I really can't say anything bad about their service, because I never had the pleasure. Been calling both numbers on their website all week to set up an appointment only to leave messages with no reply. I did get a text stating I will get a call that day but never received a call. Now I see they are temporarily closed. I think it is rude that my call was never returned. If only to state they are no longer taking clients at least something would have been better than being ghosted!

I've been using hounds for about 6 months now and would recommend the service. They show up on time, do a great job, and genuinely care about our doggies.

Great customer service from Charlie, kind voice. He got us booked and situated right away. Alyssa came out and our boy took to her right away. She was loving and gentle with him and did an amazing job overall. See you in six weeks!

Don is the best! It is obvious that he loves what he does and he does it well. He doesn't just ring the doorbell and take the dog to the van. He takes a minute for the dogs to recognize him and feel comfortable with him.

We've been using Houndz of Hollywood for about 3 years and still love them. The convenience of having the groomer come to your house can't be beat. My oldest girl gets a bit anxious and over stimulated in a standard grooming scenario, so she's much happier with the one-on-one attention. Don has been wonderful and attentive to our girls and the cuts are always beautiful.

Houndz of Hollywood is the best dog grooming service my doggie Mr. Remy 11yr. old Bichon Frise ever had. The customer service and the groomer were outstanding. Spoke to Charlie and he was lovely, professional and knew who to recommend to cut my dog's hair. Michelle the groomer did an awesome job on my Bichon Mr. Remy. He looked like he was going to a Dog show. Lmol. my family and I loved his new look. Michelle cut him professionally and under 3 hours. Awesome! My dog didn't have to be caged up for many hours.
