Thank you guys so much! Really just a phenomenal place! They treat my Raine like family! She was sick today and they took her right in I was in and out in an hour. This included running tests! I even forgot my wallet and they let me go home and get it and come back! Really just a wonderful place. The Doctors are also wonderful! Love this place highly recommend.

All of my various fur-babies have been going to Animal Life for over 15+ years. Dr. Eisel and his team have been nothing but compassionate, loving and honest with my family from regular visits to euthanasia's. There is no other veterinary service I recommend. Cannot recommend The Animalife Vetinary Center enough. My wife is on a temporary work deployment in Naples, and when our dog started having health issues, we needed to find a local vet (away from our regular vet in WI). Our dog Lambeau would have died without the thorough work and communication by the team here. Our dog had a perforated ulcer, and through a quick emergency surgery was able to save her.
We are so thankful for the whole course of treatment and follow-up received from this vet office. If you care so deeply about your pet like we do, then please, feel completely confident bringing them in to this office.

A well run veterinary center with friendly, professional staff. My dog has been under their care for twelve years and I like everyone who has been in contact with me. My dog loves Dr. Eisel and is not afraid when she is taken there. I give the center an A+ and so does my dog! I have highly recommended the facility to my friends. Martha Mugford and "Muffin"

I have known Dr. Eisel for over 25 years, there is no finer example of veterinary care anywhere. He sets the standard for all others to follow. His love for his work is evident in every interaction he has with you and your pet and he is as good with pets as he is with their owners. He is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and I wouldn't trust my pups care to anyone else. If you are in need of care for your pet, you would be hard pressed to find a better provider anywhere.

I so wanted to like this place. Dr Randy is the best. Unfortunately some of his staff (Jill) is disrespectful. Pet owners are always concerned about our pets. Every situation can vary a lot because pets have their own personalities. Our only goal is to keep them safe, happy and healthy. This woman made the experience so frustrating, I literally hate this place now.
On the phone someone was difficult also. I said, can you please ask the doctor. I was looking for a dewormer. It's not like I was going to eat the medicine. I was having difficulty getting my cat into a carrier. Some of the people on the phone act as if they own the place and do whatever to prevent access to the doctor. Anyway. I was asking some questions and she was just so difficult.
Like it was a chore to answer. Finally, I asked for an appointment with Dr Randy, and I expressed, he is level headed, smart, so pleasant to work with and that I was not happy with her handling the situation. Oh, wow, an appointment with Dr Randy - another ordeal. She says with this negative disposition - "we have to see if we can get him to come in" (as if he was away or something, i think she just fumbled her words) - "see if he as time" (made it sound like he is too busy to see a cat, you know, the only job of a vet is to see animals, hello) - just the entire process was frustrating - she looks and finds that the very next day he is available - wow imagine that. Was all that nonsense required?
I'm supposed to be there in 20 minutes, but I am having issues. I could call and cancel. But nobody called me in response to my request. Compounded with the terrible experience - it is difficult to explain some of it, but you know when someone is just giving you a hard time because they are miserable in their own life. Whomever it was that originally took my calls, she was great.
She knew how to handle a call, was an absolute gem. Made it easier dealing with stressful situations. Most of the people there are great, but I am rating this on my last experience. You are only as strong as your weakest link. FYI - at any point before I walked out that door, she could have diffused the situation and make it a positive experience. You wasted my time, wasted my money.

All the staff at Animal Life are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If there's an issue with my dog, they always get us in right away. I love Dr. Foster. She has 2 boxers so she definitely knows what my baby needs. I feel very welcome here. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you Animal Life for keeping Charlie healthy!
