I have been bringing Rita here for the past year. The staff are fantastic and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend.

Very accommodating for your furry ones. Each pen has size and temperament. They take photos of the puppers so you can see how their day has been. Wonderful people.

Quick nail clip. In and out. Sky hates her nails clipped. But groomer was great!

We have used this place a few times so far. They are great with my dog and have separate kennels for different dog personalities, which is great. I would recommend.

Was easy to drop off and my dog was happy when we picked her up.

Had our Golden Retriever here several times and recently for a full week while on vacation and I was very happy with the service and care they take with the dogs. Owners are great and employees seemed to really care for the dogs. They divide the dogs up by temperament in separate play areas for their comfort. My dog seemed to be very comfortable and happy there. Prices were fair. Would definitely recommend them.

Seriously the best staff and dog daycare we could ask for. Our bulldog Reba has been coming here consistently for about 2 years and we've had the best experience. She seems so loved and well taken care of here, the staff are honestly the most amazing and kind. We've been to a couple other dog daycares in the area and this one is by FAR the best - you can tell the dogs play all day because my dog sleeps for hours as soon as she gets home and comes home super clean. Love the pictures posted every day and getting an update on her day when I pick her up! Thanks for being awesome 4 Paws

KitKat and Snickers frequent here often as they are complicated hair wise due to dog breed. They are Cotons and their hair gets matted quickly and our puppies love the pool and the female loves getting into dirt! Their team always takes excellent care and provides top notch service. Even Snickers can barely contain himself when we pull into parking lot! It's definitely a place you can trust your animals are in great care. We have been going here for almost 4 years. They are also always on time!

Yesterday was my first time here. Recommend by two friends. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. Very friendly staff. They obviously love their job.

My Australian Shepherd loves going here! He's always tired out when we pick him up after work. Both he and I look forward to when he goes as he gets to have fun all day, and I get to relax at night!

I took my Rat Terrier puppy here to board while we went on vacation. The staff went above and beyond making sure he was happy and well taken care of. They sent me a couple videos and pictures. They also didn't mind that I called once a day to check on my little guy. I would recommend 4 Paws Pet Resort to everyone. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.

Our boy loves going here. When we get our suitcases out, he knows where he is going and gets so excited! He had a full groom yesterday during his stay and came home looking and smelling amazing, and tired from all the fun he had It is a wonderful feeling to not have to worry about him while we are away.

I took my Aussie Doodle to get groomed today and his haircut is so cute! It took about 3 hours, but they did a great job and staff was very friendly! Will definitely be coming back!

We've left our dog at 4 Paws Pet Resort several times and could not be happier. The facility is very clean and organized. The play area is spacious. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Their drop off and pick up hours are very convenient. At our dog's last stay we had him groomed. He looked amazing! We never hesitate to recommend this pet resort. It's simply the best!

We've been using 4 Paws for our five dogs over 20 years. We started with the old location, and have been loyal customers for years and years. With the change in ownership has come a noticeable change in customer service, specifically, it seems to matter less what the customer wants. We took our new dog in for her first grooming, and told the groomer what our vet had suggested.

Unfortunately the groomer decided to do what they normally do with pups, ignoring my request and the suggestion of our vet. This is just another of the subtle changes that have come to 4 Paws, none of which improve the experience for the pet or owner.

Highly recommend! This place takes pride ownership in their customers and pets and always happy to make sure each visit is perfect. If not, they're always happy to fix whatever they can :

Four Paws was welcoming to my older dog, George (12) who had just lost his life long companion last month. My leaving for more than ten days made me nervous but the staff at Four Paws were kind, sensitive to his needs, and understanding of his age and condition. We kept in contact by phone and I found their care and additional attention very positive.

I am taking another shorter trip soon, they will have George for 4 days and I know he's in the best of hands. I highly recommend Four Paws for boarding and am requesting a grooming for my pup before I pick him up at the end of the trip.

Nice clean place and very accommodating to my 140 pound labrador. They were very quick to respond when I made an online reservation for the first time and answered all my questions. After a three night stay and a bath, Charlie came out all soft, fluffy and smelled great. He hasn't been shedding like he was, despite it being June in Mesa. That is a pleasant surprise. Will use this groomer again.

My dog Cami is always excited to go stay at 4 Paws. They take good care of her and she loves playing with all the other dogs during activity time. They always seem excited to have her which makes it easier to leave her. They're also very good with owners like me who call everyday to check in. If you follow them on Facebook they post pictures like the one below during activity, it's reassuring to see them having a good time. Overall a friendly, clean and safe place to leave your pup.

This is my go to place for "Puppy Storage" my little Dachshund gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, she loves this place. The personnel is very warm & professional, I always feel very comfortable leaving my pet in their hands.

The groomers are great, very clean place. I would highly recommend it, ask for Michelle to groom your dog, she's the best.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. RUDE RUDE RUDE staff that does not give a hoot about customer service. Completely unhappy with the groom and their nonchalant, couldn't-be-bothered attitude spoke volumes! While visiting a friend recently with my pooches, she recommended this place because she boards her babies here. Perhaps their pet hotel is better, but the "manager" that runs the front desk couldn't be bothered by my concerns of patchy marks, uneven ears and long nails.

It wasn't cheap either, but I am used to high prices in So. Cal. I know my pooches aren't regulars, but you could at least look like you care about customer service - after all, customers are how you stay in business. Oh and if you want to talk to the owner, since the manager is awful, they/he/she are prob on vacation. I read in previous posts that I am not the only one to find that out.

Our dogs love it here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Knows our dogs even if its been a little while. We take two of them for grooming and they come back clean, pretty, and happy every time. Our Am Staff we have boarded here and she does great. It's hard to find a pet resort that is truly bully breed friendly and doesn't make you pay a ridiculous price just because of the breed.
