Highly recommend. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We had to have our pet ferret put down and Katie I think was her name, was very sweet and continued to apologize for the circumstances and made sure we were at ease during the process. It's a very clean professional business. I will be bringing my pets here from now on.

My family and I used this vet for years and I think we've all just totally had it with them. The biggest issues are that they don't answer their phone when you call (several times I've sat on hold so long that the call timed out, and they have SO many voicemail inboxes I don't know what to do when I have multiple things that need to be taken care of) and they can't get the prescriptions to an online pharmacy (several friends use the same pharmacy and their vets seem to be able to get the scripts over just fine).
I've raised these issues with the Twinsburg Vet staff multiple times; they blame the phones of pandemic staffing issues and ignore me when I point out this has been an ongoing problem since long before the pandemic. They blame the prescription system on the pharmacy saying they won't accept the scripts, which is obviously untrue since plenty of other vets have no problem with this same online pharmacy.
Meanwhile I've called a new vet and they answer their phones after only a minimal hold time and had no trouble getting my dog an appointment. Look elsewhere. Oh and Twinsburg Vet has become so expensive (probably trying to pay off that building) that the annual checkup is MORE expensive than a weekend night visit to an emergency vet.

A few days ago I woke up in the middle of the night to what I thought was my dog having a seizure. I had just moved back to Ohio and I did not have a vet to call. I googled vet clinics near me and saw that Twinsburg Vet Hospital was the earliest to open at 7:30am. I immediately got my dog in the car and drove to the clinic, waited in the parking lot for them to open.
I had no appointment and was not a current client of theirs. I had my fingers crossed they would help me in my dire situation. I was greeted promptly and my dog was taken back for labs and xrays. Everyone was accommodating and pleasant. Upon results about a half an hour later, I was told I had to make a tough decision as my dog had a large tumor in her abdomen.
The doctor was open, kind and informative. To me, there was only one decision to make, save her. She stayed overnight that night and went into surgery the next day. I was able to call in and check on my dog's status and each time, the person on the other end was pleasant and kind. I was a nervous wreck. After the surgery, I received a call from the docter herself and was told that the surgery went well, but they want to monitor her for a couple of days to get her strength back.
I was able to visit her for a few minutes each day until I was finally able to bring her home today. Overall, I am beyond happy with the help I received. My dog was the one thing that saved my life when I was very sick, living on my own, with Covid a while back. She is the only thing that got me out of bed, to get up and walk and kept me moving. I am glad I have some more time to spend with her and thank her. Thank you all for putting in the effort to help my dog, I truly appreciate it.

My dog Roxie was passing blood from the rectum for 2 days. Could not get her into my vet because he was on a continuing education trip. He had just completed senior Wellness exam. Could not find anybody to see her her until a week later. She was listless but she was eating when I fed her by hand. Call Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital oh, they got me in the next morning.
Thought she was going to need put down. I've had her for 14 years. So we were both miserable. After Dr. Jeremy examined her and got blood work from previous vet office he said it's not a death sentence. It seems like she has Cushing's syndrome and gastritis. He gave her something to settle her stomach so the bleeding would stop. Everyone at this office is wonderful their patient and kind. I am so happy. Dr. Jeremy consented to be my new vet! A heartfelt thank you to everyone in your office!

Full disclosure, I've not used their services, but I will not and would not recommend them based on the following experience. I was contacted by somebody named Julia from this pet lodge. I asked her how I could help her. She didn't respond. I asked again, what can I do for you. No response. Then hung up on me. I called them back and they hung up on me again.
Small things like this tend to impact my way of thinking about a business. Not somebody I want taking care of my dogs based on this behavior. If it was a wrong number, just say so (maybe a brief apology although not necessary) and move on.

I have a two year old Golden Irish who began to show signs of illness mid-pandemic. We did a phone consult and ultimately I took her in to the practice. Literally the entire staff couldn't have been kinder or more supportive. Our dog had to be kept over a weekend and their on call vet tech was so attentive to keeping me informed of Riley's status all weekend long.
Ultimately she's been diagnosed with a lung fungal infection and is on long term pharmaceutical treatment and throughout this process, Dr. Rachel, every vet tech, receptionist, every person associated with this business has been compassionate and supportive and professional and caring. I made a change 18 months ago from a different vet clinic and am thankful every day that I made this change.

I can't speak to their general veterinary services but I came here because I found ticks on my dog. I called in advance to ask for advice and see if they suggested I come in - they said yes. Because of covid I could not come inside but I described where I found them. 10 minutes later they returned her to me and said there weren't any. I said I saw them myself and the gentleman said it was probably a mistake, people come in all the time thinking they have ticks when there aren't. Me, being hopeful that perhaps I was mistaken, went home. Then I did my own search and found multiple ticks on her and removed myself. Would not recommend coming here if you are seeking help with ticks.

I can't say enough great things about the Twinsburg Pet Lodge. We have a 14 month old, 102lb American Bulldog/Cane Corso mix named Meeka that we wanted to board for the first time so we could go on a vacation. We went to a couple other kennels and were told that she seemed to aggressive b/c she growled (she's very protective of me, so she growls when people approach me).
We stumbled upon the Twinsburg Pet Lodge and tried a daycare and she did fine. Then we tried an overnight and, of course, she was a little nervous, but the staff handled her gently. We felt confident that they would take care of her for the week that we would be gone and we're happy we did. We had her stay in one of the Royal Suites where they have web cams, so we could view her throughout the day to see how she was doing.
We witnessed both the day and night staff sitting with her in her cage, petting her, giving her hugs and kisses and she quickly took to them and showed signs of comfort and trust with the staff. As far as customer service, Alexis and Marissa were amazing. They answered any and all questions we had leading up to our vacation and gave us updates when we would call to see how Meeka was doing and gave us a sense of comfort and joy. We will definitely take her back to the Pet Lodge for future day or week trips. They are a great place to take your pet.

I've been a client for several years and the veterinarians and staff are excellent. When my dogs were ill, they always found time to see them. When my last little guy was very sick, there were many calls and last minute visits. Dr. Stacy Lozanoff spent a great deal of time contacting specialty vets as well as answering my many questions. They are the best.

We needed a vet while we were visiting from out of town and got turned away from multiple other offices. We were so grateful when this office agreed to see us on short notice. The receptionists were very welcoming and we were also seen rather quickly. Dr. Jeremy was great - very friendly and knowledgeable as well as great recommendations on how to proceed with our cat. The vet tech also took her time with us and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. Would highly recommend this vet!

I am SO impressed by the reception staff, vet techs, and vets at Twinsburg. They are all so professional, kind, and attentive. They have been just wonderful with my two little ones. Dr. Rachel is our "main" vet and she is OUTSTANDING. She is excellent at communication and is so incredibly thorough in her diagnosis and intervention. She has such a great heart and is so caring. I feel so lucky that my two fur babies are in her care. THANK YOU to the team at Twinsburg from Finn, Mira, and me!
