We have had nothing but positive experiences for the past 2 years at Snipz N' Tailz. Erika does a fantastic job with our anxious Goldendoodle. She is gentle and caring, and always receptive to any special requests we may have. I rarely write reviews, but feel this one is long overdue. I highly recommend this place for anyone that has dogs that require grooming.

Good customer service and quality groomers. We tried them because they are close to our neighborhood, but would honestly drive much farther for the level of care and service that we have received!

They've been grooming my cats for several years now. Always excellent work.

Best groomer in existence for cats. I wouldn't take my cat ANYWHERE else. And trust me, I have made the mistake of doing so and it wasnt pretty. They're probably the only groomer in the state who won't ask you to anesthetize your pet. And they do a tremendous job. I live 45 mins away now and would never go anywhere else.

Teddy had a great time at Snipz N' Tailz! We're so happy to have found him a groomer he enjoys going to, and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent experience Val and the crew are fantastic! I have a 14 year old dog and they take great care of getting her in and out quickly so shes not stressed.

Love this place! Erika always does an amazing job, and I love that they don't crate the dogs! Very friendly & caring staff, that take great care of the dogs! Highly recommended!

We just had our dog Porter done at this groomer. They did a phenomenal job with his trim. We have a mutt breed for a dog do his hair pattern is more complex, and previous groomers have taken to shaving him even though he had no hair matting or reason to do so. Anyways, I really appreciate their patience with him as he was nervous about some aspects and I look forward to bringing him back somewhere that I can trust to take their time and work with him. Thank you all again!

Excellent groomer that is very good with all of her clients, both animal and human.

Very comforting on the phone and went out of her way to answer all my questions and concerns.

We've been taking our Bernese here for years and they do a fantastic job with his haircut. Every time we pick him up, he looks like a fresh clean happy boy! Never had a issue and if they see something that looks odd or not normal they let you know which is great. The ladies there are so nice and they do their job well!

My dog is very difficult to groom. As a rescue, it is unknown what may have happened in the past but he is terrified of clippers and everything else that makes noise in a grooming salon. He is very well behaved and good natured otherwise. But I was running out of options as no one wanted to take on him. It was even suggested that I should have him groomed at the vets while under anesthesia! I was not having it. The rescue recommended Valerie. And it has been a miracle! She knows how to work with him wonderfully!

Won't take my dogs anywhere else. Very trust worthy and caring people. My dogs and I are always happy with the service we recieve. Highly recommend. Prices are good

I brought my Persian cat here a few times over the years and always loved this place. The last time we came in a few months ago, they told me that he had "skin breakdown" on his nose as I was leaving. I didn't think anything of it until I got home and saw that the skin on his nose had been cut off and was oozing. I happened to take a picture before we left the house for his appointment and his nose was perfectly fine before.

He also had a vet checkup later in the week and she confirmed that his nose looked like it had been cut. Like another commenter, I tried bringing this up privately and never had this acknowledged so I want to warn others because it is concerning how easily they lied to my face. I understand that their job is difficult especially with squirmy animals and honestly would not have been upset if they just told me what happened, but I don't like that they lied to me about it and claimed that it occurred before he got to them. Definitely will not be returning and don't recommend sending your pets here either.

Cannot speak highly enough of them. It was my 1st time bringing my 2 year old pup to a groomers and I was so nervous. He is very anxiety-ridden and I was worried how he would cooperate/handle it. They took such great care of him and we're able to handle him so well. Not to mention the pricing is beyond reasonable. especially for the quality of care you are given. 10/10 recommend!

Not only did they do a fantastic job with my Persian's grooming but when I picked him up he was completely mellow. Clearly they're skilled and a have an amazing bedside manner with the animals they service. I will definitely use them again.

Ericka did excellent job bathing and trimming fur on our dog, Daisy. Hate to admit, but Daisy hadn't been groomed in quite some time. We brought her in looking pretty rough. It was as though Ericka worked a miracle on our dog. We were so happy to see Daisy looking and feeling so clean and soft again with all that straggly fur trimmed off. We highly recommend Snipz N'Tailz for all their wonderful work!

We love snipz n' tailz! Our dog Harvey has been going there for years. They know exactly how we like his haircuts and are accomodating with appointment times. There has even been times where we couldn't make it there right away to pick him up- haircut was quicker than anticipated- so they let him stay and play with the other dogs which was nice. Would highly recommend.

My little Macy was a big messy. Since they just reopened from the covid 19 shut down i had to wait about 2 weeks to get her in. It definitely was worth the wait. They did an amazing job. They did exactly what i requested and cleaned and primped her up beautifully. She didn't look like the same dog and she smelled wonderful. I would recommend these professionals to all my friends and family.

There are not a lot of groomers who will work with cats, but Snipz N' Tailz does and they are just excellent. I dropped my Himalayan off and came back an hour later to a fresh-smelling, trimmed up, happy boy! His mood is still so great even a week later. He has more energy and is generally happier. Highly recommend!

I have taken my dogs here for years. They have been to several other groomers over the years and some were very good. However, none have shown the friendliness towards people and pets; expertise; and overall knowledge as the owner and her staff. It can be difficult to just walk in and expect them to fit you in.like any other good grooming place. You have to call and make an appointment.

Everyone wants their pet groomed for the holidays. You have to call well in advance for those appointments. Plan ahead. They can get booked out a month or 2 during the holidays. Most other times, the appointment dates are not too far out. Once your pet has been lovingly taken care of, you will find it was well worth whatever wait you had for your appointment.

Great place to bring your dog to get groomed. They were very fast with the trimming, in one hour they were done. Professional and quick. Mom and dog were satisfied.

I moved to Greenfield and was looking for a groomer for my baby. This place has been great. The owner is really friendly and gets extra points from me for supporting a dog rescue. They do a great job of grooming. They fill up really fast so be sure to call them a few weeks ahead of when you need your pet to be groomed.

I love taking my cat here. They are very gentle with him and she brushes him out so well. Also the shampoo used keeps his dandruff down for months.

The owners and staff are absolutely the best! I never have to wait long for the service. Riley has been going there since he was 3 months old and no matter how far I have to drive I will never change groomers!

Will never call there again. Word of advice call you furry friends owners back within a week. And tell me you can't groom my dog for 2 months You lost a very good customer. I will not call back take my dogs info out of your computer.

I have taken my little poodle mix (Ginger) there twice and I am very happy and comfortable with taking her there from now on. They are very nice ladies that really know their business. My dog seems very happy to go there.
