We were so lucky to have Stephanie cat sit for our girls. She did such a great job, I swear our girls were disappointed that we came home because we didn't give them the play attention they got from Stephanie. She gave us daily updates accompanied with pictures/movie and was super communicative. Will def continue using their services for sure!

These folks are wonderful. Everything is clear, professional, upfront, and reasonable. A particular shout out to Andrea, who goes beyond - videos, pictures, everything spotless. I always look forward to her updates. 10 stars if I could.

The cat sitter I had was not at all reliable or responsible. CONS: - The cat sitter does not stay for a full 30 minutes as the contract states but leaves after 15~20 minutes (usually 15 minutes). I know this because I have a nanny cam at home - The cat sitter is seen using phone quite often (sits on my couch and text or takes a call) - The cat sitter does not follow up about the upcoming dates, deposit etc.

I send them a reminder, I ask about the deposits etc. I am always chasing the cat sitter for administrative things as though I work for the cat sitter -The cat sitter talks condescendingly to my cat (I bet the cat sitter wouldn't have spoken to my cat that way in my presence) - The business owner never even checked in once to ask for my feedback - The cat sitter also helps itself with drinks in my refrigerator, forgets to close it after opening - The cat sitter never cleans the feeding area, not even a little.

I come home to absolute mess (one time I left a little hand-held vacuum cleaner by the sandbox, of course, it was not used) PROS: - Always does show up and feed the cat and cleans the litter Summary: The cat sitter does the bare minimum and is irresponsible.

MIGHT AS WELL HAVE JUST GOTTEN A LITTER ROBOT AND AUTO FEEDER, AT LEAST THEY'RE RELIABLE The cat sitter we were assigned through their service added more STRESS than help while we were away. Here is what we had to deal with: -He lost our keys! Seriously, talk about "you had one job." Nobody wants to get a message on vacay from your sitter who lost your keys and now can't get in to feed your cats.

We cancelled our flight and frantically searched for a way to come back sooner and immediately called our property manager to try to get him a replacement set of keys ASAP. -Before we left town, we scheduled a meeting date/time 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to hand off the keys. This man has the nerve to CANCEL right ON THE DAY we're scheduled to meet. We even offered to meet at/near their place for convenience. - He literally didn't do the one thing we asked: we said, "we don't care if you don't play with them, but please make sure to visually see the feral cat that hides and barely eats to make sure he's still alive and well." He texted us after a visit to to let us know that HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME to go see where he was that day. UM.

We live in NYC in a 1Bx1B! it's not a mansion sir - he's in there somewhere. If you don't have time to care for our cats and give us peace of mind while away- thennn what exactlyyyy are we paying for here? - We had a camera in the apt, he was in and out in 15m. Not the worst offense but combined with the rest of blunders, it shows they really do not care about providing a good service. CLEARLY Katie's Kitty's vetting process is ass. Save your money. Or just don't get Ryan.

We had a great experience with our cat sitter Patricia, who we found through Katie's Kitty. She was very flexible and accommodating with us during the busy holiday season, and even came over before we went away to meet our cat Phoebe and get the lay of the land. She sent us great photos and updates every day, and took care to notify us with any issues that came up. She even brought up a package for us in our walk up. This was our first time hiring someone to care for Phoebe, and we were so grateful to have someone we trusted!

I have used Katie's Kitty twice now, and my sitter Katharine was an utter rockstar both times! She seems to really love what she does and my kitty is always very happy to see her. She's excellent at sending me photos and updates while I'm away which gives me peace of mind that my little critter is doing fine while I'm away. I would recommend this service to anyone with a cat and I would specifically recommend Katharine for her professionalism, good attitude, and apparent love for cats :

I've used Katie's Kitty for years and have always been pleased with their service, reliability, and devotion to felines. My recent sitter, Katharine, was fantastic. She texted updates of my two girls each time she visited my apartment, and made sure to include both videos and photos (I am a worrier!) Katharine also gave one of my cats her medication with no issues and made my other, very shy cat, completely at ease while I was gone. Katharine even went above and beyond and watered some of my plants that were looking wilted!

Katie's Kitty really came through for us this Thanksgiving! We had the wonderful Andrea caring for our cat all week- and I cannot adequately express how lovely it was to have her watching after our fur-baby. We had a really thorough meet and great-- she learned our cat's regular routine so that he felt safe and secure while we were away, and she had a very natural way with him right from the start.

She kept our apartment spotless, gave hilarious and sweet daily reports with pictures and videos-- and upon our return our cat welcomed us back happily and did not seem anxious or angry that we left (his usual temperament when we occasionally leave him with friends!) We are so thankful for Andrea and for Katie's Kitty, and would refer them to friends and family with pets in a heartbeat.

My husband and I have a great deal of stress about leaving our cat, but not anymore! We know that he had a blast with Andrea and that really put us at ease. Thank you to Andrea and Katie's Kitty for everything!

