THEY ABUSE ANIMALS DONOT I REPEAT DONOT LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THEM I would give this place a negative review if I can. Please don't leave your pet with them they abuse the animal I left my dog with them for 10 days and on 8th day they call me that my dog is bleeding from the neck and it has infection too the. I'm attaching the pictures too this place should be banned and be out of business. They should be sued they should be out of business save your pets please stay away from this business

Very good clinic. I did neuture of my felini using friends of animals certificate. The copayment cost was not expensive. Also they gave me free carry box and discount for rabies vaccine

The worst experience in my life was with this clinic. The owner of this place is a monster. I wish I never see him again.

Amazing Doctor very understanding. Amazing staff very humane and if you are worried about prices you will not find cheaper. Clinic was recommended by a friend who goes there for over 10 years we never mentioned it and still got VIP treatment. P.S. they are not just a vet clinic they are an example of what vet clinic should be because just because you have a pet doesn't mean you are rich and thats the first thing that those people take into consideration.

I wish I could give Zero stars. they never did thorough physicals, especially when the annual vaccines were done, no physical done but they still charge you for it. My dog passed away due to their neglect. He had a very small lump that I was concerned about but the vet said it's for sure nothing and it will go away, instead of doing a biopsy or blood tests. Later on, that lump killed my dog. Please avoid this place at all costs. All they care about is money, not your pet's wellbeing.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here! We took our dog here twice, once for a physical and vaccine and another time for a vaccine. We noticed she was wining and irritated and always scratching. We went today to another vet because we wanted a second opinion and not only does she have flees that she has had since the time we went for a physical but she also have very red and irritated ears.

When she has the physical the doctor did not look at her ears and also did not comb her to see if there were flees unlike the new vet we went to who did all of that for a physical. We also had a stool sample done which showed she had a parasite and were given meds by this doctor, which when I called to ask the name he first refused to give, that we later found are useless to treat this type of parasite.

They forced us to only buy the meds from them and told us 20$ then when I came to get them said 28$. Unprofessional doctor as well as refused to give us out money back for the lousy job done that resulted in my dog getting over 150$ worth of meds to fix because the problem wasn't resolved sooner.

Took my cat here for dental cleaning. While under the anesthesia, doctor also removed a mass of cells in her tail that two other vets didn't even mentioned to me, I knew she had a bump in her tail. I was ready to pawn my gold for this cat and walked away with $400 bill. These guys are reasonable and seems knowledgeable. We shall be back next year for some shots.

Been taking my little girl Chloe a black lab here for years she hates the vet like i hate the dentist. They are wonderful folks who care a lot, would not hesitate recommending referring friends or family such a wonderful place and the staff is very caring

Been traveling with a dog on heartworm treatment. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for her to get 2nd 3rd shots. They called me day before to confirm appointment. I show up and they tell me they do not do heartworm treatments. This is after I told them to call primary vet to be sure they had correct medication on hand. I should have known. Took another dog here to just get a Lyme vaccination and they started to do a full exam after I said just the shot. Complete incompetence

Wonderful staff, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. They really helped me out and in a bind, the customer and the health of the pet is their number one priority

The vet and groomer are very nice, I can not comment on the inside of the place as you are not allowed inside (covid protocol). When you call, depending on whom you talk to you get different answers about services offered and dates and times, maybe someone is new?

Had great experiences with both Groomers & Vets for my 5 year old English Bulldog Mimi! She caught really bad anxiety going in at first but they were so attentive, caring & gentle with her that she relaxed right away & let them do there thing. They also explained everything, gave me suggestions & had good reasonable prices! I highly recommend them based on our experience! We will definitely be returning again! Thank you

Terrible place, zero hygiene, groomer is mean to the animals. I only gave one star to write this, if there would be negative star i would give them that. Never ever would take any of my pets there.

This place killled! My cat! Seth. March 20 2021 he went get his shots and groom! He was perfectly health. they told me he had an ingrown nail, they decided to pull it out first (idiots) and then groom him. They gave him antibiotics to numb the pain but instead they killed him 1 week later I had to rush him to the hospital for them to tell me he had also all sorts of complications. I am beyond hurt because my Seth was great before going to This horrible place and now he is no longer with me.

About a week ago my poodle had a surgery ( complete tooth removal). First consultation, next day surgery. Price for both was reasonable without any surprises. Will come back if needed.(hopefully not). Staff was great. Dog is doing fine.

It was my first time in this place I came in with my dog and I told them exactly what I wanted and they said they can do it. I left my dog there for 2 hours and I came back to a completely different looking dog and nothing that I asked for. They took it upon them selves to do whatever they wanted. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

They do a great job with my lil boy. I know my dog didn't make it easy cause he hates getting haircuts. The groomer is patient. I'm a happy customer

The worst service I've ever sow! I booked an appointment for grooming at 11.30 am and when I brought my dog the groomer said that there is two more dog before me, who had an appointment at 9.30am! This is ridiculous! And when I asked when my dog will ready they said at 3pm we're it sure yet! Like seriously! Why you're guys make an appointment even you have no time?!

Because your customers also have their schedule! And also to get shots for poppy they split one shot for 4 times to visit them which means I have to pay for one shot and 4 visits! Like you really think that people are stupid around? I have two dogs so I really know how many shots and how much I paid for the same breed of dog! Even doctor at first time when I came asked me I have to leave for 30-40 min you have to waiting for me!

No please! I won't! I've tried to find the vet clinic and grooming near me but you're not the only one! So people pay attention to details! It's a service!

