I was fortunate to grow up with family in the grooming industry. I was raised with a love for animals and a passion for their health. I started grooming in my mothers grooming salon in San Diego. When she merged with a local vet hospital, I was blessed to work closley with their team. I groomed in that Doctor's office for 5 years along side my mother learning many things about dog and cat skin, coat and health. We believe that your pet is part of your family and that they should be taken care of as you would like to be taken care of.

Critical: Professionalism I called to make an appointment. I indicated my Shih Tzu is fragile, meaning very nervous like all rescues. Darla clearly just did want him. What a turn off. I'll be adding my comments on every Next Door post I see recommending this place. If they can't handle a nervous 11 pound dog, something is wrong.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value she left my dog with big razor burns all over her stomach. She did not mention it to me, I feel that if she would have been honest we would have returned for another hair cut, however that isn't the case. Don't risk your dogs safety and read these reviews before you take your dog to tub time doggie salon. Go to petco groomers.

After months of quarantine and moving homes, my golden retriever looked terrible! Darcy was incredible with him. She was fast, communicative, and extremely thorough. Our dog is happier than he has been in a long time. You can tell that he feels happier and lighter, and my husband and I are thrilled.

My Patsy looks amazing! Darcy did an amazing job! my dog was very matted and had never been groomed or left alone with strangers before. she's very timid. i was surprised at how relaxed she was when I picked her up! she looks amazing and has been in such a great mood since I brought her home! and she loves the bows in her hair! definitely recommend!

Darcy always does a phenomenal job on my two poodles! Her and her staff are always so patient and sweet with my little ones, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I always forget to make my appointment until the very last minute and they never have a problem getting me on the schedule right away. If you are looking for somewhere that will always go above and beyond to make you and your fur babies feel like family, Darcy and the Tub Time staff are hard to beat.

I'm so sad to be giving a review that's less than good because I used this place as my groomer for four years but on my last visit they where very rude and talked down to me. Also my dog seemed very uneasy when I took her in, she usually has no issues leaving me to get groomed, when I got her back the cut was poorly done and sloppy. I also tried to recommend them to a friend and when she called she couldn't get a hold of anyone and when she finally did they had a bad attitude to her. In short this place is a hollow shell of what used to be a good place to get your dog groomed. Don't waste your time.

I love that Darcy doesn't need to sedate my cat to cut her long hair. I also love that I don't have to leave Cleo there alone and come back hours later to pick her up. Darcy always gets us in and out within 20 mins. She is also very sweet, kind, and very patient when she cuts Cleo's hair, and I'm grateful to have found her. :
