At Pawsh Pet Resort and Spa our mission is to provide a safe, fun and personalized environment for your pets, while they are guests in both the spa and the hotel portion of our facility. Pawsh Pet Resort & Spa is managed by Holly Kierski who has over 15 years of business experience and extensive experience working with animals.
Our facility can provide any medication, shots, ointments or supervised confinement that your pet may need. A dog's natural behavior as a pack animal allows them to learn discipline and hierarchy and socializes them with other dogs. Interacting with friendly dogs and people throughout the day aides their learning of these behaviors.
Leave dog grooming to the pros. Our trained & experienced staff use 100% natural bath products that are tailored to meet your dog's specific grooming needs. We take special care to treat each pet in a safe and calming manner. We pride ourselves on maintaining both the physical and emotional well being of your pet and will not use methods or perform services that would be detrimental to your pet.

We had an excellent experience with Pawsh Pet Resort. Corey in particular was exemplary in explaining what my dog's day would look like, and how he would be cared for throughout his stay. I really feel like they care about my dog on a personal level, and he had a great time! He came home completely relaxed which is RARE for my old buddy. We will definitely be returning! Give Corey a raise!

I have been taking my pets to Pawsh Pets for years. We love this place. Both my poodle and Australian shepherd get groomed here and always look sleek and sexy. Can't say enough. We've been here for boarding and daycare and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Keep up the good work! See you next time.

This facility has a very strong smell of urine as you open the door. It appears very dirty inside. Against my better judgment I left my dog for a few hours in their care. My dog now has kennel cough. I called the place and reported this to them and they told me that they have had many calls with others having the same with their dogs. Then she asked me if I saw the notes posted on their door saying there was a new virus that looks like kennel cough going around.
The sign did not state that their facility had this issue. Clearly it is not being taken seriously as they have told me that several others have reported it, yet they remain open and spreading it. Very unorganized place with clearly little concern for our pets.

My dog goes to daycare here and I have had a great experience both with him at daycare and overnight boarding. There is a young man named Corey that always acts excited to see my dog, and tells me every time he will make sure that the dog has a good day. Even if he is just humoring me this is exactly want you want to hear as a proud, protective pet owner. Every time I drop him off I know he is in good hands. Thanks Corey and the rest of the staff! 5 stars!

I thought this place was going to be a winner for doggie daycare but boy was I wrong. This week I took my Boxer to Pawsh for pet daycare and it seemed like a reputable place based on the reviews. The staff was nice and inviting; However, by Friday I noticed a significant change in my dog's behavior. My dog is usually very energetic, loves to jump on you lick you, and play.
He has been coming home exhausted, he doesn't make eye contact anymore and when you call him he looks down as if he is intimidated. Before when I would grab his collar and leash he would run to the front door eager to go out, now he runs away in fear and hides. He came home with a scratch on his leg and a scab on his lip, and to add insult to injury he also has kennel cough.
I noticed my dog to have a runny nose with what appeared to be snot, he was warm to the touch as if he was running a fever, had runny eyes, and then he started making a hackling coughing sounds as if something was lodged in his throat. I started to research and saw that he was exhibiting the symptoms of kennel cough. I took him to the vet and sure enough he was diagnosed with kennel cough.
I read a review from 2 days ago on Google, where another owner's dog came home with kennel cough and spoke with the staff at Pawsh and they confirmed an outbreak was going on in the facility. I'm so upset with the resort because they knew it was an outbreak in their facility and they continued to encourage me to bring my pet without making me or other owners privy to this outbreak.
They attempt to defend themselves through a note they posted on the door about a virus going around in the area that dogs were contracting. This post does not say the virus is kennel cough or that it is in their facility.

I took my golden retriever in to get a mini groom and sanitary cut and it this is the worst cut I have ever seen. It is uneven and choppy and they ended up shaving his entire stomach. Luckily no cuts, but it does not look like a professional did it at all. Staff seemed nice and price was affordable. But I will not be taking my pup back here.

I have to start out with saying every time my dogs stayed there was great until this last time. I received a call that one of my dogs was not doing well and they asked what I wanted them to do (continue watching them or get the vet involved). With what they told me I asked that they watch them and let me know if it is a fluke or continues. Later I received a different call from someone at the front desk saying that one of the dogs wasn't doing any better so I said take them to the vet.
It was then that I said please take her to the vet. This is where the story turns, first the girl couldn't tell me which dog was sick and then informed me that they don't take dogs to the vet, you have to get your emergency contact to do it. (Which is absolutely not what it says in the legal paperwork that you sign with them.) Then she called one of the dogs by the others name.
I know that they have a lot of dogs but one of my dogs is much older than the other so knowing is important. Once I was done talking to the "front desk" girl. I called my emergency contact. She went to get the pups and then was handed stuff that wasn't theirs. They then asked for it back saying it belonged to a dog that had died. Needless to say I don't necessarily blame them for my dog getting sick but I blame them for not knowing which dog is which and not being clear in any of the conversations I had with them.
After a day of displaying symptoms, we are now spending half a day at the emergency veterinary clinic. Needless to say we won't be going back after this incident and would advise you don't as well.

