We had a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly, fast and our baby looked amazing after. They really made her comfortable. We will definitely keep going here.

I have used their mobile service a couple times in the past few years. I was very happy with their service until today. I had an appt scheduled thinking it was a mobile appt since that is what I've done in the past. No one showed so I called and the girl on the phone said it was a salon appt since I was not considered a mobile client anymore since I don't use their service enough.

Sure would have been helpful if someone would have told me. I had to wait 6 weeks for this appt, by the way. This clearly tells me that they are too busy to communicate effectively or care about my business.

Could have been better the last two grooming sessions. Gave him a nice bath and did great on his feet, but it was over priced around $65 for just a foot groom and bath. They said they cleaned up his tail, but it looks exactly the same. I was told this was the standard service, when they said they would clean up his shag on his hind quarters for me. The previous time they cut his toe badly. So fool me twice, shame on me.

Ashley is absolutely the most talented groomer in Fort Collins. She listens to what you want and has a way with animals. An artist, born to work with animals. She loves our fur babies and makes it her personal mission to ensure their happiness above all else. She is clean and meticulous with her instruments. Ashley was not put off when questioned about her standard operating procedures and practices. The entire spa has excellent policies to ensure no cross contamination. Thank you, to the entire spa and most important Ashley.

This was our first visit to Spa 4 Paws, and it was a great one. My 90 lb dog went in with quite a bit more hair, and came out sleek and clean with trim nails, cleaner teeth, and a beautiful Christmas bandana. The real surprise was, a couple days later, getting a postcard with Stella's picture on it in front of a Christmas tree! Yes, I would recommend Spa 4 Paws for your pup

Recently, getting your dog a haircut in Fort Collins has become so hard that you have to make reservations 3 months in advance. Our original groomer wasn't available but my pups needed a cut. Spa 4 Paws got me in about 2 weeks from my appointment request. Anna gave both pups a fantastic Springer cut and took note of my requests. The dogs weren't scared or anything when I picked them up. Great job! Will call you guys next time. Pics before and after.

I never leave reviews, especially bad ones, but feel like I should this time. My dog, like many others, is absolutely terrified of the groomers, and also has severe separation anxiety from his past. While a staff member was taking him back, I heard her scream at him for trying to get back to me. (I should've taken him back then, but convinced myself that maybe I misheard.) When I picked him up, he had bleeding toenails and was absolutely terrified.

The person checking me out was very nice but said they didn't finish the job because he tried to bite them. My dog had been going to a couple groomers in Denver for years and has never once tried to bite anyone in his life, and all his previous groomers have said he's calmed down almost immediately after I left, so for him to try to bite someone, he must've felt incredibly threatened. I haven't taken him back to any groomer since because he's been so scared. Would not recommend anyone going here.

I've been taking my dog here for a while but I've seen the quality of their work take a turn for the worst. Last time, she came home with two toenails cracked up to the base. This time, she came home with toenails BLEEDING. I called immediately and the manager April made up an excuse saying that was caused by the pavement outside and not their fault. Yeah, right - why didn't her toenails bleed all the other times I picked her up then, or all the time for that matter?

That makes no sense. In person, she yelled at me because she was unwilling to accept the negative feedback, despite photos showing blood and a clear slice from nail clippers. She brought me into the dimly lit back room where they groom all the dogs, which I found unprofessional, to harass me some more and try to convince me I was "lying" about the blood, grabbing my dog's injured foot repeatedly and carelessly.

Which made it obvious how careless they truly are, you couldn't see much of anything in that lighting. Getting home again, there was still blood and an open area of her cuticle, which I've photographed. Would've appreciated if they at least accepted some responsibility and admitted they messed up. Just lost a repeat customer and I've let all my friends know not to come back to Spa 4 Paws. April is unprofessional and extremely fast to anger, which is dangerous running a business concerning living things.

First time customer for our new pup. It was easy to make appointment and very friendly staff. Our little cockapoo got the whole shake down of teeth brushed, nails clipped, haircut and even got a nice tie to take home. Price seemed to be in line with others we called, but the service was too notch. We will be back again soon.

I was so happy with my puppies groom! Her cut looked perfect and I loved that I was able to select the length of her cut with samples, it was a great experience!

I have taken my dog to Spa 4 Paws a few times. However, this last time I took him, I had to turn around and bring him back to show them the disappointing hair cut. The owner was out of town so, her husband said he would talk to her about it and call me back the next day. I was the one to reach out to them two days later and the owners husband said he was sorry if he was supposed to call me back and his wife said they would give me a discount on my next appointment.

I told him that this was the hair cut I wanted the discount on since this was the hair cut that was messed up not my next visit do, I will not be going back. He said okay thank you. I like to support local businesses but, not when they ask you what would make me happy and then they don't follow through. Very heartbreaking!

