and Andrea was so understanding and helpful so that the dogs could stay longer than expected. They took great care of our 3 year old golden retriever making sure he got play time with other young, active dogs.

They also watched over our 15 year old chihuahua mix who over did it and needed a day of quiet time and cuddles which they offered without hesitation. I appreciated their communication during our dog's stay and their flexibility with our changing pick up dates. I highly recommend sending your dogs to have great time at Rover Resort.

We have been taking our dogs to Rover Resort for at least the past 14 years and we wouldn't take them ANYWHERE ELSE! Our two dogs start their crying/barking as soon as you turn onto the road to get to the door. No good bye's or anything they are just So Excited to be there, that it's hard to get their leash on to safely get them inside.

The staff are ALL just SO KIND AND WELCOMING and with our dogs Excitement Level we KNOW they are Super Happy When they are there! It's ALWAYS CLEAN and smelling so nice when you walk inside, not like other facilities for sure. You will Be Thrilled once you take your pet to Rover Resort at how cared for and happy they are too!

This day care takes care to not allow too many dogs. Dogs are let out for play 6 at a time with a human supervisor. Tremendous service. Pets treated like family. Baths and nails stellar. This place is a godsend for those days where. Pups have to be out of the house. Frankly they prefer to be at day care!

Initially everything was great. they were friendly and it seemed like the best place for our dog. Unfortunately after one of our holidays we returned to see our dog limping and unable to put any pressure on her back leg. The staff were very unhelpful telling us that nothing was wrong and that she just needed to run the injury off (which was the worst advice).

We asked why they did not contact us or take our dog to the vet and they did not have an answer. After we got back home and we went to the vet there was no follow up call from the owner. In fact they called our vet behind our backs to see how bad the injury was (and they still did not contact us). It's taken a while for me to come back and write this comment but it's important for everyone to know that they don't have the best staff who take care of your pet and if something goes wrong they really don't care. Please don't go by first impressions. there are plenty if better places out there.

Our cat had a 4 night vacation at Rover Resort and it was a good experience. Highly recommend

I toured the facility with Lauren, I found the staff to be upbeat and very friendly. All were either playing with and attending to the dogs or they were cleaning and everything looked very clean and enjoyable. They were FULL the day I visited and all of the dogs looked happy!

This is an excellent choice for your pet. They really care about your pet. Our dog Louie loves to go here. I highly recommend.

Our absolute favorite place to board our pibble Buddy! He loves to see Kathy and the gang and I know he is given lots of love and attention when he's with them! Buddy doesn't always place nice with other pups so he is given extra special 1:1 time throughout the day. The RR team will play with him outside and even just cuddle him in his room!

If I could give six stars for Rover Resort I would! P.s. We also get our Golden Retriever groomed at RR and the groomer does a wonderful job! The waiting list fills up fast for grooming but this is worth the wait!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! You'll be over charged and your pet will pay the consequences for their staff not paying attention. After my Vet highly suggested this resort, and even the resort discussing medical care of my pet with the vet, I was comforted to have left my dog in "good care". Upon picking-up my pup, I realized that she had lost 8lbs and ingested some sort of yellow plastic toy. Rover Resort did not take any responsibility for the loss of weight nor ingestion when I called for more information about her care. I'm left with no answers except "You should have paid an additional TLC fee" in order for them to watch my dog. I paid for a visit, Xrays, new lab tests, and new meds in order to undo whatever Rover Resort did to my pet!