Our baby came home very timid, with diarrhea & super hungry. Everyone there was extremely nice, however the young lady with blue/green hair appeared annoyed & inconvenienced when asked to provide the exact service we requested & paid for. The pets are locked in overnight unattended. The cameras were of poor quality & very glitchy. Very disappointed, as we travel alot & truly hoped that this would be a great place to utilize for years to come.

We live in Miami and came to the Orlando area during Hurricane Irma. We brought our 4 cats with us, but were not looking forward to keeping them in the hotel with us. Then we were lucky enough to find Pawsh Pet Resort and they had room for our fur babies! They kept them for 5 days until we headed back home. It was such a relief knowing they were taken care of during that difficult time. The staff were lovely to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Our dog went to Pawsh Pet Resort from Saturday-Tuesday while we were in Orlando on Vacation. Our dog stayed in the deluxe suite and they let us bring him back in his room and was allowed to bring all his toys and blanket in the room so it made it feel more than home. We called on Monday to check up on them and they answered immediately and knew exactly who he was and told us that he was playing well with other and liked playing in the pool.
He was so excited to see us when he picked us up. Really no complaints except for he had a little cut on his lip but he seemed perfectly fine. I really liked how they took him out more than 2 times a day like most day cares and daycare was included in the boarding prices. Overall a successful experience for us and our dog!

If you like coming home From vacation to your dog looking like he hasn't eaten in days, and a huge scab on his face, then this is the place for you! I was informed that my dog was chewing on one of their doors that was wood, and shorty after was told that he was pooping out blood but it was from "stress". They are supposed to wash the dogs before you pick them up, but when I arrived, i was given a dirty dog with a little water on his back.
As for the mark on his face, it appears that either he was hit, or another dog did it. I wish animals could speak so I could know how they really treated him, because from the looks of it, it wasn't too good. Also towards the end of my dogs boarding, i called to ask a question and didn't get an answer until about the 5th time i tried. They charge a high price for low quality service. That was the first and last time they will ever see my $$

Outstanding facility with a great staff. Our little dog is deaf, elderly, and has cataracts in both eyes. The people at Pawsh Pets take excellent care of her when we take her for occasional day care, grooming, or overnight stays. I pay a lot of attention to the behavior and practices and can attest to the fact that the staff gets to know every dog and cat and makes sure they are happy, safe, and cared for. I strongly recommend Pawsh Pets!

Left my 2 babies there for a long weekend away. Checked them out beforehand and they were clean and dogs looked happy. I was happy until the pick up. The young lady that checked me out did so in a hurry. I was not given any information of how my dogs had done, which one wasn't eating etc. (they returned with 2 of the 3 bags of food I sent). And then to top it all off, I was over charged!
I was told I would not be charged for a "daycare" fee for late pick up as they were running a special but I was charged anyway. Then when I got in the car, I smelled a horrible smell, their blanket was covered in urine. Kind of scares me that my dogs maybe were kept in a room where they urinated and it wasn't cleaned up. How could they send home a blanket in such a mess?
My dogs never urinated on that blanket before. Ah well, lesson learned. They came home in one piece and other than being wild, seem to be ok. Don't think I'd take them back there again though because I'm not sure what went on, if you do take your fur babies there, get web-cam (extra charge of course).

Took my 9 y/o Yellow Lab there after visiting/touring about 10 total place in the Western Orlando area. It was overall the nicest, cleanest & professional boarding option. The kennels themselves are clean and a combination of sizes, not crates and not 100% closed off. They have an outside area, which not many local kennels have. They accomodated my dog who has neck injury and cannot rough house with other dogs (as much as he would love to) and that was important to us. Very good place; very friendly when reserving, calling to check in and pick up!

I suggested Yelp to Holly at Pawsh Pet because Yelp has not quite penetrated Orlando like it has other places, like here in the Bay Area -- but I think it is essential to have and will certainly get more popular, and Pawsh Pet needs to be on it -- it is a great business that deserves to be on it. And I do have to say before really getting into my review that I'm sad I didn't get here first before Tracy K below. I'm sad that Tracy had to start off with 2 stars -- because Pawsh Pet does not deserve 2 stars (and I hope Tracy, now that she's tried them again, will reconsider her rating).
I lived in the Orlando area from 2006-09. I have taken my dog, now 13yo, to tons of daycares all over the country. I researched all of the daycares in the Orlando area. Pawsh Pet is one of the best! Exceedingly clean, always fresh-smelling, great playspaces, wonderful LONG open-air play area for dogs in back where they can run. And truly a wonderful staff.
When I lived in Clermont they were the clear choice in that area and very competitive to anything in central Orlando for QUALITY doggie daycare, and even though San Francisco is the bastion of dogs and doggie places, my dog Frida and I I still miss our Pawsh Pet. I wholeheartedly commend Holly on building an excellent business for the community and I recommend you give Pawsh Pet a try. Hey -- start off by going and getting a tour!

Used to be a huge fan but the price increases each boarding as well as the fact that my dogs always come home sick with poop-butts has turned me off this place. Update: 10/16/15: Today I have been asked by the owner, Holly K, to delete my negative review from 2014. I agreed that I will certainly amend this review if my upcoming boarding stay works out as well as promised. The employees of this establishment are very friendly and helpful when booking stays and making arrangements. That has not changed.
