Cagefree K-9 Camp

Don't come here. Even if their baths are cheaper than everywhere else, they can't be trusted. I brought my dog in for a bath twice. After the second time, I was told when checking out that my dog is "banned" from this location because she "bit a bather." My immediate thought was "is the bather ok?" yet after spending some time thinking about it, I'd love to know what they did to provoke my dog, who has never bit any bather, let alone anyone.

No transparency whatsoever when I asked questions, just that we were no longer allowed to return for a bath but could for daycare. Why would we ever return for anything? They did not handle this situation well at all and to be expected when they have a young kid with zero social skills running the front desk. In hindsight, everything worked out as it was meant to because who knows how they treated my dog. If she reacted the way she did, I trust it's because she wasn't treated well.

Best dog care in LA. My puppy adored the place and wanted to go again. Will use it if we need day care. Lovely service. Excellent price point. Trustful. Dog loving.

Got hired here unfortunately I wasn't able to stay due to personal issues but overall they are great people and they really take care of all the dogs definitely trustful people I would have no problem leaving my furry buddy here

Garrett helped me to register my dog today. And I look forward to using their doggy day care. A customer walked in as I was filling out the forms and he said he'd been using them for 7 years and highly recommended them! Great customer service, Garrett answered all my questions. Our dog doesn't love boarding since he is so pampered at home so we are always nervous to take him to a new place. We loved the idea of the cage free environment and having someone there all the time since he likes attention from people more than dogs. We just picked him up and they didnt disappoint. He was very happy and not pouting like he normally does.

He was clean and fluffy and ready to go. Our flight was delayed so they even allowed for a late night pickup so we didnt have to wait another night. Excellent service and a happy dog. We will be back for sure.

Our miniature poodle Ginger is being trained there right now. They are patient, loving, and caring.

Always a pleasure working with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Cagefree! We drive all the way from the Valley to use this facility for boarding. Our dog loves the interaction and socialization, and we love the piece of mind knowing he's constantly supervised. He always comes home exhausted but with a big smile on his face. They aren't breed discriminatory and actively aid in rescue/adoption efforts.

I love having my dog with me but really wanted him to have the experience of being with other dogs while I'm at work. I chose Cagefree K-9 camp and it was an incredible experience. I was welcomed by the most kind and friendly people. They allowed me to see him off and actually watch him through a glass. I was so nervous and my dog was in HEAVEN! I picked him up at the end of the day and I could just tell he had just experienced one of the most fun and incredible days. He was SO happy! He ran around and played and was so well cared for, he literally came home and took a nap! Best place and best people EVER!

Love this place! We bring our dog here often and have been doing so for years and years. The staff absolutely loves my dog. Every time we walk in the door, even if it has been months since our last visit, our dog is greeted like she was there yesterday. They have created such a loving, fun and safe environment for the dogs. You can tell that the staff cares for each and every dog like their own.

When we are there we constantly see happy and eager dogs coming in the lobby ready to play. We are very particular and usually have a lot of special requests when our dog stays here and the staff always accommodates us. They also send us lots of pictures of our dog when we are out of town which always makes us feel great. They even have a rescue that saves dogs from the shelter and finds them new homes. We feel great supporting such a great company that does so much good.

My dog was here for 3 weeks over the holidays and I couldn't be happier that I found my dog's new home away from home. I was very impressed with the extremely personalized and professional level of service I received. They went above and beyond what I expected. The tour of the facility on my initial visit was thorough, informative and impressive. The entire facility was immaculate, all the dogs looked happy and well looked after, and the amount of friendly staff was shocking (over 30 employees according to the tour).

I had to extend my stay due to personal reasons which led to my dog running out of his specific prescription diet. They called me a couple of days before it ran out and told me they could go out and pick up an additional bag for me from my vet without my even having to call and ask. WOW! I received great pictures and videos throughout my dog's stay which really put me at ease and let me see how happy my dog was.

My dog also got a walk every day and some training to brush up on his obedience. The trainer sent me weekly emails updating me on the status of my dog's training, which was great. When I picked up my dog he was super clean and fluffy from his bath. Everyone that passed through the lobby knew him by name and he seemed to love them all. They run a top notch operation that has friendly staff, excellent service and an overwhelming love of dogs. Do your dogs a favor and take them to Cagefree K9 Camp.
