Dr. Mcgreggor (No Mask Not a Problem)1st Vet we seen was Fanstatic w/our 2 GSD's! Dr. Paschal 2nd Vet we had APPT with should not even be a Vet! Cares more about herself than the Patients! Refused to see my Dog over a Mask after all County Covid Restrictions had been dropped! Maybe Dr. Paschal U should get your Vaccines and a N95 MASK! So, if U R looking for a Vet who cares about your Pet's Health; This is not the place for U! After that, Called to get records they only sent 1 Dog but the not the other!

The first time was a positive experience but went downhill quick. My regular vet passed away so we are shopping for a Dr. for my 2 sheperds this is definitely not it. The second visit my female saw another vet there. My dogs are going to see a quality Dr and see the same one every time with no attitude. My daughter's dog was a patient there she also has nothing good to say.

Could not believe how rude staff was to me today. Luckily I was able to talk to One young lady by the name of Erica that was very pleasant I wish I would have got the young lady's name that was rude to me. Just cost too much money to be talked crazy

Dr. Timmons was a big help when I had concerns about my 15yo ball python, Mr. Noodles! Dr. Timmons and her tech, Sarah, were both very friendly and professional. They treated my old man with love and respect! They also gave me some great advice! Overall, Mr. Noodles and I had a great experience and would recommend Dr. Timmons and Southwoods Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a place to take their exotic pets!

My Great Grandmothers cat was a patient at Southwoods in the 1980's, my Grandmas dogs have all been patients at Southwoods, all of my childhood animals were patients here, and my first job ever was here. Now, all my animals are patients here, despite me living nearly an hour away. Southwoods has literally taken care of my family's animals for decades. The Doctors have changed over the years, but the level of care has not- there is no place I would rather trust with my animals care.

These are the kindest, sweetest, caring people. They explain everything and answer any questions. If you need vet services you can trust them. Very knowledgeable in all types of pets. Their all just good hearted people who love animals. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful animal hospital/veterinarian office. The staff is very professional and patient. They provide quality top notch service and very sweet to my baby.

The vets and technicians are the most caring and professional people I have ever met. They cared for my very very spicy with a double scoop of bad attitude old cat and she is doing so so well. Highly recommend them, esp if you also have a grumpy baby.

Dr Tillman is a very good vet. She is excellent on my dog's Care.

I took a stray kitten that showed up to our house and needed medical attention to Southwoods because the shelter turned us away and multiple rescues that we called could not take the kitten in. Dr. Rebecca was amazing and provided me with all the information needed to get the kitten on the path to getting better. I have actually been looking for a new vet for my three dogs due to a few traumatizing experiences I've had with my dog at their current vet.

I most definitely am considering changing to Southwoods because the vet that I spoke with was amazing and all of the staff that interacted with me were great! It was a refreshing experience and makes me have hope in vet practices again.

As always, the staff at Southwoods has exceptional customer and pet care. While obviously pet care is the reason we seek out amazing institutions like this one, easing the minds of the pet owners is an important job as well. Everyone knows that feeling of bringing their pet in and worrying for their well being and what they can do to give them the best life possible--and at Southwoods, the staff constantly puts my mind at ease in that I'm doing the right thing for my pet.

And not to mention, I really feel that they love my cat as well when I see them interact with her. You can truly see their passion for what they do. I will always recommend this hospital to anyone who will listen because they really do such an outstanding job every single time without fail.

I brought in a sick feral cat for for treatment. Unfortunately his condition was something that could not be treated, it was believed to have cancer. He had an awful infection on his face from all this. Poor guy was in extreme pain and could not eat or drink so he would of ended up starving to death. Unfortunately, the poor guy had to be humanity euthanized.

It broke my heart but the vet, the tech and the rest of the hospital staff gave the most compassion to this poor little guy. They made me a paw print to keep to remember him by. Even though he was not my cat, and was a feral cat, it broke my heart, I already fell in love with him. The staff was very comforting during all this.