We used this service for the first time this Thanksgiving and were lucky enough to have Katharine watch our two little guys. Katharine was beyond wonderful, sending me picture and video updates each visit, taking the time to play and care for my kitties and was incredibly nice throughout the whole process. We will definitely be contacting Katie's Kitty again to have Katharine come care for our boys during future trips!

We had a great experience using Katie's Kitty for the first time! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful, super responsive and reassuring. She and her boys took wonderful care of my cat and made him feel safe while we were away. They gave him so much love and attention and I'm so happy that we now have a place to leave our boy when we're out of town.

Katie's Kitty saved our butts! We are new cat owners (4 months in) and needed to go out of town for a few days. Because of the pandemic, we were unable to find friends to take care of our cat and our vet isn't boarding. We did a bit of research and found Katie's Kitty. The owner, Peter, quickly connected us with Anna, who is officially our cat's new best friend.

We (and our kitty!) felt so comfortable with Anna who is both a pet lover and pet expert. She provided email updates while we were away and went above and beyond to make sure our cat was well taken care of. We know who we'll be calling next time we're going out of town! (oh, and they're very reasonably priced!)

Paula from Katie's Kitty has been cat-sitting for me for years. She looks after my two cats exceptionally well and when I return from being away the cats are happy and everything is spotless. Paula is terrific in all respects! It is such a comfort to go away knowing my kitties are in such good hands with Paula.

Non responsive to emails and signup on their website or to follow-up calls. Clearly too busy to need to new clients - disappointed.

Used Katie's cat sitting service many times when we were living in Manhattan as well as after we moved to Jersey City. Their cat sitters were very nice and responsible. They shared with me photos, videos of my cats everyday, and updated me with any irregular activities. My cats were taken great care, thank you!

The care provided was great. and believe me: coming from my finicky cats, it means a lot! In fact when we returned from vacation, one of our cats pulled me aside and politely asked if it would be possible for me to move out permanently so that they could continue being spoiled rotten by Katie's Kitties! How ungrateful!

Pat has pet-sit for me several times, now. We have been using Katie's Kitty for a few years and have never been disappointed. Checkers is a beloved feline member of our family and our Sitter, Julie, treated him like her own from day one. The communication from the very start was excellent. Julie came to our home to meet us and Checkers and it was clear to us that she had the same love of cats that we do.

She is gentle, patient, and will do whatever is best for your pet. We have had our pet stay with Julie for single overnights as well as extended periods of time. She sends photos, reports on behavior, and reassures us that our Checkers is in excellent hands. I would not dream of using any other service and highly recommend Julie and Katie's Kitty.

Terrible, they didn't call me and just sent me ONE email '' i am going over old emails and cant recall ever responding to this. if i didnt i am very sorry'' after a month! But I was lucky that I didn't use them for my baby.

This was our first time a week trip and leave our tow cats at home, which we think not too long time leave them along and also have cat sitting to take good care of them. Michelle she's really patient and knows how to take good care of our katties. We received their video while we were in abroad and can see our cats just enjoyed and comfortable to be with her. We really appreciated and really impressed how good of their professional service! Highly recommended!

Katie's Kitty is still great! We went away for a week and needed someone to care for our two geriatric cats. Katie's Kitty sent Dan who was AMAZING! He put up with my crazy and emailed us daily updates on our two girls. He did a great job cleaning the litter box and changed the pad when it needed to be changed (we use the Breeze system). When we came home, our cats were happy, well cared for and the apartment didn't smell like a litter box. We will definitely use them again!

Best pet sitting experience we have ever had. We can't say enough about the cat care we have gotten from Andrea when we go away. We have been using Andrea through Katie's Kitty for a few years now and are so grateful for the care and attention she gives. It makes traveling so much easier to know that our pets are in such good hands. She treats our cats like they are her own. We are so lucky to have found Andrea and we don't know what we would do without her.

I would recommend Katie's Kitty to ANYONE seeking pet care. I have had the pleasure of using this service for over 11 years, while living in both Manhattan and Queens and have nothing but the best things to say about this company. The owners are dedicated, responsive and mindful regarding staffing and the sitters are top notch.

My Katy and Maggie are elderly 16 (now 17) year old cats. I brought them to live in NYC in order to escape the trauma of an extensive renovation at my home. I travel somewhat with my job and have a 90 year old Mother in the South so I needed a caring and attentive cat sitter while I was away from home. I could not have special ordered a better cat sitter than Gloria Rosen.

She was what I really needed. She was attentive to both my cats and me (a nervous owner), knowledgeable and completely reliable. When she was not available she found other Katie's Kitty sitters to cover her. She was so attentive to my Katy who is in very delicate health that I was not fearful every time I had to leave. She was able to notice that my Maggie was not just trying to cough up hairballs but needed to be checked for other things.

The vet found Maggie was having asthma attacks and now is fine with medications. I would probably still just think Maggie was having trouble with hairballs if Gloria had not clued me into looking further. My cats and I have had a wonderful experience with Katie's Kitties and Gloria in particular I would recommend them without question. Anita O'Mara
