I have used Diane several times to clean my Rental at a changeover. As you know sometimes there is not a lot of time between a move out /move in. Diane is always responsive and fits me in. She is reliable, trustworthy to be left alone in your place, professional and does quality cleaning. One knows that many times a rental is less than desirable to clean But Diane is always spot on and at a very reasonable price - certainly less then the quotes I used to get. Now I do not bother to get quotes I just call Diane!

Diane fit me in to have my apartment cleaned at the last minute. I was exhausted after packing and decluttering my place for several days and she was a God send! Her professionalism and thorough cleaning work was excellent! She is such a nice woman and I would highly recommend her if you ever need cleaning services done. My apartment was spotless! Diane was referred by my realtor to get the house cleaned for showings. She fit me into her schedule as best she could on short notice. I had forgot to get her scheduled. Fast forward, the house is sold and I wanted a move out cleaning. Diane again was able To fit me in and get it done. Her pricing is affordable and after moving a house full of goods the last thing on my mind is cleaning. Thank you Diane

I called this place and a lady answered the call. I ask what she does and she explained it all to me and asked if it was move in or move out, also stating that apartments are usually professionally cleaned after move out, I told her that it was dirty when I moved in and that it had pests. That's when she was like, "ew. Yeah, I'm completely booked, not sure if I'll even get to ya." then she went on to say, "alright" as though she was ending the conversation. I had told her that the pests were taken care of a couple months ago and that there wasn't any more. NOT PROFESSIONAL

Prompt and easy to schedule with. Worked with my frantic schedule and helped clean it move out so I could leave the rental unit in MUCH BETTER shape than I found it. I called several places and, assuming they actually answered or called back, had insanely high priced. Diane's were by far the most reasonable and the service was amazing.

A friend gave me the temporary "gift" of Diane following surgery. I was so happy with her services that I now have her regularly every two weeks. I just wanted someone to clean floors, bathrooms, and spiff up the kitchen, and Diane does this for a very affordable price. She is dependable, communicates well, works quickly, is flexible with schedule when needed, and likes my dog!

I would highly recommend Diane's Services as I had an approx 1,800 sq. ft home that was a total mess due to renters and within 24 hrs of contacting Diane's Service it was totally ready to show! The kitchen counters and cabinets were amazing and looked new again along with the hardwood floors, carpet cleaning was great which saved me a call to a carpet cleaner. This cleaning service is great and so is the price! I had the home rented the same weekend! Thanks Diane!

Diane from A Affordable Cleaning was fantastic! She did a move out cleaning at less than half the cost of the local competition. The house was a disaster but Diane took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. She was prompt in answering phone calls and questions, and I would recommend using her services any day for any type of cleaning. Don't bother calling around- Diane has the lowest prices in Alaska by far.

Diane not only provides excellent service at an excellent price, she's also trustworthy, open, and honest. She will go above and beyond for her customers. She bailed me out on short notice multiple times by doing excellent move out cleanings when moving took longer than I had planned. She also did bi-weekly cleaning services in my home with two cats. I highly recommend her. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved out of Alaska. :
