Hello! cat, dog, reptile and animal lovers!, This veterinarian office Palo Verde Animal Hospital is the truly the best, they treated me awesomely and my sick cat and now she's healthy again! They ran the necessary tests of course and very quickly drew up a plan of action. I followed the doctor's instructions and the next day my kitten was feeling much better and eating and drinking again.

She had stopped eating and drinking because of something bad she ate possibly or something else, viral or worms idk, but i rubbed some medicine they prescribed on her ear and she ate and drank and got back to her playful self again quicky!, I was quite happy about that! I was very happy because I need this cat (its a 4 month old kitten) for anxiety, stress and high blood pressure, its really helping me in those areas a LOT!

As a matter of fact; I don't know why many other people don't own a cat. I love this cat, the cuteness level she has is just out of this world, beautiful! The world is soo violent, dangerous, traumatic and painful, while this kitty brings me unparalleled joy and happiness, she's a Godsend really! You can have a hell day, and your animal will be there for you to at least take off the edge of life's challenges.

Now the staff at Palo Verde Animal Hospital was simply the best. They treated me very very well. As soon as i got there, ahead of my appointment time, they rushed me and kitty into a room, to see the nurse and get ready for the doctor, the nurse was there right away then the vet and after examination and running some tests, the vet quickly drew up that plan of action with me and proceeded to make sure i understood it, and she gave my kitty some vet high protein diet treats and food to help her get the nutrition she needed right away.

They gave her fluids through the skin to absorb to get past the dehydration the kitty had, the cat started to feel lots better and even started to eat again in the office. The vet also took into consideration my less than optimal circumstances and particular needs in this situation and accommodated me with great generosity, care and love and thoughtfulness for my kitty's safety, and my financial ability to have this cat treated there.

I was thinking to go to another vet emergency hospital many miles away, but decided on this one because i live nearby and my car was broke down, and i'm certainly glad i did choose Palo Verde Animal Hospital, because i could not have chosen a better, more kindhearted, fair priced, and knowledgeable team of animal lovers to help me save my lil kitteh!

I fully recommend this place for anyone with a sick animal that needs treatment right away. The experience i had was top notch! I was very worried i might lose this juvenile cat and was even having bad dreams about my cat dying, but the Palo Verde team made sure that would not happen! I am very grateful to them and will be doing regular things there too like shots, deworming, spaying, and checkups. So I fully recommend this place to any and all animal lovers and pet owners in need of help for their animals.

Extremely kind and personal experience. From the initial phone call all the way up to check out everyone was incredibly nice and conversational, making this place feel like it was filled with people who care. I've never had such a kind and interested vet as the one I saw today and all the techs were very interested in making my nervous dog comfortable. Chud might not appreciate coming but he is never so nice to strangers as he was today, and he will definitely remember how smooth it went next time I have to bring him in.

Great service & 100% recommend! The treatment was excellent although our dog was being difficult but the staff knew how to handle him! I love this place & definitely trust them!

My cat started drooling profusely and having "seizure-like" episodes on a Friday night and it continued all weekend. She had never done this before. I couldn't afford the ER vet so I waited until Monday to call. I called my usual vet and they said that they couldn't see her for at least 2 weeks. I called 4 other locations and then called Palo Verde.

They were the only office to offer to put me on a waiting list and if anyone cancelled, they would call me. The next day, I got a call. The staff and doctor were so caring and friendly. We won't go anywhere else from now on and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic, patient and accommodating staff. Vet visits are stressful for everyone and the staff here went above & beyond to reassure me while providing thorough care. Miss Kitty was treated well. In and out in good time. VERY pleased with the quality of care. Disliked the insurance solicitation emails and surveys from 3rd parties. they made me cranky

From the moment I called I knew this would be the vets office for us. Everyone was friendly, the vet made sure all my questions were answered, the groomer even helped out! We will definitely be going back.

Palo Verde helped with my dog who had hurt his back leg. They were able to see him in a short time instead of 2 weeks out like other vets. They did what was necessary to treat him and did not try add extra procedures that were not necessary. They also kept dogs from passing in the hallway etc. which means they really care about the animals the animals territory. They will be our new veterinarian.

Dr. Krumins and her staff are phenomenal. Would highly highly recommend to anyone who wants exceptional care of their pet.

My cat was having issues with walking (ataxia in the hind legs) so I took her in to get checked out. Dr. Krumins did a quick but thorough exam and recommended solutions that fell within my budget. I felt welcome at the practice and like my kitty was in good hands the whole time.

I have been going to Palo Verde Animal Hospital for a few years now. I have had good news visits and bad news visits. Even though the outcomes of the visits are different one thing never changes, the staff. Everyone that works there is a special person. From the vets, the techs, front desk and the new addition of the groomers, everyone is a pleasure to work with.

As far as costs, vet offices are expensive no matter where you go. But this is what they do for a living, and it's even harder to do because A) animals don't tell you what is wrong, and B) they have to also deal with the owners who aren't always the best. I will pay the fees. The care credit card is a great option and makes it easier to say yes to treatment.

Everyone there treats the animals with respect, dignity and love. Never have I felt like we were in bad hands while at this vet, even when we received the news you don't want. So show your appreciation and tell them that you care, because I know that they care for our pets!

I have been with my dog Sushi to a lot of vet before, definitely they are the best -First they welcome you and they mean it, very warmly. -secondly the staff is very friendly and gentle with the dog(and the master) -third the doctor is knowledgeable, using critical thinking and do not pressure you for any exam, you can exchange your point of view -Fourth:they give right there the med you need -fifth:the price is right, not outrageous

The staff here is amazing. Their compassion for the human owners of beloved Haley has been unbelievably sensitive, in our case, to helping us understand what is wrong with sweet girl. Once we grasped the painful realization her life and now the end of that sweet life was in our hands. This vet has given just as loving care to our girl's final moments as to plans we made to ensure her joy as a young dog.

As difficult as it is, I am assured that I will be there to stroke her hair and whisper how loved Haley is as she drifts to sleep cradled in my arms, awaking to join her sister once again in heaven. Thank you to the vets and staff at Palo Verde Animal Hospital for all their loving care. 79

Excellent care always. Yesterday we had our dog groomed by Brittney and she did a GREAT job. We have also seen more than one Vet. for check-ups, end of life visit or emergencies in the last few years. Highly recommended.
