This "Home away from Home" for my furbaby was AWESOME! The staff members are very welcoming and you can tell they love their job! I mean who wouldn't really, but you can tell they care about the interactions they are providing for your animal as if it was their own. I received pictures and a report card with all kinds of information in it about what my boy did all day. I will not be taking him anywhere else from now on.

Positive and welcoming energy filled Club Canine from our arrival/drop off to pick-up. The facility is well kept and each member of their team, leadership included engaged us and our dogs. Prices are affordable and the platform used to share the progress reports was easy to access and user friendly. The progress reports also allowed us to see that With Club Canine captured in pictures and their summaries the three very distinct personalities of our family's dogs that can only be described if experienced which means our pups felt safe enough to be themselves. We will definitely continue supporting Club Canine as well as sharing our experience. Our family recommends Club Canine.

We wouldn't take Gigi anywhere else. She has been going there for a year and a half and she loves it! The staff there is amazing with all the dogs and with all the fur moms and dads. The grooming staff does amazing work. We have boarded her over the weekend there and they take really good care of your babies. Please check them out. Your fur babies will love them just as much as you.

We have used Club Canine to care for our pets on a short term basis for several times and we're very happy with our experience. We boarded our two dogs for almost two weeks recently and we could not be more pleased with the care our babies received at Club Canine! The staff is caring, compassionate and friendly with us but most importantly with our dogs! We never worry when they are in their care. Our dogs returned to us happy, clean and well-fed. Thank you so much for your awesome service to our family.

Club Fetch is an amazing and dare I say magical facility that my pups are absolutely obsessed! The staff is amazing and friendly, prompt and accommodating. I could go on forever about how happy I am to have a safe place for my pups to play and have a good time while I get the things done that afford them the opportunity to play and have fun .

We took our three dogs, ages 4-14, for a meet and greet day before boarding. The staff was wonderful! They greeted my dogs and me as old friends. They asked questions to be sure each dog's needs were met. The dogs spent the entire day and when I picked up they were very happy and in no rush to leave. I feel very comfortable about boarding them in a few weeks and would highly recommend Club Canine in Granite Falls, NC.

My adult daughter took one of our dogs to have her groomed today. She picked up her and brought her home, got her out of the car and noticed blood on the paperwork and on the seat where she was sitting. Her nail had been cut way below where it should have been and she was nicked. Also, her coat had a bad sour smell to it. My daughter tended to our dog and was able to get the bleeding to stop.
She then called Club Canine to let them know what happened. They totally brushed her off by telling her that the groomer said the dog was not bleeding when she left. Well of course the groomer would say that, come on! I then called on my lunch break. I have worked in customer service so I made sure to be nice and respectful when I asked to speak to to someone in charge.
When the girl -Alexis or Alexa- asked me what this was reguarding, her entire demeanor changed. She told me that "they" couldn't come to they phone right now but asked for my number so "they" could call me back. I asked for a name of the person calling me back and she said "Jo". I waited 3 hours, then I called back and again respectfully asked for Jo.
I even suggested that I bring my dog back down there just in case they didn't beleive me and needed to see (and smell) her in person. I was told that Jo doesn't work there. I explained breifly and was told "oh you mean Jazz, she isn't here today". I wasn't told the name Jazz, and I was also told that they were busy not that they were out today.
I asked if there was anyone else that I could talke to, she said no. They were just giving me the run-a- round. I never wanted my money back, I just wanted them to be aware of what they did wrong so maybe it wouldn't happen again. And maybe they would check their shampoo to see if it was bad or something. Their message at the begining of the phone call says that "this may be recorded for quaility control" I wish the owner would go back and listen to the conversation at how childish and unprofessional they were. I have been going there since Tracy ran it when it was on 321. No more.

Boarded our two greyhounds for a week while on vacation. We returned to find our dogs suffering from weight loss, dehydration, and almost identical injuries on both hind legs. Dehydration was blamed on time spent on patio. IF true, a competent staff would have recognized a problem and taken corrective action. It's clear no corrective action was taken.
The injuries were blamed on the time spent sleeping on a hard surface. We were told the dogs would have cots to sleep on, but because they supposedly had a potty accident, the cots were removed. Nonetheless, the injuries appear to be cuts/scrapes, not pressure wounds. Again, a competent staff would have noticed a problem and taken corrective action.
If there is something in the kennel causing injuries, why has it not been addressed? We received NO COMMUNICATION regarding injuries, not even when picking up our dogs. I guess they hoped we would not notice. We received NO COMMUNICATION regarding weight loss/dehydration, but I guess they would have to first be observant enough to notice a problem. We paid to have our dogs taken care of but all they seem to have received was neglect. NEVER AGAIN!

Although my dogs haircut was good after coming here, 4 days later he got super sick which ended up in a $400 vet visit to find out he had kennel cough. He's been vaccinated but still caught it. Had to have been from his trip to club canine- only place he had been around other dogs. Called club canine and they couldn't help.

I have been using club canine for years. I have a golden doodle and a shin tsunami, Bella and Sophie. They always take great care of them. They have been awesome during the pandemic. I am a healthcare worker and they have been very supportive. I know my babies are well taken care of, the groomers are also great. They have helped with my grooming needs.
I know when my babies have to stay away from home, they are in great hands. No one except me could take better care. My golden doodle, Bella, is always excited when we arrive. She is very picky with strangers and she loves all the people there.

Daisy, the lab needed to be kenneled for 5 days. This is the first time away from home that long and the first time at Club Canine. After the first meet and greet the day before, I felt so much more at ease leaving her. The facilities are great. Neat and clean and very organized. And I loved the fact that they want to make sure your dog is going to work out ok there. Called to check on her and they gave me a report of how she was doing and knew exactly who she was without having to look it up.
But they also have notes on her about how she's doing and acting and eating. I felt like they were really doing a great job looking after her. Picked her up today and she looked happy and well. Customer service excellent. Facilities excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Not worth the money they charge. Was quoted one thing over the phone, even after they knew her weight and coat type, then when I brought her in they changed it. Also didn't fully complete their job, her ears were still dirty and the de-shedding treatment that they were so proud of and recommended SUCKS. She said the hair would fall out pretty badly for two days and it would be over, but it's been three weeks and it has covered my whole house, 10x what it used to be. Didn't even trim out the fur between her paws either, and I paid $100 for that? Not worth it at all
