Julia and her team at dogwalks have been taking our golden doodle on walks and boarding since he was a little puppy (now 7 years old). They are incredibly loving with the dogs and very reliable and professional. Our dog has always been very excited to spend time with them and comes back in a happy exhaustion after their walks. They have always gone out of their way to help our family (now with two young kids as well) and given our dog so much love. We would recommend dogwalks to anyone!

Dogwalks is the best! Our Vizsla Pepper has never been happier and they take such great care of the dogs. They're also very communicative and accommodating with any last minute changes, we feel very grateful! Pepper's dog walker is Alexis and we adore her.

We LOVE Dogwalks! Our chocolate lab, Finn, has been going daily. They take amazing care of him, are extremely reliable, and he comes home tired and well loved. We are so glad we found Dogwalks to take care of our family! Could not recommend them more. Also found them to be extremely responsive and organized, often dealing with last minute schedule changes. Trinidad is our favorite dog walker - recommend him the most!

Last Tuesday at 11:45 am, I drove on Lincoln Blvd and came to a stop at the intersection cross to park Blvd. I can tell that a bike coming down with one of Dogswalk van behind it like 10 feet won't stop. Thinking over here that I won't go until the bike go. Sure enough he didn't stop but never thought that the POS that drive their van would be an opportunist to ran the stop sign.

A female driver didn't even pause. She just blew the stop sign completely. I have seen their van driving like shit around town and to be honest. Their drivers always drive like no care in the world. Hello? You are transporting bunch of dogs in the van. And you drive like shit blowing stop sign to running a light. SMH.unbelievable!

We love SF dogwalks! Our dog, Toro, has been going here since he was a puppy for daycare and now transitioned to walks. He absolutely loves the staff and sits by the window everyday to wait for his walk. The staff is amazing! Everyone at dogwalks is friendly and very sweet to all the dogs. We also have boarded Toro here every time we travel and it makes traveling a lot easier because we know he is well taken care of and he is also having a good time! Would highly recommend! :

We absolutely LOVE Julia and the whole Dogwalks team! We started with puppy daycare for our goldendoodle, and Julia gave her so much attention and positive reinforcement training, including basic commands, leash manners, crate training, good play, and so much more. This was so important for her during her critical socialization period. As she got a little older, we switched from daycare to walks.

Our puppy is SO EXCITED every time they come to pick her up, and she comes home so happy and exhausted after a few hours. We also love seeing the pictures and videos of her playing with the other dogs on instagram - definitely check them out (@sfdogwalks). We would recommend Dogwalks to anyone!

Dogwalks has been a godsend for that past 4 1/2 years. I have used them for boarding as well as daily walks. Molly loves her walks with her 5 doggie friends and comes home happy and ready for a nap. Julia and her team are very professional and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Our lab puppy, Virginia, LOVES the Dogwalks team. She waits by the door for them around pick-up time each day, goes absolutely bonkers when they arrive, and is completely exhausted by the time she returns home from her daily walk. It's tough work to exhaust a lab puppy, but the Dogwalks team gets it done! We are so thankful to have such a trusted team take great care of our energetic little girl for an hour or two each day.

I felt compelled to write this review after the kindness that Julia has extended to us and our newly adopted Great Dane. We adopted an ENORMOUS dane and while he's too big to safely participate in daycare at Dogwalks, Julia went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information for a proper harness for the big guy and a good trainer. She's also been putting feelers out for a dog walker who specializes in giant breed dogs.

When we met Julia she spent a chunk of time out of her day teaching us a few training tips as well. This is truly a person and a company that cares about the well being of dogs. It didn't matter that we weren't a customer, she wanted to make sure our dog was safe and got the proper care. This is truly a special business.

This is a review for the daycare services, I have never used the dog walking services. I picked Julia and Dogwalks because I have an old dog (15 at the time I started) who doesn't like to be left home alone all day while I work but also given his age was not up for a traditional wide open play room type setting. They come early in the day and don't drop off till after 4:30.

With my job it is very difficult to coordinate pick up and drop off so having a daycare that handles both makes my life so much easier (and allows for an occasional happy hour without having to worry that my dog hasn't been out/taken care of). They are also responsive to emails (May take a day or two If sent over the weekend), and Texting and calling is always an option with Julia if there are any immediate concerns. Also, for people who like pictures, there are 5+ photos on their Instagram account posted daily.

Only downside is some people may think it is expensive, but you get what you pay for and pricing has been very transparent and up front. As a bonus, your dog knows them and if you are a client boarding is easy.

