We love Eco-Pet, they do great work! I can always count on a consistently good experience, every time. The specialists here are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

We are new to CA and have always had vets do nails when necessary. I researched around where we live and chose Eco Pet. I took my 8 yrs old Chihuahua for a nail trim yesterday. They were friendly and gentle with him. I had warned them that he was a fear/anxiety rescue and although he's never bitten a vet or groomer they needed to be careful. No problem, I waited outside and in 10 minutes I had my little boy Blue with beautiful trimmed nails! Definitely will be coming back!

My parents dog Pepper is a regular client and has been coming here for a long time. My mom passed away almost 2 years ago. So now my dad takes Pepper in to be groomed. Terry does an amazing job running this place. Pepper always gets a shampoo, hair cut and gets her nails clipped. They're very professional! They have a lot of experience in dog grooming.

The staff is friendly, the shop is cute and clean, prices are fair, and there is free parking in the front and in the back of the shop. I like this place because I know they take good care of Pepper because she never cries or complains when my dad drops her off.

Up to $800 now of medical bills due to a really bad ear infection. My dog has had no ear problems in 8 years until I got him groomed here

They have been the most warm and welcoming business for my 80 pound pitbull. Thank you for being so good with him, loving, and kind.

I love this place. They do a wonderful job on my yorkies. Their haircuts grow out very well and people always compliment them on how good they look. I definitely recommend.

Update: here I am 4 days later and my dog is still limping. Cannot walk properly because of this place. I don't know what they did to injure her leg but she is clearly in pain and struggling. DO NOT bring your pet to this place if you care about them. They do not take care of your animal!

I came for a walk/in nail trim for my dog and they took me right in! The facility was very clean and the staff very friendly! My dog had his nails trimmed to the perfect length. I highly recommend eco/pet if you need a nail trim!

Found this place on here and the reviews were right! Summer is so happy with her new haircut, everyone working was so nice and considerate. Such a great pet store can't wait to come back!

I was extreme hurt and angered by the owners of Eco-pet. I brought in my Maltese mainly because he has really been suffering in the heat because of his long hair so I wanted a Puppy cut. First, one owner dismissed this fact saying arrogantly, "Oh he's not hot." He wasn't joking around. I guess he decided that he knew my dog better than it's master of 11 years because they left his coat at 2 and 1/2 inches long!

When I got him home I noticed how horrible the cut was: they had cut a ridiculously huge oval around his bum, left the bottom of his face uncut so hairs still was poking up in his eyes, and his chin hairs were still hard and dirty, and they had cut uneven bangs at the top of his head 1 and a half inches short. It looked like I had cut my dog's hair!

Then they told me that it would be $95 and if I would have had his teeth cleaned it would have been $110. I asked about the teeth because my neighbor had brought in her Yorkie the day before and also had his teeth cleaned and it was $75. The most unbelievable thing to me is that they had no compassion for my dog who will suffer in this summer heat, until I pay for another haircut.

They were great with Teddy. They are very gentle with their dogs. I use to take my other dog there a while back before she passed and this is the only place I will take my new dog Teddy. They groomed him perfect for it being his first grooming. I have always been surprised when I picked my dogs up after being groomed. They also referred me to a great vet.

They are very friendly. They feed the dogs and walk them also. The only thing is that I had to take him back two weeks later because I wanted him cut low and he wasn't as low as I wanted him. I paid a different price both times and the same job was completed with like a 10 dollar increase. It's only the second time so I'm contemplating.

My main thing is being questioned why I wanted him cut down low. I felt like I was asking them to do something that was wrong or something. I wanted him cut low and had to settle for what they thought he should get. He needs grooming again and it's only been two weeks again. But, they are very nice there and I didn't see anything but happy dogs.

My dog get so hot I don't want a lot of hair on him and should just be able to request it and it's done. They use to cut my other dog low with no problem so I don't understand it. That would be the only reason I don't go back. I won't sit in a pet groomer and ever have a long conversation about what I want for my dog. He's like my son.

Have been bringing my fur baby to Eco-Pet for at least 3 years now -- Terri and the skilled groomers are kind, professional and always do her grooming exactly how I request. Even though I've moved further away, I still bring BooBoo back to Eco-Pet for her grooming.

Just picked up my 5 year old Brindle Pit, Valentine from his first grooming visit, and the service was amazing. Minimal wait time, great customer experience, and Valentine smells great. I like that they pay such close attention to details, and have ample space for the pets so they aren't cramped up.

Love this groomer! They are so kind and gentle with pets. They will make you love and cuddle your pet even more than you did before. They took excellent care of my Princess before she got her wings and went to heaven and now they are taking care of my Coco. Terry is the best and provide personalized care. Customer service is top notch!

First time dog mom here and I was very nervous but Eco pet was so great! Miley looked so beautiful after her full groom! Thank you eco pet for taking such good care of my baby!

Please, do not bring your pet here unless you don't care your pet! I visited eco-pet for my dog's anal gland and after I came back to home I realized a bump on his anal area (the groomer didn't tell me anything or warned me). I immediately visited my vet and he said that this happened because there were an abscess and the groomer probably squized too much.

I end up with 400$ vet bill and my dog got a surgery (they put drain). It was such a misery for my dog. There were an abscess and she didn't care and squezed it and made it worst. The worst part is she didn't warn me. My dog could only got away with antibiotics if she told me and not squeeze but because of people who don't know how to do their job, he got surgery!

Very friendly, on time with appointment, no wait. They were done with my doggy within a hour and a half, fast no insane wait. And my doggy looked adorable will definitely continue going here.

We love Eco -Pet! very friendly and Ms. Terry is wonderful and our min schnauzer Mr. Bentley loves her!

This place is a disgrace. We had an appointment at 10am for our two dogs. We were told to collect them at 2pm. On collecting them we learnt that they hadn't even done one dog, although this wasn't so bad as the job they did on the other one was terrible. Additionally the amount of water our dogs drank on getting home clearly showed they weren't even given water the whole time they were there. Strongly advise against taking your beloved dog here.

We take both of our little ones here and they are always well cared for and groomed.

I've been going to Eco Pet since I first moved to Los Angeles. Terry first welcomed me to the neighborhood and provide a great first bath for St. Paul. She and the rest of her staff are very friendly. They're very accommodating since I usually call the day of lol. I don't know what they use on St. Paul but he always smells great for days. He's rolled in squirrel poop, trash, and a seal carcass and each time he comes back looking great. Definitely give this place a visit. They really care about the pups and the bandanas are very festive.

Today was my first day at Eco-Pet I called and got the same day appointment I was happy after I've called a number of Pet Groomers on a Saturday. Bandit loves his new haircut and so I do! I might have found the place to go they made my Bandit look so CUTE! The price is a little high but it was worth it. I usually pay 50.00 but it was 77.00 here. When I got to bandit he was waiting looking so cute! Thank you Eco-Pet me and Bandit will be back!
