Each one of our staff members is an avid animal lover and understands that you want nothing but the best for your four legged friends.
We implemented our unique daily update because we understand that separation anxiety can go both ways! You have your choice of text or email for your daily update from your walker or sitter which always includes a photo of your pet from that day. We require a card on file upon booking service and use the card on file payment exclusively.

We have used LePouf over many years until before the pandemic and I am not sure if they are even still in business. Their phone number has been disconnected and on their website they appear to have only a texting service that does not get answered and they do not respond to client emails in the client portal. How sad because we received good service before. I think they must have changed management 1-2 years ago. Does anybody know if they are still open?

We are still long-time customers of Le Pouf - 4 years after writing our original review. Their services have been fantastic throughout, they are consistent, easy to work with, and have an excellent online portal. Our dog Logan is always so happy after her walks with Le Pouf. I've used Le Pouf 4 or 5 times now, since Thanksgiving, when I have to go out of town, and they have treated my 3 cats like they are their own. So far I've had 3 of their sitters watch my cats and they have been fantastic. They are friendly & thoughtful and never fail to send pictures of how my cats are doing while I'm away. When I get home, the cats never seem hungry or anxious for attention. Thank you, Le Pouf!

I think Le Pouf has gone thru an ownership change the last year, I've used them since 2015 for daily walks. In the last 12 months, Le Pouf has sent 10 different dog walkers instead of having one consistent walker as in prior years. Here are the top things that have changed in the last year: 1. My dog was attacked by another dog Le Pouf was walking, I received a text saying that my dog was "sneezing blood but everything looked ok".
I left several VM, emails, and text messages but Le Pouf didn't respond to my messages to explain what happened. It also cost me $1200 in vet fees because the other dog shattered my Shi Tzu's teeth. 2. I stopped by my home during the day to pick up something and the dog walker was sitting on my couch watching TV with her dirty feet on my leather couch. 3.
The last month Le Pouf would often text me late morning saying "my schedule is full and I can't walk your dog today" I struggled to make alternative arrangements when they cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled walk. After the 7th cancellation withing a 2 week period I decided to make alternative arrangements for my dog. Too bad about Le Pouf because I was really fond of the prior owner Alisa, she always went the extra mile to ensure your pet was safe, happy and well-cared for.

We adopted our pet 3 months ago and are not experienced with pet care\sitting\boarding. We planned an abrupt trip with the family and needed a pet sitter. Le pouf gave us an option to onboard. I was really skeptical at first but when we arrived at Heather's place who was onboarding our pet, first impressions felt great. She was very attentive with our instructions and asked the right questions.
These were the next signs our beloved furry friend was in good hands. Over the next few days she kept sending pictures of different activities even when we did not inquire. Her own pets are super adorable and loving which is another indication she takes great care of them. When we went back to get our pet he was jumping and had some new friends. I definitely recommend Le Pouf and we are lucky to have found them.

This is the second consecutive time I have used Le Pouf over the christmas period and both times we were happy with their service. This year it was Dee who was our pet sitter. Zeb (our cat) took to Dee almost immediately sitting on her lap and 'demanding' cuddling! Zeb is usually very shy and skittish. I can not thank you enough Dee for your kindness and patience and diligence. And thank you Le Pouf for being so reliable and for providing peace of mind for an anxious pet owner like me.

We were incredibly nervous to board our 1.5 year old mini schnauzer for the first time, but had an amazing experience with Le Pouf. Olive came back happy (and very tired from playing with the other dogs), and we received photo updates of her day. Additionally, Alisa Berman really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were boarding our dog for our wedding, and I asked if Alisa would bring Olive all the way out to the arboretum in Seattle (for an extra tip $) to surprise my husband so Olive could be in some of our professional wedding photos!
He still talks about what an amazing surprise it was and how it was the best part of the day (she's got him wrapped around her little paw). An experience like that would have never been possible with a regular boarder, and we will have those photos for a lifetime.

I have been a customer of Le Pouf's for a few months and I am very happy with their services. Vikki takes great care of my dog for his dog park trips. Sometimes when I go out of town, I send my dog to Vikki's place for boarding. I get to see the photos of dog park trip everyday from Le Pouf's Facebook page, which gives me peace of mind of his daily activity. i also get photos by text when he goes on boarding.
I am super happy with Vikki. The online service management and billing works well too. The system is quite user-friendly and accurate. The down side-- a bit pricey. Especially that if the dog goes on boarding during week days, the boarding doesn't include the dog park trip, and you end up paying for 2 services. thumbs down for that.

