Latanya is wonderful, I highly recommend her dog walking services! Samantha is our dog walker 5 days a week and she is amazing with my two bulldogs. Super respectful, reliable and consistent. I've had a lot of issues with dog walkers in the past, I'm thrilled to have come across this company.

Latanya is a reliable and flexible professional. She has been taking care of our two cats when we head out of town for over 3 years since we've had them, and they are always in great shape when we come back. She is easy to communicate with, and goes above and beyond:one Thanksgiving when she was watching them, she couldn't access our b/c the exterior keys had been changed and I had stupidly forgot to give her the new key.

She graciously coordinated with our super to get access to the building and take care of the cats more efficiently than I thought possible. We appreciate her and can't recommend her enough!

Latanya was an incredible cat sitter for my two 14-year-old cats while I was away on a 5 day trip. One of my cats was extremely ill at the time of the trip, so much so that I was unsure if I should just cancel. After meeting with Latanya, speaking with her on several follow-up calls where we made an emergency plan for my ill cat, and discovering her incredible patience, kindness, obvious expertise, and rapid follow-up, I felt completely secure in working with Latanya.

And in retrospect, I am so glad that I did. Latanya was recommended to me by a friend that has dogs. My friend shared with me how wonderful she was when caring for her dog with cancer. Initially I was a bit hesitant to work with her because of the previous reviews on Yelp - I noticed that they were mostly positive for dogs but negative for cats. I changed my mind as we planned for her time with my cats.

She came over and met them, was gentle and loving towards them, and asked important questions I hadn't thought of. Later, when I realized how much more I needed to plan out with her due to my cat's illness, she took the time to respond to me via email and then have another conversation via phone. Whereas I was apologetic for being a bit of a helicopter parent at the time, she was reassuring, flexible, and open to sending me an update after each visit.

While I was away, Latanya sent me an email after each visit with a concise update and a picture of my cats. It made it so much easier to stay focused on my trip, knowing that she was being so attentive to my cats, and that my sick kitty was doing ok at each of her visits. I highly recommend Latanya/Spoil-a-Pet for cat sitting.

If there were more stars, I would give them all to LaTanya. I was a bit Yelped, but it was very important that I share my experience with Spoil-A- Pet. Latanya is reliable, flexible, caring and my dog loves her. When we first got our dog and were in search of dog walkers (I have an excel spreadsheet to prove it!) Latanya was the only walker to listen to what we had observed and never came across as arrogant (even though, she is the expert).

She listened and tried to make our dog as comfortable as possible. I should also mention, we worked with a number of companies that were: 1. Too aggressive with our dog 2. Not comfortable with our dog 3. Just never came to our home and lied and said they came to our home and even, fabricated a story about how "violent" our dog got with the walker (even though, I was sick in bed and NO one came and walked out dog) I just returned from a week of vacation and even our neighbors said "we bumped into your walker and she is one dedicated lady!

It must be tough to get someone to come walk, feed and hangout with your dog at this time" This is after they bumped into Latanya around 11PM. I have no idea where I am moving next, but I do hope that it is in an area where Spoil-A-Pet works. Latanya is the best and not having to worry about my dog is a great relief.

I have been using spoil-a-pet services for over a year. I was very impressed with Latanya she was very professional and understanding. I had read how she left messages and was surprised when I received no updates and when I emailed her i.e how are things going. I received one word answers.ie fine. So I installed a nanny cam.and found out though she did everything she said she would ie.clean the litter box, provide food and water for my cats, and bring in the mail, she only stayed 5or 6 minutes and barely interacted with the cats.

Latanya is so helpful and easy to work with. She responded promptly to any emails I sent. Irina was my daily walker but I trusted she did an amazing job with my little puppy. I always came home to a nice clean area for my puppy and her toys were always put back away. Irina even re- structured my dogs pen area after she tried to escape- shows they truly cared about my dogs safety.

My favorite is that they would bring my dog treats! It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows how much they cared about having a relationship with my pet. My puppy was only 10 weeks when I started using this service. She required an unusual eating routine (mostly because I'm neurotic haha) but Latanya respected all my requests and routines. I could go on and on about this service but my main point is they don't disappoint! Old dog or new puppy, they're amazing and trustworthy!

I used Latanya to attend to my kittens while I went away for 5 days. She picked up the keys and as far as I know she fed the kittens. My issue w/her is she doesn't give you an actual number to reach her but a voicemail. and email. I prefer to speak to someone as oppose to a vm or email to actually know you understand all that I'm saying.

The food tray was empty when I arrived home and I don't know how that happened when they have a food dispenser that gets stuck sometimes but if you tap it, it comes down. So if I didn't come home the next morning my kids would have been hungry.

I found Spoil-a-Pet through Yelp and, based on the reviews and location to my place, decided to give them a try. From the first meeting to their sitting services, Latanya was nothing but professional and thorough. We met first for a consultation so she could meet my cats, get the feel for the apartment, and go over any questions or concerns. She remembered to ask about little things I'd mentioned in our e-mail correspondence to make sure she understood the personalities of my cats and could best serve their needs.

