I've been taking my dog here for years now and I absolutely love this place! Everyone that works here are very nice, good with the animals. They have really good prices too! I will say since covid they are EXTREMELY busy so if you call and have to leave a message "do it" they will get back to you and you won't be disappointed

I took the dogs, Bubba and Layla, to Wash Wag Dog Wash and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Although, I can't say the dogs did. They aren't a fan of baths. Finding the location presented a small challenge for me. The GPS didn't take me to the correct address, but it was still relatively easy for me to find. At the intersection of Portage Trail Extension W and N Portage Path, turn left and you'll see the location on the left-hand side.

I had a lot of fun with the dogs. I bathed the dogs myself, but they do offer other services. Staff was friendly and helpful! Different products to choose from and I found it to be affordable. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Allie gave my Gilly a bath and trimmed his nails.trimmed the hair on his feet. He is a rescue and I believe this was the first time ever being professionally groomed and she did a WONDERFUL job. Gilly loved her and she loved him! This place really is amazing! After I took him for an initial nail clip, I knew he would do fine getting groomed there! Highly recommend this place! Best dog washing experience you'll ever find! Customer service is on point and everyone is so kind! If your dog barks, no one seems to mind. They even have the fur-minator if you are inclined. So if your dog needs a wash or unwind, try Wash Wag to give you peace of mind.

I took my senior dog here for a dog wash and they did an exceptional job. I love the bandana they provide. It is difficult to get an appointment as they are booked in advance but it's worth it.

Professional, kind, and flexible. I very much appreciate being able take my aussie somewhere that I know he will be well taken care of and safe. Been a regular for a year and a half and have only had good experiences with every employee, but I can specifically say that Ali (probably spelled wrong, sorry!) is wonderful!

Extremely disappointed with my latest service. I drive an hour one way to get my dog groomed at this location. I dropped my dog off at 11am for her appointment. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours. I returned to the groomer at 2:30pm to see if my dog was finished. The employees told me that they hadn't even started to cut my dog's hair and it would be another hour.

I sat in my car for another hour and a half when I finally got a call that she was ready for pick up. Upon pickup, I paid for my dog and asked if I could schedule my dog's next appointment. I was told I needed to step aside while they rang out the person behind me before they could look up the schedule. My dog's appointment was at 11am. I waited in the area for 5 hours for her hair to get cut. I don't understand why the employee couldn't book my next appointment and help the person behind me after finishing my request. I will never go here again.

The only place I trust with my dogs My wife and I met the owner and have had great experiences with every member of staff that has worked on our dogs

We have been using their grooming services for our dogs for a couple of years. Always a great job. The dogs love the staff there.

Took my dog there because I had a grooming appointment. They made me chain her to the wall, and assured me she would be done by 6 when they closed. I arrived at 5:40 because I had not received a phone call that she was ready to be picked up and found her STILL chained where I had left her. They said they did a brush and tried yo wash her but she did cooperate.

She had not been brushed at all. They apologized and tried to get me to reschedule. I will never take my dog back after the way she was treated and the blatant lies that they told me.

Been taking my 5 year old dog here for years, a little difficult to make a same month appointment when they are busy but they will make time if there is an emergency like skunk or fleas.

Great place for dog trims. A little long wait because of pandemic. I go home and wait till they call me his done

Nice little pup shop! DIY bath for your furry companion, or schedule a service with a groomer. Spacious tubs with everything you need. What more could you ask for?

My dog is a loud, wiggly, screaming mess when it comes to cutting his nails. They're always so patient with him, and they always do a great job.

They were very friendly and quick. Love the cut too! Worked well with me with my older dog who has cancer.

I brought my dog in for his bath, grooming and nail trim and they were and always are awesome with him. I have tried other groomers in the past and have found Wash Wag to work better with him than any other groomer, as he has a tendency to be skittish when being groomed. I would recommend Wash Wag to all my family and friends for their grooming needs!

We love Katie so much at Wash Wag! She always gets our doodles looking adorable and smelling fresh, we know that they are in good hands with someone that loves our pups as much as we do! 10/10 recommend!

I was so nervous for my puppy's first grooming appointment, but they did an absolutely wonderful job! They spent 2 hours with my puppy, and she looked terrific. Afterwards, the lady working there explained everything they did very thoroughly, which I appreciated. My only complaint was that half the employees weren't wearing masks, although they require guests to wear them.

So happy with the work done by the groomers at Wash Wag. They completely transformed our little pup. The employees were very friendly and quick to get us taken care of as well. Wash Wag has earned a new regular customer! (The free bandana is always a perk too!)

Loved my experience for my Newfoundland Hope at Wash Wag! They treated her like one of their own and came out looking like a brand new pup! All of the staff was very friendly & accommodating and I will definitely take her back there for the next time she needs groomed!

This was my first time going somewhere for my dog to get his nails cut that wasn't at his vet and loved the experience. They were so nice with my pup. I know he was scared and barked at first but took him in and it took maybe 3 minutes. As I finished paying he was out and nails all trimmed. People were so friendly and not stuck up like the first place I tried going to that rudely asked me for his shot records. Then the groomer acted stuck up with her dog and gave mine dirty looks as he tried to friendly say hi

Took my beagle here for the first time for a full bath, nails and anal glands. Great experience and fair pricing. Our dog went in anxious and came back happy and super cleaned and well groomed

So happy after my first trip here. The attendant was helpful in explaining everything to me. There are at least 4 soap types that all smell great. They provide a choke chain if you don't have one for washing. The facility is relatively clean being a dog wash I was impressed. I'll be back and take them up on some of the grooming services offered!

I took my Ziggy there today and it was wonderful. They even let me hold him while they were trimming his nails. I will definitely take him back!

If I could give more stars I would! I'm so comfortable taking my dog their and dropping her off. EMMA is the BEST! I feel so fortunate that I found her and Wash Wag. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They always work with my schedule and make my Beautiful! Thanks

Today was my first trip to wash wag. I brought in my 73 pound pit, Chance. I was a little nervous because I have never left him anywhere but home. However, Emily did amazing with him. I told her about him and she worked with what she had. Ha. Within an hour he was done :) pricing is reasonable, I believe. I am very happy and will be bringing my other two dogs in:)

Wash Wag is such a convenience for us! I've taken my furry boy there twice - the first time I stayed with him and had a groomer bathe him and the second time I did it by myself.until I overflowed the bathing tub! (I took my glasses off because they got all wet and I couldn't see the tub was about to overflow.) The staff could not have been nicer and told me to just keep bathing the dog, they would mop up ALL the water!

Our vet just recommended weekly baths for an itching problem so I will be visiting a lot in the next several weeks! I will be sure to wear my contacts so I can see the water levels! Wish it were closer but very grateful for this unique concept!

Scheduled a full grooming session with my puppy last minute. They were super friendly and quick. The inside was colorful and clean! Very friendly staff! My puppy was lookin studly and smelling wonderful! His nails were cut perfectly and they added a little neck decor for free! How cute!

Our cat Moo no longer cleans herself (combo of obesity/poor disposition) so we took her to see Meranda and she really helped! Moo is always a much happier kitty after Meranda's grooming services!

My first time using self serve dog grooming. The staff was really friendly and didn't hesitate to assist. Very happy and will definitely return soon. The price is GREAT!
