Sydney's Pet Spa

It was decent, very pricey though. We only used them because our regular was booked. We were out of town for a week and the bill was almost $600 and that was for a basic room with no extras (no playing, baths or nail trims) won't be going back. Nothing special.

I had set an appointment for 1:30 pm - 2:30pm for a dog grooming, and was called at 8 am asking if i could bring her in early, not really a big deal, i brought her in at 10:30 am. I figured it would only be an hour like the original appointment, but I was wrong. Just about 2 hours go by and I call to ask if she's done yet, they tell me about 25 more minutes. 45 minutes pass and I go inside this time to see if she is done yet, and she finally was.

But then they couldn't get her nails trimmed because she was "not having it". I couldn't get her nails trimmed myself, so the whole point of the appointment was really to get her nails trimmed by the professional. Pretty annoyed.

My girls love it here. She recognizes the providers even when not in daycare center.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk and the groomer we normally take him to was closed, so we decided to try out Sydney's pet spa. I had never been here before but the reviews were good so we thought we'd give it a try. I got online, and registered. I registered for a grooming, spa treatment and deskunk treatment. I chose the 3:30 time slot. I got a phone call back that said they had updated their system, and they didn't have a 3:30 available, but they could get him in at 12:30.

It was 11:40. I told them there was no way we could make that, we'd be there close to 1:30. He got there, my mother in law dropped him off and was told the deskunk wouldn't take his smell away. That it would have to fade over time. It was an additional $23. He came home not groomed, and still very smelly. $43 for nothing! We will NEVER go back here, or recommend this place to anyone! He was always super thirsty, like he hadn't been offered anything to drink the whole time he was there. Not impressed at all!

Fantastic place. Really keep an eye on pets and treat them like their own. Always had current information on how my dogs were.

Yes, they were totally awesome with our 9 month old Labrador. That to be honest. is a difficult puppy to deal with!

It was explained clearly to the staff that my dog needed water frequently as he gets overheated easily. When I picked him up after work he could not drink his water fast enough. He was clearly stressed and I have never seen him ravage his water that way. I stopped at mc Donald's and he drank 3 large ice waters in no time. In 4 years he has never done this. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the cruelty and negligence of the staff. Never again!

Our pup loves this place! We have a mini daschund and had trouble finding other dogs that would tolerate her puppy energy and would be gentle enough with her so we gave puppy Tuesdays a shot. Best decision ever! She made 2 friends immediately and is exhausted by the end of the day. We ultimately decided to buy the stamp book promo they were doing so we can continue to take her after she hits the 9 mo. mark!

I think this is a great place! They kept me updated and seemed to treat my dachshund well while I was gone on vacation, but I believe he got kennel cough from the facility. :

Apollo loves to go to daycare. He gets so excited when he knows he is getting to see his friends! I'm so glad he is happy and comes home worn out from a day of play! I am so relieved Sydney's takes such good care of him. Thank you!

Our two Danes LOVE coming to Sydney's, a mere mention of it will cause Moose (our oldest) to run around the house beating everything and everyone to death with his happy tail! Bella (our youngest) will start whining when I take the Greenwich exit. They get home and are drained from all the play they get! Like sleep until dinner time and then sleep some more.

If I take them to the park they need an hour or so recharge, this lasts for the whole night and most of the next day. Moose is kind of aggressive while on leash, but will walk up to any of the sydney's staff manning the front desk and give them a gentle smooch. Bella doesn't do people normally, and will follow her brother right up to the staff. They know they are safe and well cared for while at Sydney's.

If you need a place with great hours for drop off and pick up, is affordable, and will love on your fur-baby while you are at work or out of town, look no further than Sydney's Pet Resort and Spa!

Taylor is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I only trust her with my baby, who is actuallyan old lad, as she has issues with her back legs. I know that Taylor truly cares about every pet she encounters (but loves my Pocket a little extra )

My dog Clifford absolutely LOVES Sydney's. We have taken him since he was a puppy. Every single member of their team makes me feel like they love Clifford as much as their own doggies. We use several of their services such as daycare, grooming, as well as boarding and have always been very happy with the results. They place the dogs based on size, temperament, and energy levels to ensure a safe and enjoyable play experience for the dogs.

Our Bentley has a terrible time with boarding. We brought him to Sydney's and he has been so happy. He is a dog with a lot of health issues and some vision problems and a little cranky sometimes. The staff are very accommodating. They work with him and he is happy to return each time. Thank you to all the staff that care for our pets like they are their own.

We've been taking our dog to Sydney's regularly since he was a puppy. The staff is always very really friendly, and more importantly, they always take great care of our dog! Today they went above and beyond, so I wanted to leave a quick review. We have asked several times over the last few weeks for them to take care of a couple grooming services, but for whatever reason the services kept not getting done.

We shared our frustration, and today when we dropped off they said "today is on us". I think that's great customer service and just another reason we will always keep coming back to Sydney's.