I went away on a 10-day trip and they fed the cats twice a day, scooped out the litterbox every day, fully cleaned out the box and changed the litter once, and got the mail for me all for a very reasonable price. When I returned, everything was neat and clean and the mail left in a nice pile for me. I highly recommend the services of Spoil-a-Pet.

I had to be out of the country for 3 weeks and I needed a cat sitter pronto. I looked on yelp and found this place. Latanya is a professional and a wonderful cat sitter. She came by to pick up my keys the night I was leaving town and she had all the necessary paperwork for me to fill out. She was very organized and I could tell she had been in this business for some time.

For the three weeks that I was gone, the total came to $210 and she came by everyday to feed my cat, scoop out his litter and also brought in my mail. She put my mind at ease and that is priceless. I will definitely use her services again.

I've used Spoil-A-Pet for over 11years. Latanya and her crew are the best. When anyone asks me for a dog walker or pet sitter I tell them not to use any other service than Spoil-A-Pet. Latanya was even nice enough to write a great recommendation for my Rottie Sadie when I was looking for a new apartment. I can always rest easily when I go out of town because I know my fur-babies will be well taken care of. Spoil-a-pet is the best!

I have been using Spoil-A-Pet services since my 14 year old Dachshund and 10 year old Frenchie were puppies. Latanya and her staff are extremely reliable, thoughtful and caring. They ALWAYS have gone above and beyond for me. One day I came home to a zip file full of pictures of my girls on their walk by Rudy- an amazing dog walker, sitter and photographer.

At one point, we had to move uptown and they still came and walked my girls. I would never use anyone else to take care of my pups. If you are looking for someone responsible and honest to watch, walk and care for your dogs, Spoil-A-Pet is IT!

Spoil-A-Pet is the most attentive pet service I have ever used. Latonya leaves no stone unturned. She texts me everyday to tell me how the walks were and also if there were any accidents in the house, which she cleans! She has lived in my apartment, pet sitting all four (yes 4!) of my animals and sends me photos. One of my dogs has Addison's disease and she continuously monitors him for any adverse symptoms as well. My advice to those looking for a dog walker or pet sitter is stop looking, you have found her!

I have been using Spoil-a-Pet ever since I first adopted my dog 6 years ago. They are reliable, honest, and go above and beyond for their customers. Twice my dog has had an upset stomach and had diarrhea in the house--once in her kennel. Our walker did such a good job of cleaning up the house and our dog that we would not have known except for his written report to us.

They always leave a note on how the walk went. Spoil-a-Pet is very flexible about adding and dropping walks with just 24 hours notice, which is a very nice feature of their service that not every company offers. Finally, I have moved a few times, and Spoil-a-Pet has followed me every time. I don't know what I would do without them. I highly recommend Spoil-a-Pet to you, and so does my dog: she really loves her dog walker!

Latanya was referred to me by my Vet at Prospect Height Animal Hospital as the person she trusted to walk her dog. She has walked my dog two to three days a week, starting from when he was a 8 week old that just played in the house and peed on pads, when he graduated to being carried outside, and onward. She is outstanding at replying quickly (minutes, not hours) to emails. I have been home by accident a few times that she has been by (last minute schedule changes, sick days, etc), and I have witnessed his excitement at her arrival.

Latanya is fantastic and super reliable. I utilize her overnight services often when I cannot take my dog with me on my travels. She is extremely responsive and Daisy is always super happy when I get home. Highly recommended if you are looking for a tustworthy person to sleep over with your doggie!

Best pet sitting service ever. I found Latanya in the Fall of 2009 and have hired her on many many occasions. She is warm, friendly, bright, 100% trustworthy, conscientious, and thorough to describe a few of my thoughts of her. I have a two older cats; one who is diabetic and needs special attention. She comes by 2 x a day to look after them when we go out of town. Latanya will keep in touch daily if you want to check on your pets.

She also has a very organized checklist that she fills out every time she visits. She adds notes specific to that day and this is very comforting to have. She always leaves things tidy and I always feel completely relaxed leaving my pets in her hands. She is a pleasure to deal with. She is truly a blessing and Im so thankful to have found her.

I have an extremely skittish rescue dog who is often terrified of strangers. Since Latanya became my regular dog walker, I've seen a remarkable difference in Lucy. Latanya's calm, reassuring demeanor has helped Lucy become more confident, less fearful and much calmer when visitors enter my home. Latanya also leaves nice notes letting me know how each walk went. I'm even going to start using her as my dog sitter when I have to go out of town. Highly, highly recommended.

Latanya is awesome! She watched my crazy Napoleon-complex-ed terrier while I was away for 5 days (some overnights and some twice-daily walks) and the mutt was happy as a clam when I got back, with lots of notes about what had happened every day while I was gone. She is great--a really lovely person but also very professional--and has actually come to the rescue for me in other ways (ex. one time I was out of town and my boyfriend locked himself out of our apartment, and she came by with the spare keys and let him in, haha).

My dog can be kind of a jerkface when it comes to strangers touching her and so on, which is why I was so nervous about leaving her with a sitter, but Latanya is sweet and patient and I knew once I saw her love for animals that jerkface would be just fine in her care. I will definitely go back to her in the future!
