Great vets here and we always feel like our Fuzz (cat) is always receiving the best care. However the responsiveness rate to questions and the follow up to messages either takes days or doesn't come at all. Clearly overwhelmed by the amount of pets they take care of. This veterinarian clinic is super busy all of the time.

Worked here for 5 yrs. Great environment for pets. Great atmosphere for clients! These people work hard and long hours. Just make sure you guys get ur yearly vaccines and pre-screening diagnostics, so they can help prevent and treat accordingly! The receptionist are amazing, the techs are phenomenal! And the doctors more importantly really do care.

They are so professional, polite, and they treat my parrots with such compassion. I would recommend them to any pet owner. I won't go anyplace else. They also take care credit if you have it.

This review is strictly based on the business practices. The techs and vets are fine. If you you don't mind being upcharged up to 100% on everything, they're great. Money isn't everything, but these guys are way too expensive. They charged me $39 for 4oz of dog disinfectant that Amazon/chewy sells in a jug for $17. Every item down the line is similarly upcharged.

Some medication appears to be upcharged 120% (tablets). 25-35% upcharge is expected.120% is questionable. It wouldn't be such a big deal if they worked with you. But they actively attempt to convince you that ordering through chewy is complicated and takes a while. Fun fact: it doesn't. When I question charges they seem actively annoyed. One thing to look out for is the vets explain what they're doing, but they don't explain the cost.

So when it comes time to pay the bill, it's almost always double what you were expecting. The vets are great. No question in their abilities. I just question the business practices. So if you don't care paying double what you might be charged elsewhere, or you're willing to do some legwork, they're great. If you're price sensitive or don't like being taken for a fool, avoid them.

This place has very qualified personnel, but every time I need an appointment for a sick animal (who is their patient), they sent me to emergency "because they are fully booked for a week". It would be nice to have a few emergency slots for registered patients. Finally, I changed the vet.

I highly recommend this place they took my cat as I walk in after having a issue with my last vet place. They address the issue with my cat now he's doing great This will be my primary vet for my cat.

Have had our little Dino (Persian Himalayan) here since his first shots, rabies and vaccines as well as his neuter- the staff is great, the doctors are amazing and Dino does not get scared or skittish after visiting.

Just had annual check up and shots for my fur babies. Love this place. So professional and caring with the animals. Spotless, no bad odors, pet treats available. Expensive.but quality of service and preventative care of my babies is worth paying for. Glad to see PPE protocols in place. They even called the next day to see how the girls felt after shots.

Very nice people and the first I have seen that was as clean and nice as this place. I felt so comfortable with the service. I went in feeling very nervous no knowing what was wrong with Lucii. The Doctor was extremely nice and took her time talking to me. I thank you for such good service. I would definitely recommend Riverdale Veterinary Group PC to a friend.

I have 5 cats and I really enjoy bringing them to this clinic because everyone treats me and my cats with a lot of love and care and everything is explained and very understanding and the price is affordable. My cat knight had a hurt leg and my smallest cat Luna needed shots.everything went smooth. The decisions are made between me and the doctor and the nurses for what's best for my cats. The clinic is organized, clean and very friendly. I love going and my cats are all healthy thanks to you. Thank you everyone for the support and love.
