Bayshore Grooming

We love Bayshore Pet Resort! Our dog comes home happy and has not changed weight up or down so they feed him as directed. The staff is super friendly and each of them loves animals. They post pictures and videos daily so you can see your pet interacting with others. Bayshore Pet resort has regular holiday parties where they take awesome pics of your dog in costume or celebrating the holiday in some way. Love it there!

Stella loves to come play and have her spa day here! They take great care of her thanks!

We can't express how happy we are to have found BGPR. We started coming here last year when the panicdemic gave other "palaces" the excuse to turn away nail trims and only accept $50+ services. The staff here is so friendly and professional. They have earned our patronage for the future.

The staff is very friendly and my dog was actually excited to go.

I stopped in today and asked about boarding for my dog the first week of July, the young lady told me they had room. She then asked if I had been there before, I told her no. She then told me she had no room because they had to save it just in case a existing customer wanted that time. I told her that was bad business, if we can't be given a chance to do business with them then how do they expect to gain clients.

I understand she was just doing what she was told, but this is extremely bad business. I have been a business owner for 40 years and I've never turned away clients. Which management was there to help. Ken

Very disappointed with this place. I have a large German Shepard who likes to bark, because of this this they refused to give him a bath. My dog has never been aggressive with anyone but was turned away because he has a loud bark. There are many other options in the South Tampa area. Do Not support this business.

This is another gem I hate to give away, however, just the best bathing services and doggie daycare in the area! These people are kind beyond compared and consistently care for my dogs and almost any time I need them.

Best place we've ever been for our dogs they love going there so much that we cannot even talk about it they can turn inside out. The staff is friendly courteous kind and genuinely care about the dogs. Are to our precious babies and we would never take them anywhere else we've never been so happy and it's exciting to see then get so happy when we tell them they're gone to play with the other doggies.we're very grateful for places like this that care so much and put so much into what they do and take pride in caring for their animals it's a rare find and it's not for everyone they are not the most inexpensive but you only get what you pay for and we have never been happier.

Eevee went for the first time yesterday for daycare. The staff is sooo nice and Eevee loved everyone. I called to check on her just because she likes to be alpha where ever she goes but Katrina assured me Eevee was playing well and having a good time with the other dogs. They emailed me pictures and gave me an update on her day and she sure looked happy.

We got home and she was so tired for the rest of the evening, which is difficult to achieve for a 7 month old Dalmatian but Bayshore Pet Resort did it! Thank you guys, we will be back!

Great place. My dogs enjoy going there and it helps with their energy. They been going there for years. They go in willingly and always wag the tails. Before we leave home we ask who wants to go to daycare and they both run to the door. We use them for boarding also and do not worry about the care they get. Great place for your furry love ones!

Friendly environment this was my first time here and I'll be coming back for sure. Clean and courteous welcoming when you come in the door. My Sunami was smelling like a monkey and now she's an angel

Pretty unbelievable how they exclude entire breeds of dogs from coming here. It's like racism for dogs. Oh and if your dog is a mixed breed, remotely looking looking like she has some German shepherd in her, she will be turned away based on some lady's opinion of what her breed Might be. And they will be rude about it. After reading their reviews it appears that someone's dog has died there after being bit by another dog. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DAYCARE TO SEPARATE LARGE AND SMALL BREED DOGS!

I presume they started banning breeds after this incident. This bothers me most because any "dog-person" would know better. There must be a lot of dog-haters working at this place.

The staff is always so nice and accommodating. We have two dogs, Bo & Oakleigh, who love it there, and we board them often when we go out of town for vacations, work, and holidays. We also drop them off just for the daycare which is nice to give them playtime while we're at work. We've also had them both groomed there and have no complaints! The staff will even email you pictures while you are away so you know how they're doing. Been leaving our pups here for a few years now and continue to love this place!

My dogs love Bayshore Pet Resort and all of their fun monthly photoshoots. Or maybe I love the fun festive pics. Seriously, I've never had a bad experience and the staff is especially friendly and accommodating.

I have been boarding and grooming my extremely hyper and annoying dog here for two years and had nothing but wonderful experiences. The groomer is really excellent. They are a godsend! They get 5 stars for simply tolerating my dog. Everything else is gravy.

I brought my dog here for daycare for about 3 weeks when I picked her up she was still hyper and had a lot of energy. I had a slight suspicion that she was not being allowed to play all day and I was correct. They break the dogs into three groups and rotate them in the play area. The rest of the time they are sitting in a kennel. They do not play all day as advertised.

We have trusted Robin and her staff completely with our two small dogs for 6-7 years. Our dogs have stayed for daycare many times as well as overnight & extended boarding stays. (At times we have boarded them for as long as 2 weeks). The staff has always been consciences about our dogs vaccines being up to date prior to boarding and they make detailed notes regarding their meals, any meds they may need and grooming requests/needs.

In our notes on file the staff has documented contact numbers in case of emergency as well as maintaining our vet's info. The staff has been very good about keeping our small dogs with other small dogs (to the best of our knowledge). I was sad to hear about the tragic Yorkie story. I feel confident that any changes that need to be made to correct the issue from every happening again have been promptly implemented. We have been VERY happy with our experiences with Bayshore Pet Resort over the almost decade that we have been using their services.

We absolutely love Bayshore Pet Resort. Our Westie has been going there for grooming, daycare and boarding for almost 7 years. We have been to other kennels and the Bayshore staff and services they offer are the best. I feel the staff is caring and professional. What sets apart Bayshore from other kennels, besides the staff, is the dogs can run around and play all day and get walked without additional cost.

My dog has severe allergies/skin issues and the staff is great about following instructions regarding his meds and special food needs. I always decline a bath from Bayshore after boarding and my dog has never come home smelling like fecies or urine. I feel 100% comfortable taking my dog to Bayshore. The fact that every time I say Bayshore, he goes crazy and runs to the car helps too!