Pepita loves Dogwalks so I'm very happy as well. I've been using dogwalks for over a year and I couldn't be happier, my dog loves meeting her walkers and her dog friends, which sometimes I'm surprised when she meets them out of dogwalks and is super happy. Julia has also helped us with her obedience which is a big thing for us. I've used day care, walk and boarding and I have had great experiences in all of them. Can't thing of a better choice for us

I've used Dogwalks for more than a year for daily walks and boarding, and I can't say enough positive things about them. We love Julia (the owner), our dog's walker (Maddie), and everyone else we've encountered there. They are super reliable and I can tell they really care about our dog. Our pup is so excited when her walker comes to the door every day and she always comes back exhausted. Highly recommend.

We are SO thankful to have found Julia and her amazing team at Dog Walks. They are a hidden gem! When we got our puppy (Collins) we decided between here and another well known puppy day care downtown. This was so much better! Pickup and drop off, puppy and dog day care, dog boarding, safe home environment with backyard, daily dog walks with the "pack" and training. They helped crate train Collins, taught her etiquette, and advanced training like recall at the beach. Our fur baby grew up to be a fine dog citizen all thanks to them.

Great people, great service, and a great value too! We had daily walks with Dogwalks for the past 2.5 years and had an amazing experience. Thank you Julia and team!

Words can't express how much we've appreciated the help of Julia and the team at Dogwalks for the past 4.5 years. They've been there for us for every last minute work emergency, anytime we've had to go out of town. even when I've accidentally locked myself out of my apartment, they were there with spare keys - literally lifesavers!

We are eternally grateful for all the great care, consistency and reliability Dogwalks has given to our family. They deliver pure joy every day (when Buster goes on his walk and when we use our Buster mugs, their annual xmas gift)! We recently moved to Berkeley and are SO sad we'll have to find a new dog walker. But Buster loves them so much, we're planning to continue boarding with them for long vacations. Julia's home is comfortable, clean and most importantly, flexible for different dogs' needs. He's able to run freely and Julia even lets him sleep on the bed with her - invaluable since our little guy gets separation anxiety.

A wonderful business that has made it possible for me to have a dog in this insane city. They love and treat my pup Scout like he is their own and he is so, so happy when they arrive to pick him up. He literally charges full speed to the door when he hears the front gate to my building open. Their doggy day care and boarding services are really special and I feel so glad I was introduced to them. Thank you Julia and team.

I really wish I had listened to my gut when I first considered using Dogwalks. We had to reschedule the initial meet-and-greet when it was fairly close to the meeting time already. And the next meet-and-greet the person was more than 20 minutes late. Then when my dog went into daycare, she wasn't picked up on a day she was scheduled to be. Then there were further miscommunications regarding a discount I should have received on my bill and where my dog should go after her walks (they put her in the wrong crate in the house and let our other dog out who got into our trash. Oh, and the driver first said she did put my dog in the right crate and tried to blame my roommate for the mistake).

The last straw was when I called to ask about when my dog would get picked up for her walk (as it was getting close to already 1PM and she had been in the crate since 9AM) and to ask about double walks. That's when Mary interrupted me to say, "Yea at this point you need to have further conversations with the owner. I can't help you anymore." Really?

Then why are you answering the phones at this business? My concern for how inconsistent the pickup times have been shouldn't be shut down so fast. If you were annoyed with my calls and text messages regarding each mistake YOU have made, then you need to rethink how customer service should be handled and to handle basic things like scheduling, timely communication, and attention to detail. I do not recommend Dogwalks to anyone that wants consistency, stressfree, caring dog care.

5 PAWS ALL THE WAY! Bebe walked with Julia and team for 10 years and she still boards with them when I have to travel for work. She always comes back super happy after her walks. Julia's team is well trained and the dogs are well cared for. Bebe is a rescue and had severe separation anxiety issues when I first adopted her. Bebe's social skills and level of comfort around strangers have improved significantly with her group walks.

The level of care provided is top notch and I cannot speak more highly of Dogwalks and their service. Oh, and if you have to travel for work you might want to check out Dogwalks Instagram page to see what your fur child was up to during the day. Bebe approved.

Ok. First, do yourself a favor and follow this business on instagram! What you will observe is a world of happy, joyful, frolicking doggies of all different breeds! Seriously, their feed brings smiles to my face throughout the day. Also, you will catch a glimpse of how well cared for SF Dogwalk doggies are. I'm beyond thankful for the special care the staff here takes. They are easy to book with and immediately create a sense of warmth to their clients. I strongly recommend them-- my fur-baby and I give them two paws up!

SF Dogwalks is absolutely an ally for first-time dog owners. We couldn't have done it without them and their support over the last year has been priceless. We adopted our pup, Harbour, from the SPCA on a Sunday and were left scrambling to find care for Monday as it was apparent to everyone that at 8-weeks-old, he couldn't be home alone for 30min, let alone a full work day. Thankfully, Dogwalks responded promptly and we were able to bring him in the next morning for puppy daycare and almost every morning thereafter for months.

