It should not take a phone call to any customer service to remove an autoship order or to cancel a pending order from an account. In fact their website design only allows you to reduce your autoship quantity to 1, but no option for the customer to remove it completely. That's obviously done purposely and I refuse to do business with any company that employs scummy tactics like this to make it harder for a customer to manage their own account. Use other companies which give you full control over what you order from them.

Sadly never got my dog food order. Ordered May 19, it's now June 15. Kept getting the runaround that order was on hold for weeks, shipping that day, on hold again, so I never received it. Hoping I actually receive the refund I requested. Too bad, this company sounded like a great idea in concept. But delaying food and medication is not ok.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Placed an order for my pet's medication, after 15 days my online order never arrived. I then called the customer service number and a representative told me the package had been shipped and would email me a tracking number. No package or email ever arrived, I then requested a refund for my order and was told a refund was issued. Weeks later, my credit card was charged for the order which did not arrive and when I called again I was told there was no record of my call and it was beyond the 30 days for a refund. Still waiting for my refund. Allivet.com is a scam!

You can get you petmeds, but they will hold onto your credit card information and charge you for monthly shipments of those meds without authorization. There isn't a way to cancel these shipments online, and their customer service number isn't available when most working Americans are off. I may have to report this company as a scamming Corp.

I placed an order and after a month hadn't received the item. I was unable to find any tracking information. I called and asked the status and was told the item was never in stock. I asked why they hadn't removed the item from their online inventory, no response. I asked why they simply hadn't cancelled the order and refunded my money, no response. I guess they just would have kept my money forever.

I ordered fish antibiotics. according to Allivet I agreed to order the product every month. If I did that it was because there is no "clear and conspicuous disclosure of the terms" and there is no affirmative consent required, both are legal requirements. I will never order from this company again there conduct is unethical.

I was a little dubious because the prices are so good but I can't think of another company I have dealt with that has better customer service. UPS lost an order (per the tracking information) and when I contacted Allivet I was able to speak to someone immediately. That person was very helpful, apologized (which was not necessary) and overnighted the replacement for free. I made a mistake on my second order and was able to respond directly to the email and the issue was fixed immediately.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered medication for my fish, paid for next day shipping. 4 days went by and it still said pending fulfillment. Never contacted as to why it was being delayed. I took a second chance thinking maybe they were busy because of the holidays, nope. Placed an order jan 2nd and its now almost 2 weeks later and it still says pending fulfillment. These are medications for animals and there's no sense of urgency no matter how much more you pay for shipping.

Allivet went the extra mile.when the vet practice abruptly stopped stocking my dog's medication, I was left with searching for an online provider who could fill it quickly. After two weeks and two other companies who failed to deliver, I found Allivet. When the vet didn't have a fax to provide the script, the Allivet representative arranged for the clinic to be called.
She then called me back to let me know they had the approval and that my order had been shipped. She did it all in ONE morning. Do yourself a favor and skip the others. Allivet is the real deal.