We switched to this Vet 1 year ago after moving to Pleasant Garden. Due to Covid, I was unable to go inside for the visits throughout the year, & despite those restrictions Southwoods has exceeded my expectations every time! Funnily enough, I also think my dog does better when I'm not with her. They are thorough, prompt, professional and show great care!

They answer my thousands of questions and are always doing their best to educate me on food, care, & treatment. This is the first time in 8 years of having my dog that she enjoys going to the vet and I don't mind it either! Thank you to everyone at Southwoods for loving Stella so well! We appreciate each of you so much!

I just love the care my fur babies get here. I recommend them for your fur babies needs.

I'm so happy that I was able to get my 13 yr old seen on such a last minute notice. This was her first time ever being seen at Southwoods. I called and explained my situation about my past experiences with the last 2 vets and Southwoods was so compassionate about my concerns they allowed me to bring my dog in the same day under the circumstances. Dr McGregor and Lexi were so gentle and kind to my pet and I and I could feel the passion of dog love.

I will be bringing my other 3 and when the time comes to put my sweet girl and boy to rest they have made feel really good about it. Thank you all for helping and making our day.

Will NOT recommend them and will NOT be returning after they tried to take my reservation fee from 1 of my dogs who's appointment was cancelled! They told me I forfeited the fee and would have to pay again to reschedule.

They are terrible! My dog was hit by a car. I had been taking my dogs to them for three years. They literally would NOT see her. They told me I would have to make an appointment for the next Friday, six days later knowing she was dragging her hip. Then they told me they wouldn't even see her because she was an aggressive dog towards other dogs even though they have seen her for three years. These people do NOT care and I will never ever ever go there again. Don't go there. This isn't the first problem I have had with them either.

Too expensive. They charged me 35.00 to do a stool sample and did not take the sample in the office instead they gave me a cup to take home to get the sample. "REALLY"", then they tried to explain why they are sending the cup home with me. this is what the tech said. It's too uncomfortable for the animal?WHAT? But you can express his. Anal Glands. and not think that's uncomfortable?

Just do your job! They stuck my dog with a needle to get cells to test, ( isn't that uncomfortable? Then Charge FIFTY DOLLARS TO PUT A NEEDLE IN HIM TO TEST SOME CELLS.That's not uncomfortable? ( CYTOLOGY EXAM) in house. That fifty dollars is very uncomfortable for me.Yeah go Somewhere else if possible. Please! I'm been going to Southwoods since 2006, and I'm not satisfied with their service.

We took our dog, Nova, to Southwoods Animal Hospital for bilateral TPLO surgeries with MVSS. Nova was followed by Southwoods for all pre-op and post-op care and the team was amazing to work with and incredibly. caring! Dr. McGregor and Dr. Timmons made sure all of our questions were answered and took great care of our sweet girl! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they truly have a passion for working with animals.

It was scary to have to find a new vet to work with when Nova needed surgery, but the team at Southwoods made this process smooth and easy and helped us through each step. Thank you!

You guys are super awesome! They took their time with my pup and didn't rush. They were very detailed in what they were doing. Ari loved visiting them and looks forward to her next visit!

My dog went for boarding and grooming 2 weeks ago. The boarding was fine with no issues but the grooming was something else. I call to tell the groomer how I wanted my baby (yorkie) cut. I clearly stated I. wanted his eyes low cause his hair grows faster in that area. When I pick my dog he was bald with hair on the ears and tail only. I was so confused.

Not to mention my baby had a cut on his nose. Did not say anything to me. Which was not acceptable. Plus its getting cold so I don't know why Lisa would cut it so low. So without a word. I paid. I thank the lady and put a mental note not to use groomer anymore. Well that week I call just to get the groomer name to write a review so other.

My pittie loves the staff. I have used them for many years, & will not go anywhere else. They are so professional.

Only Vet I could find to take care of my 8 year old Fire Belly Toad. Very professional and kind. Thank you for seeing non furry babies
