He does not have a Shamrock Dog! Third pug in history to do it! Conveniently situated off of La Grange Road on Reamers Lane, it is situated on 8 acres, along with a 100 run boarding kennel. The Training Center is air-conditioned and our agility course is fully fenced, shaded, and is lit for evening training. Shamrock provides affordable group classes and private lessons for you and your family.

I took my dog here for the beginner basics class and it was chaos. The price seemed too good to be true and it definitely was. Linda yelled at both the people and the dogs. The training class was huge and left no time for indivdiualized training techniques. They insisted on putting a prong collar on my dog with NO introduction. We stopped going after the second week. Spend a little more money and go with an evidence-based trainer that focuses on fear free and positive reinforcement training.

This was our first time boarding a pet and we were very pleased. The staff were welcoming and explained things I wouldn't have even thought about. They washed our puppies favorite blanket and gave him a bath so he was smelling fresh when we came home. We ended up picking up our dog earlier than originally planned and the staff were accommodating to our changes. We have already booked boarding for our dog for our next trip.

Absolutely love this place. We had no idea how our newly rescued mini schnauzer would react to boarding, but he has done very well. After his 1st experience (he barked a lot) he has settled in and seems so happy every time we pick him up. They follow instructions for feeding and medications to the letter! And Day Care is fabulous and a BARGAIN! He was almost more interested in interacting with the very caring staff than seeing us.