I discovered Le Pouf from a happy client. You can sign up online, schedule dog walking online, pay online. I love the convenience! I fostered a dog for a week and Connie and Alisa were awesome. Alisa gave me tips to help my 1 year old pooch deal with strangers.baby steps but a huge help! I highly recommend the company and will definitely use them in the future.

I used Le Pouf to help take care of my dog while I was away on a business trip. My husband could feed and walk him but I thought it would be a nice treat to have someone take him to the park everyday while I was gone, because he was accustomed to coming to work with me. I met with someone, it was so long ago and I can't remember her name but she was very nice.
At the time my dog, Elfie, was newly adopted and very skittish around people. She was very gentle with him and suggested that he come in her pack and she would take good care of him. It was a month or so later when I actually needed them to help with Elfie I scheduled my walks online. Their scheduling webpage is really easy to use (although I did mess something up, but that's just me).
I was nervous day 1 because I was expecting text updates, I texted the person I had met with and she let me know that the park visits have photo updates on their Facebook. She posted pictures of him all week and even texted me to let me know how he was doing. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. When I have another trip, I will definitely use them again.
I was at the Petco the other day, talking with our groomer about Elfie's shy attitude and the owner of Le Pouf was there. She remembered Eflie and made a suggestion about a dog trainer who works well with scared and timid dogs.

The bad: They were much more pricey than many other similar in-home, overnight boarding. They also charge premiums on all of their services for holidays, which for walks and care in a client's home, I totally get; you're going out of your way on a holiday to care for someone else's pet. But for overnight boarding, I don't really understand it.
I am a trainer and board dogs in my home every day anyway, so why should I charge someone 150% the normal rate, just because I have their dog on Christmas Eve? Especially when they are closed those days (at least for dropping off/picking up boarding.) This was really my only complaint. The good: The office staff was super prompt in returning my inquiries, handling paperwork and answering my questions, even when we changed the pick up day only a week prior to boarding the dogs.
Two of my dogs stayed with Vikki for a week and it seemed like they were in great care. I received photos almost every day of them playing or resting. Most of the photos were blurry (she could work on her photography skills), but with the last sitter I had I was having to ask for updates because the girl was not at all proactive about letting me know how my dogs were doing.
It was nice peace of mind that they were happy, and that instead of being stuck in a 10'x4' concrete and metal dog run for the week, they were able to run and play with other dogs, and their toys. Overall, I am much, much more likely to go with them again, over something like Rover.com (with whom I had a terrible experience.)

Le Pouf was super flexible during the hectic holiday and my last minute pet sitting requests! It was a day or so before someone got back to me on my request, but once we did get in touch everything went smoothly. Our sitter Lori was extremely nice and trustworthy. She did a last minute meet up before I jetted for the holidays at 9pm to get keys, and proceeded to send us texts with pictures of our well taken care of cats every time she visited. I would highly recommend her, and we shall be using Le Pouf in the future. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I couldn't speak more highly of Le Pouf! I moved into an apartment over 2 years ago with my active dog and Le Pouf came to the rescue! The professional, caring and dog-loving team have reliably taken her every weekday to an off-leash park. Not only does she love it.she has a group of other friendly dogs to play with. Their wonderful service has extended beyond dog-walking to ensure my baby is well taken care of when I'll regularly away from home.
She loves staying with her second family so much that she gets a holiday too! She comes back happy and healthy.but most importantly she is excited when she gets picked up every time I'm heading away. Thank you to the Le Pouf team for making it so easy and stress free.

This company has changed my life. It used to be so stressful finding pet care for my dog when we travel. Not only that, our dog would come home so weird after boarding or partial boarding. Sometimes we would bug our neighbors or family to watch our dog. Now we only use La Pouf. The staff is fantastic and so accommodating. My favorite thing besides having our dog in a staff members home is they pick up and drop off our dog. It makes leaving and coming from a vacation so easy. I can't recommend this company and I am constantly talking about it with friends and family.
