Service was adequate prior to Pandemic, and we certainly understand that all service provider are stressed. However, we had an issue with our pet and asked to be squeezed' into the schedule. The front desk clerk is a firewall for any contact with the office administration, refused to forward my call to anyone with authority, so this directive obviously came from the the Gilpin Family.
Time to find a new vet. Update: spoke to a friend who had his pet appointment cancelled yesterday, office admin told him the whole office has Covid and all appts were postponed until March, Office staff told me that they would fit us in if the had a cancellation. So they were not transparent with the facts and instead would have kept us hanging on hoping to get an appointment when all they had to say was that the office was closed due to Pandemic.

If you pet has an emergency or an issue that can wait a month you will get absolutely 0 help from them. They don't care about you or your pets. Have also had problems with their veterinarians telling me complete opposite things about problems with my dog. After 2 years it's time to leave them and find somewhere that cares about the customers/patients.