Great spot! I've been taking my geriatric lab cross here for a year now. They always spoil her and she comes out a happy, clean pup! A great job every time!

We've been bringing our baby girls to Spa 4 Paws for years. April, Heather and the gang have all had a chance to pamper our Malteses. Our Annie has come out with highlights, pigtails, ponytail or just plain trimmed up and precious smelling. Making appointments in a breeze and service is always friendly and competent. With the current pandemic, Spa 4 Paws has taken all the recommended precautions to ensure health & safety. Hair appointments are stressful to my baby but at Spa 4 Paws, they're a bit less so. The staff seems to really enjoy caring for their 4-legged clients.

Just picked my two dogs up from here not too long ago, just for a regular groom and de-shed! They look amazing, sooo fluffy and soft! They trimmed their feet super evenly as well as their feathers. I'm always a little wary about where I get my dogs groomed, having worked in a building with a less than desirable groomer before. I'm happy to say our dogs didn't come out seeming rattled, nervous or stressed at all. Super happy with this experience and looking forward to trying the mobile grooming when we move to our house from our apartment!

I was extremely displeased with mine and my husbands experience at this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. I made a call to make an appointment and spoke to a younger girl. I told her what I was looking for, and she proceeded to ask her SUPERVISOR for approval of rates and times. We finally decided on the date, time and work that would be done on my dog.

My husband brought our dog in, and the lady was very rude to him saying what we talked about on the phone was false. And that they could not do the services they promised. My husband said the lady at the front desk was so rude and made him very angry. As he had our Great Pyrenees puppy in the lobby there and she needed a grooming. Needless to say he left furious and we will NEVER go back there again.

I would not recommend this dog groomer to anyone as they are not honest with their prices and services over the phone, and also are not friendly. And we never got a call for an apology for the poor customer service.

Love this place! I've had my doodle, Khaleesi, groomed by Andrew twice now. Both times I've been very impressed by his confident and kind handling of her since she can be tough. And Khaleesi always looks beautiful when she leaves too! He does a stellar job listening to exactly what owners want. I know we will see him from now on. No one there ever seems inpatient or rushy either. They have coupons in their app which is awesome! Love Andrew and this salon! I super highly recommend checking it out!

I usually take my Goldendoodle elsewhere but I needed her groomed on a short notice and these guys were able to accommodate us. I wish I started coming to this groomer when I moved to Fort Collins. The people there are super friendly and their work is a lot higher quality than some other local, bigger name groomers. I will definitely be taking my dog here from now on! Thanks guys!

My dog gets solutely loves this place and I absolutely love to stay up here. They help out with food 4 rescue dogs in need and they're always there to help anyone that may need food for their pet. They're really Hands-On with rescues trying to find dogs homes and it makes me feel good about spending my money with people that actually care about animals not just about making money.

Amazing people and service, we have big friendly dogs and one blows his fur coat every summer. Most places turn us down, from all the fur he sheds it goes everywhere. When we get him back it's like a show dog. Highly recommend!

Best Grooming in Fort Collins! This facility and their staff have gone above and beyond to help both my Neapolitan Mastiff and my Pitbull. They use quality products, are well trained, and I feel blessed I found them! The owner April and her entire staff are very friendly, and you can tell they love what they do! Also asked them about their micro bubbling services! I have paired them with the medicated bath and had phenomenal results!

I take my kitty here every few months to get her nails trimmed. They are always incredibly efficient (only taking about 10 minutes). They are always kind when I walk in and I never have to wait for service. I love taking her here. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Love this place. They are always so good about accommodating my crazy schedule and my crazy cat. I love that they take the time to keep me informed if my cat is having a hard time being groomed or just being a jerk in general! Thanks for putting up with my crazy kitty April!

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. Great experience and we appreciate their amazing talent. They took awesome care of our little baby and made us feel so much better about going to a different groomer than we are used to since we are traveling on vacation. Can't say enough nice things about them.

I have used this place a few times. The first time I came here was the best and every time since it has been a less enjoyable experience. I dropped my dog off just to get a bath because she has allergies. They told me $20 but when I went to pick up my dog they ran my card and said it was $45. When they brought my dog out she has been completely shaved! She is a long haired schnoodle and now the poor thing is going to freeze. It's 37 degrees outside. I will never be back to this place again.

I went here to get my dog groomed, all they did was bathe him. They did not shave him or clip his nails or anything. They just bathed him and I paid $47 for it. I will never go here again.

I liked them the first time I got my dogs groomed. However I found their pricing deceptive. I was charged the same for a pug and a poodle. Now the reason I will not go back is the second time I took my poodle in they cut his dew claw really bad. They didn't even let me know when I picked him up. I only realized it because there was blood all over my couch and bed. This is inexcusable! Another issue I had was that they charged me a convenience fee for using my debit card. I was not told about this until after my card was scanned.
