Rachel's K-9 Designs

Call for help and the customer service was very rude. She practically rushed me of the phone because they were busy. This was the most horrible experience I have had since moving to Tulsa.

We are so grateful to have found Rachel's. These ladies truly care about our dogs, and the dogs love them! Our Bichon has sensitive skin and allergies. They have a special bath, Thera Clean, she gets, and she no longer needs Apoquel Rx for itching. Their groomers are great, it's always clean, and we LOVE this place.

Highly recommend they are extremely professional, do an amazing job, super friendly staff. I have 3 standard poodles. They never overbook or make my poodles last because their is more hair to groom. My poodles look forward to going there, that shows me they are treated with respect and kindness. Can't say enough good about them!

Very friendly, great service for the price, our fur baby and I were happy with our experience. Will definitely be going back next time she needs anything.

Angie is excellent! Our elderly chihuahua came from a home where her owner died in the hospital of covid, so we took Lucie. Her toenails were very long. My husband works for the Glenpool Conference Center and knows Michelle at the Glenpool Animal Control and asked her if she knew of a mobile dog service. She gave him Rachel's K9 Designs. She was prompt in getting back with us and came out the same day. Very impressed! Angie and Rachel are caring people. We have another dog that we'll be calling them to trim her nails. Excellent company!

Have been to Rachel and "family" for the past several years with my babies, an English Cocker who has Cushings and a heart murmur and a happy, long coated, extra large Alaskan Malamute. We drove over two hours to bring them for 2 1/2 years. Of course that meant renting a motel room and staying the night because the mal takes all day to do. You have to KNOW these people are the best of the best!

Would NOT take my babies anywhere else! Now that we live here we can just go home to sleep instead of driving 2 hrs home! Lol. Thank you Rachel and "family" for taking such great care of my babies for the past 6 years. You all are indeed professionals!

After trying to find a great groomer that would take care of My little Charlie man. I found Rachel's K9 Design LLC. The best place ever! If you want a groomer that pays attention to detail. You must try out this gem.

This place is awesome. I hate to say it because I don't want to have them so busy that it makes it harder to get an appointment. The dogs are treated like family, and cared for by well trained individuals. You can see them ( all of them) grooming your dog and others right in front of you! No hidden tricks or secrets here. Just good work and great people who love their jobs and animals. As for the people who bring their dogs in.well not any problem yet as it seems everyone is courtesy and respectful to one another.

I'm very pleased to have found Rachel's K9 Design in Tulsa. I'll start off by saying I probably wouldn't want to be my own customer. I'm particular. I have a Welsh Terrier named Kennedy, and the problem I've experienced is that most groomers only know how to cut a schnauzer. When I've asked groomers beforehand if they know how to cut a Welsh Terrier, they always say yes, but Kennedy comes out looking like a schnauzer. Rachel's K9 Design is well versed in a variety of breed cuts. Moreover, and honestly more importantly, Rachel's K9 Design is gentle with the animals they groom.

They use tear free shampoo which I confirmed. This is another issue I've had with other groomers; they will say they use tear free shampoo, but after I further research the product it is not. Lastly, I feel the price is fair and quite competitive for the professional treatment and service they offer. Rachel's K9 Design is a organized, clean and well run salon. Just by dropping-off and picking-up Kennedy I could tell the employees enjoyed their job and cared about the animals. I highly recommend Rachel's K9 Designs!

They always do an incredible job with my Old English Sheepdog (no easy task with his coat). Both my dogs are rescues and the smaller one has been PETRIFIED of every groomer I have taken her to until we went to Rachel's. She loves everyone there and runs inside. We live an hour away and drive the distance just for the grooming job done here.
