Lazy Paws Pet Food Delivery

I bought two expensive dog leashes And have you had to receive any communication. They have taken my money and never shipped the item. I have attempted to email and contact this company with no success. I've now had to finally protest with Paypal to recover my money. If you call the phone line you never can talk to a person. Every time I call it just goes to an answering service. Buyer beware!

I ordered collars online, a shipping label was created right away and my credit card was charged. However, no collars were ever shipped and I was not refunded despite 5 outreaches via email. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Very disappointing experience.

I'm disappointed because I do love their products. But will not be using them again after this. I placed a expensive order, canceled it within 24 hours after they got back to me saying it was canceled and money will be refunded. I've waited weeks and still no refund. Even after messaging and calling there is absolutely no response. Its not ok to say something then not follow up on it resulting in stealing my money and not even getting my product

People are inconsistent never get back to you I'm doing this review to let others know stay away from leather paws. If you consider buying an item do no buy from them. Very poor customer service skills I bought a coller does not fit my dog. I leave messages no body gets back to me. They have bad reviews for a reason

I paid for a muzzle for my dog two months ago I never got it and they canceled my order and I never got my money back. I've left voice mails and emails and no one gets back to you. Don't but from this company!

I am extremely disappointed. I purchased an 8ft lead and leash combo. A tracking number was sent right away as the ad said it would. 2 weeks go by and I check the tracking #. The items had not shipped, just the label had been made. Fast forward a month after purchase and upon opening, the collar does not attach to leash. I emailed with images, they reply with instructions on using a clasp.

I had to mail again with more pics insisting they look. They finally admit the leash and collar won't pair. They say they are sending a replacement and I get another shipping notice. They instructed me to donate the collar. I noticed the leash it seemed off. Turns out it is missing over a foot of length. Again I emailed a ton of images. Now they are demand the collar (that I was told to donate) and leash be sent back.

That I will not receive a refund or replacement until they receive them and process the return. They also retracted the replacement collar they had supposedly already shipped. They asked if I had received the new collar yet-all the while they did not even have it ready to ship out. I have been spoken down to, been deceived about shipping multiple times, and told "I have a problem with the leash".

The problem is, it isn't what I ordered. Horrible customer experience. full of excuses and taciturn snaps. I have zero faith I will receive a refund when they get my shipment. This is hands down the worst Etsy experience I have ever had.

We purchased the Rhino 2 leash last August. Within a year of owning it the stitching is coming undone and appears to be falling apart. I contacted the company and asked for an exchange but the best they could offer me is $15 off of regular price for a new one. I have bought a few collars from this company as well and have not had any issues with those products. I am confident that I will not buy from here again though.

Wonderfully made collar and leash! We were looking for a nice leather collar than didn't have a buckle closing, just in case our dog got caught on something, we knew it would be harder to get off. This collar was the perfect fit and it looks great on our dog. The leash is solid, and super comfortable to use. I loop it on my wrist, and we happily enjoy our daily walks.
