Pouncing Paws

THIS IS ONLY THE DROP OFF. the drop of was amazing! Everyone was incredibly professional abs kind. Our dog usually has separation anxiety, but they handled him with intense care and love. He was completely normal and acted like he's been there a million times! I will for sure update when we pick him up. But drop off was a breeze.

Service is phenomenal. I took my Mi-Ki Saint there and he is 7 months, The groomer provides feedback on puppy development and offers sound advice for at home grooming tips. They spa treatment Saint got was wonderful! They know how to make dogs feel happy and comfortable.

They've always been really good with my husky and do whatever they can to make the experience cater to the customer.

They are the best grooming service in the area, they take such good care of my 3 puppy's. I've had horrible experiences with other groomers, they even banned my dog because he was so big, but when I called pouncing paws and explained how big he was and what they told me in the other groomer they took what they believe was going to be a challenge. but they still don't know what they big deal was. he is big but a sweet heart. They take such good care of him and love him so much. I'm so happy that I found a place where my baby's are treated with love.

My dogs seem to love it here! The last visit they were happy campers. The staff is very nice and informative. Can also get groomed and boarded. I like their versatile style.

Liz did a fabulous job on our four Aussies. They smelled and looked fantastic. I loved the bows she put behind their ears - so adorable.

I absolutely love bringing my dogs here for boarding when I leave out of town. They also give military discounts! One of my babies had to wear the cone of shame and the other had to take pills every 12 hours. The had no problem accommodating and no extra charge for the extra work. They got spoiled as always and were kept inside where they stayed cool.

Always a place our dog is not afraid to go for grooming! Tina does a fantastic job in making our Jazz look, and feel, beautiful. She literally struts around after receiving her beauty treatment!

We have a beautiful but extremely difficult German Shepherd/Husky mix. She's great with us, but she doesn't do well with other people or animals. Pouncing Paws let our girl stay with them while we went on vacation, and they were amazing with her. They also gave me daily updates about her.
