The very first visit here our healthy 7 year old dog caught kennel cough from the waiting room while waiting for a routine appointment (check up & shots). We took him back when we realized he was sick and then experienced serious neglect from the Doctor after the diagnosis. Numerous unanswered phone calls for days about concerns we had, which ended with the Doctor not even speaking with us and instead having the receptionist call with instructions of increasing his meds.

This didn't sit will with us so we brought him into an Animal Hospital that night. Unfortunately, it was too late for our sweet baby and he had to be put down soon after. I do not wish this type of trauma on anyone. Please do not use this vet. Do not accept this horrible standard of care where appointments and making money come before seeing their patient's care through.

My dog passed away last year. When he was alive this place took great care of him from his medical needs to his grooming. (Their on site groomer is incredible )

My dog got into some medication we think still unsire to this day but. he couldn't walk. Couldn't keep his eyes open. Couldn't stand at all. He had to be carried. And this place refused me and said there all booked up with appointments they said sorry can't help you. This was 1 of 3 places that refused services. Because appointments. What happens if the dog died because I wasted my time calling animal HOSPITALS that refuse you cause of appointments. Makes me sick these people.

10/10 would again listen to Dr. Hong tell my kitten to be quiet. Great vet.

Love Dr. Hong! Have been seeing him for the last 14 years for my first two fur babies, a lab and a boxer, and my newest babies, two great danes. Prices are very reasonable. Appointments are very easy to get. I've never waited very long.

Deserve an APOLOGY! I took my dog there, I paid 187.67. I called today to say she is still having same problem.she pulled her charts from visit, and instead of helping me with the health and well being of my pet she said we didn't get payment from you on your visit. I said I can show proof where you took it out of my bank account. She then said do I have an Invoice? REALLY?

I think someone may need some training in their professionalism and clerical skills. Not a happy customer right now. However THRIVE animal care in Wesley Chapel where I took my other dog today was amazing.

Dr. Hong is absolutely a great veterinarian. Services are priced respectively, staff very personable & caring to our pets! Our veterinarian of 10+ years. Sends greeting cards for those special days. Appointments held on time, not rushed to meet quota. We're always learning how to give the best care to our furry kids! A delightful experience consistently.

Tut loves Dr. Hong, he is the absolute best! And Bill in the Groom Room is the greatest! A+ review in my book!

Doctor Hong and staff truly love animals and alway make my fur babies feel special. Let's not forget in house Bill the groomer, my dogs love him. Animal Wellness has reasonable price, a experiences and knowledgeable staff. Dr Hong is there to help us be better fur bay mommies and daddies. Bill makes our babies beautiful and well groomed. The staff goes that extra mile to help. Yay you all are great.

Great place! The vet truly cares about animals. They saw my puppy on short notice when no ones else would and even did a follow up the next morning. They definitely knew what they we doing. So thankful for their help and excellent care!

My Abby has received excellent care here. I have boarded her several times aand she has always received excellent treatment. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to bring their pets here.

The staff at Animal Wellness is very friendly and I trust them with my pets' care. Their rates are reasonable, and they are great about calling with follow-up information. My cat had surgery to remove an infected cyst, and the site has healed well, with barely a scar. They ensured that he was as comfortable as possible by providing pain medication and great after-care. I really like the vets, as they are very gentle with my animals, and my dog does, too!

What a great experience. I tried several vets in the area after moving from our home town, and they were looking for triple the price for the same procedure. During our emergency the doctor was there for, treated us fairly and took into account our dogs well being as she is senior and 15 years old. We could not be more pleased with the cleanliness, friendly and informative staff, and great Doctor. We are glad we gave your service a chance, and we will be coming back as our normal vet throughout the years to come.