I have been taking my dog here since we got her and Dr. Brodetskiy has been so incredibly caring and gentle with her. We have done everything here from and everything goes so smooth from the spaying, vaccinations to the emergency visits when our dog ate a piece of our rug. He is very knowledgable and I am so happy we found him to care for our pet!

I mean the reviews here kind of say it all. It's a bad place all around. Dog always comes back bleeding and traumatized from the groomers. We found out you have to tip them before hand just so they don't hurt your dog. Not just a normal tip either they expect a big tip that your suppose to slide into their hand. They try to charge you for everything they can, even when it's not necessary again so they can make more money.

My cat got some testing done we were all concerned we were suppose to get results back in a week, we waited they never called. When we finally called they yelled at us for being impatient and said they'll call us. They never did. My sister ended up calling again and they said the vet went on a vacation and we had to wait 11 additional day before getting results.

We kept going back cuz there's no other place nearby but it's not worth it. Make a further trip, at this place your basically just paying them to not to kill your pets. What they do is abuse and it should be illegal.

If I can give these scums one star I would. my female frenchie came here for a C-section they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW TO DO IT. My dog had a litter of five puppies and were delivered prematurely on Feb 8th the next day feb 9th I lost all five puppies it was devastating for me and my family I fell into deep depression for four days and my four year old daughter always asked for the puppies.

I wish I have never stepped foot into this place it's a night mare! My fiance even called to see if we can get some money back for his mistake and the doctor told him rudely to sue him. He felt no sympathy for our loss. We were told by the DRs who have taken care of the dead puppies that they were not ready to be delivered. we even contacted the news to have this place known as animal killers! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!

The experience we had with full pet services grooming department was not a great experience. If you use them my recommendation is to see how your pet reacts after there grooming. If you notice a difference you need to rethink things. Good luck to all.

The Vet did a very shallow physical and asked simple questions; barely 5 minutes. Grooming was great, though their store was very smelly. I was going to give them a 2nd chance because their grooming prices are competitive. However, I am giving them one star because of their horrible receptionist who has a terrible attitude. Quick to annoy and be annoyed, you just pushed a potential customer away. You know who you are.

Not very attentive or professional. Rather unorganized, cold, and aloof. Not exactly the way I'd like to describe a team caring for my beloved animal. Also, the receptionist needs to finish her texts before she can answer your questions and prepare for a snappy response should you call her out on it.

I would hate to be dramatic, but we are almost certain this veterinary clinic killed our cat and tried to cover it up. We took our three year old cat to get an enema because he was very constipated (which we have done in the past) except this time, the vet made us sign a form that made sure he wasn't liable for anything that happened to the cat afterwards. (In retrospect, we should have definitely seen this as a red flag) Immediately after leaving the vet, he was unresponsive to sounds, not moving anywhere, covered in feces and we had no idea what was wrong with him.

Two days later, we take him back because now we know he was convulsing and shortly going to die. Prior to this visit my cat was playful, running around and the only thing that was wrong was that he was constipated. NOTHING ELSE. This vet took no responsibility, I personally think the vet did a dirty job and gave him an infection or that he was traumatized from the treatment, but I cannot say for sure because they denied blood work.

Now they will not pick up the phone and the rings are shortened. I would love to know what actually happened to our beloved family pet. Definitely do NOT recommend this clinic! If you love your pet, stay away at all costs.

I always read reviews and would've been put off by the 1-star reviews, except that my friend takes her animals here and she is very particular about her pets. The staff was very professional, as was Dr. Kudman. The situation was pretty routine. My cat had a urinary infection. What I didn't like is that they couldn't do the test right there.

They sent the urine sample out to a lab. At another time, with another cat, I'd been to another vet in another part of town who used a stick to tell if there was infection. That's how my physician did it once with me and got immediate results. In this case, I had to come back to get the meds and parking is very difficult in that area of Avenue X If I had a sick animal, I would definitely come back due to the professionalism, parking not withstanding.

I have had many pets throughout my life so I have frequented many vets over the years. I have come to expect waiting in a crowded room for hours while waiting to be seen. This place is so different. Appointments are made quickly and I am barely through the door when my pet is brought in to be seen., I have had 3 Persian cats groomed here so expertly that I decided to try having my dog groomed her as well.

I am so glad I did. They were able to perform minor eye surgery that she needed done at the same visit. How convenient was that? The highlight of the visit was that I wasn't being sold anything or convinced I needed something that wasn't necessary. I am just so happy I found this place and, by the way, the receptionists were very efficient and friendly, as well. The place is not super fancy or modern but it is very clean and the price was right!

My 4 year old shih-tzu Lola got bit by a dog while walking on emmons ave. We were really worried and nervous that there might have been an infection so we ran over the full pet service. We were taken in on the spot and Dr. Kudman did a drainage surgery to make sure she's ok. He was extremely professional knowledgable and you can tell he loves animals. 2 weeks later she's up and running again and feeling much better.

All the follow ups were a pleasant experience and he made sure to reassure us all will be ok. Thank you so much Dr. Kudman for the dedication, hard work and attention. - Lola the animatronic pup

I don't know about 2 previous reviews. Looks like dirty move from competitive vet businesses. But I really like this place. Started going here with my dog after a bad experience at another place. They have everything here. Vet clinic, grooming, boarding, pet store. Really nice receptionist, walk-ins welcome even though they are busy( at least seems to be busy) very knowledgeable and friendly doctors and very reasonably priced services. It's very convenient for me because they are open late till 11pm on the week days, so i can bring my dog after work. I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago and used their Pet Hotel for the first time and I'm glad I did. Will definitely come back for any kind of service.