At daycare, Harbour spent his days at Julia's beautiful home (with exceptionally nice furniture, considering she shares the space with a bunch of dogs) with a huge backyard and a bunch of doggie friends and friendly faces, and daily jaunts to the nearby park. I really liked that, in comparison with other doggie daycares in the city, this takes place in Julia's HOME.

It truly feels like a home and a wonderful place for anyone to spend their day. Over time, we transitioned Harbour to fewer full days at daycare and more regular dog walks. We've met a wide array of Julia's staff and they have all been enthusiastic dog lovers whose intentions we never questioned. Harbour is always incredibly happy to see the Dogwalks crew and the peace of mind that we feel knowing he was well taken care of is priceless. Behaviorally, those early days at SF Dogwalks and the hours spent with his walking crew were ESSENTIAL. Harbour is now over a year old with great recall, and great off-leash behavior with other dogs.

He can play with dogs big or small (in fact, he often seeks out the big dogs for playmates, which I think is in no small part due to his happy experiences being the puppy around a bunch of big dogs at daycare) and I never have to worry about his ability to manage social situations. Thank you Julia + Kevin + Aidan (the original VIP in Harbour's life) + KayC + the rest of the crew! Appreciate you so much.

Our 3 year old boxer, Zola started going to Dogwalks a couple of months ago and all we can say is- we are so glad we found them! We've tried many other dog walking/boarding companies such as, wag hotels and rover, but can honestly say that Julia and her team at Dogwalks provide 5 star outstanding, genuine care. From previous construction our apartment complex was undergoing, Zola developed behavioral problems.

Then we found dogwalks- Julia and the team quickly corrected it by using positive reinforcement to make Zola feel comfortable in different environments, with strangers and other dogs. The team is highly trained and responsible. We have seen a HUGE improvement in Zola's behavior. On days when we are home and Zola gets picked up, we see her very excited to see the dogwalker. Zola returns a happy and tired dog. Boarding has also been a positive experience. Julia and the team are very professional, responsive, and reliable.

They are also active on social media and constantly post pics of the dog pack having fun at various parks in SF- always a treat to see. We only want the best for our dog and believe that Dogwalks delivers it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our neighbor recommended SF Dog Walks & Julia. We called Julia and told her we have a 1 yr old high energy & anxious mini aussie. She was very understanding of his needs and said she could come that evening when we get home from work (in the pouring rain!) to introduce herself to our pup. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient through the introduction process.

She had our pup at her place for the first couple of days to get comfortable with the staff & other dogs. When I showed up to her place, I was amazed at how much care they take of the dogs. From making special treats, to having special notes for each dog to INSTAGRAMMING THEIR DOGS EVERY DAY :D! Turns out we didn't just hire a dog walker/sitter, we also got a pet photographer, too!

Our little guy has been a part of the pack for almost a month and we have seen a dramatic difference in our pup's temperament, obedience & how tired he is at the end of the day. Wish we listened to our neighbor from the get go! SF Dog Walks is the best.

This review is wayyyyy overdue. My baby girl, Savanna, has been doing daycare, walks & boarding with Dogwalks for the last year. First off, Savanna is a 100lb Rhodesian Ridgeback and a huge social butterfly. It was incredibly important for me to find a place for her to play and get plenty of love while I work 12hr shifts, along with a place that would know how to handle a large dog.

I couldn't have asked for anything better with Dogwalks! The home base is exactly that, a home, complete with a grassy backyard and plenty of places to play and relax. During my first walk thru I thought it was awesome that dogs could go outside to be rambunctious or some of the more shy/quiet dogs could snooze at Julia's feet while she worked in the office.

The Dogwalks team truly feels like family and I love how much a they care for and have fun with Savanna. If you want proof, just check out their Instagram! You are not truly a crazy dog parent until you are stalking pics of your pup on social media while at work or on vacation

Bentley goes to Julia's house every week. He LOVES these people! As soon as he hears the van pull up in front of the building his ears perk up! He sits and waits for Aiden to open the front door! His tail wags, he jumps up and licks him. He doesn't even look back once the leash is on, hes like "PEACE OUT"! Bentley can't get out the door fast enough to have a good time!

When our dog gets home he is tired, and relaxed all night. Its so nice to know he has had enough play time with other dogs, and he hasn't had to sit in the house all day while we are at work. We have also boarded Bentley at Dogwalks and they take such good care of him! We completely trust Julia and everyone from this company to care for our baby! We love everyone from DogWalks! We always recommend them!
