We have patience and love for animals, believing they are our best friends and "children." A Pooch Parlor is an independently owned business established in 2002 by a pet owner and lover who is, along with her staff, are skilled professionals dedicated to your pets care. We strive to create a safe, caring, and pleasant environment.
We strive to give each pet the very best bath and haircut every time at a reasonable price. We're staffed with 4 pet styling professionals so despite our popularity, our approach is the same -by giving individual attention to each and every pet- just as we did when we first opened our doors in 2002.
I appreciate the fact that you and your staff are the only ones who can handle my big lab, Lily, when it comes time to trim her nails! Hope you stay in the same location for many years! Your grooming of my poodle has been great and expediant as well. Your price structure is also greatly appreciated and goes well with all of your staff's "personal touch".
This is a full makeover package. Bath, blow dry, brush out, nails & paw pads trimmed, feet shaped and tided, sanitary clip, ears cleaned/plucked and face scissored/tided followed by a full body clip and style. Finishing with a coat/skin conditioner, cologne and/or bow/scarf. Prices listed are BASE prices.

My dog boom is very anxious and we noticed ever since we started taking him to this place he started hating the car, which he used to enjoy quite a lot. He has come home with scratches on him and an uneven shave, almost like they hurt him when grooming him. I have now taken things into my own hands and I groom him myself but this experience has made my dog even more anxious and scared.

Been taking our Border Collie here for over 5 years. They are always friendly and do a great job! Highly recommend them for all you grooming needs. Call ahead to make an appointment, especially on Saturdays. You'll be pleasantly amazed with the service & care Michelle and her fellow groomers provide.

Last time, they either used chemicals or flea dip or something because my dog got all covered with sores. They NEVER trim him the way we want and today 1 August 2019 he came back traumatized. I am not sure what they did to him : He is a handful and energetic, but he is a sweetie and friendly. I never saw him act afraid before. I definitely will never go there again.

When I need to take my boys for a good grooming this is the only place I go. They come home smelling fresh and no shedding for a few days, it's awesome. Michelle, and her team love my babies like their own, I know they will be treated (pampered) well and with a gentle heart. These guys are real animal lovers inside and out.

What a treat! I just moved to the area and was a bit nervous about finding a new grooming shop. They did a fantastic job on Molly! She looked great, smelled great and she loved it. I know that because I left my sunglasses in the shop and had to go back in. she trotted with me never missing a beat. We'll be back soon gals!

Two or three times a year, my persian cat needs a haircut (less shedding, less giant cat dreadlocks, and a happy dude.) however, it's hard to find a pet grooming facility that's willing to take cats--since most clients are usually dogs. it's even harder to find a groomer that will: A. do a really good job B. not traumatize the cat and C. do both of these things for a reasonable price. i'm stoked to say that the pooch parlor satisfies all of these requirements. the staff is super nice, they're sensitive to my cat's well-being, and they're extremely affordable. highly recommended!
